Please note that at dinner gentlemen are required to wear long trousers, and shirts or T-shirts with sleeves.
One child up to 11 years old can stay for free in a room with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.
A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.

- FreeCops (7/5): ottima fuga in relax - colazone e cena super, ambiente completo di tutto, spiaggia privata super bella camere pulite e con balcone. punti di ristoro sempre pronti e con tutto. check in da migliorare, alcuni servizi potrebbero metterli a disposizione degli ospiti che già pagano il soggiorno, invece che metterli a pagamento, vedi tennis (infatti in una settimana non ho visto giocare nessuno ) Palestra un po datata con pochissimi attrezzi
- Christina (8/5): Lovely resort with multiple pools - The overall resort is nice, quite large with lots of different areas depending on what you need! The buffet was great for a 4 star, great options and a large area to eat in! The gym could do with a make over, and none of the pools were heated - we didn't swim the entire time we were there! It's a very windy island, so tables with cup holders so I cups didn't blow over / spill would be a great addition. The rooms are somewhat dated but didn't matter too much! Also keep in mind it's an hour drive from the airport, and this will cost around £110.
- Christian (3/5): das erste und letzte Mal - - die Lage - es gibt doch einige aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter; aber das Management ist alles andere davon (nicht lösungsorientiert; abwiegeln von Beschwerden usw.) - Terrasse im Außenbereich zum Frühstück nicht benutzbar; permanent Vögel am Essen - Personal fühlt sich nicht verantwortlich dagegen etwas zu unternehmen - nachdem man uns mit schlafendem Baby im "Adult-Bereich" Getränke verkauft hat, wird man mit Hinweis auf Adult Bereich zum sofortigen verlassen aufgefordert (zwei Security Mitarbeiter mit Schlagstöcken bewaffnet) - insgesamt wird das Objekt auf Verschleiß gefahren - an vielen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig - intransparentes AI Konzept; AI, AI Plus, AI Premium (3 x AI) - nicht nur die Getränke sondern auch die "AI Zeiten" sind hierdurch definiert; 23:30 vs. 00:30 für "AI Getränke" - zum Glück haben wir auf AI verzichtet!

Detto questo, il vero grande plus della struttura è senza dubbio la cucina. Dalla colazione alla cena, ogni proposta è stata impeccabile: qualità, attenzione, continuità e cura davvero rare da trovare. Complimenti sinceri a tutto lo staff di cucina e di sala, perché mantenere questo livello con costanza non è affatto semplice.

Теплий басейн, що дуже важливо та океан поруч. Щоденне прибирання та привітний персонал. Окрема вдячність хлопцю, який на рецепції говорив на російській мові. Над розвагами треба ще працювати. Розваги в основному для малих дітей. Дітям 11 та 15 років було нудно. Тільки в останній день нашого перебування, було весело, була жива музика та танці до 22:30.

Grande piscine.(non chauffée) Animation le soir pour les petits et après adultes Mercadona a quelques minutes de l’Hotel. Chambre: Siphon de douche se bouchait facilement. Il faut tout démonter pour que l’eau s’évacue. Petit déjeuné : Peu de Machines à café pour le nombre de personnes. Café noté 2/10! Une vrai fontaine à eau! Pas de jus orange frais.->payant Omelettes à la plancha ultra huilées. Pas de ricotta. 5/7 des fruits c’était des fruits de conserve. Déjeuné: La pire nourriture jamais servi! Bâtonnets de “poisson” avec zéro qualité. À se poser la question si c’est du poisson. Pâté goût poisson. Hamburgers pire que chez McDo! Les légumes étaient et les salades c’était ce qui avait de plus comestible. Dîné: Vaste choix plats principaux.Heureusement. Par contre les desserts c’était du pur gâchis, zéro qualité. Grande piscine non chauffée. Plage éloignée.

Im Restaurant ließ die Sauberkeit leider zu wünschen übrig. Tische und Stühle wurden häufig nicht gründlich gereinigt, und auch Teller, Gläser sowie Untersetzer waren oft nicht sauber.

I don’t like the two beds being pushed together and made separately. When you ask for one bed, they should be made as one.

- carmen gno (9/5): - Hotel spaces were faboulous, room fits for our needs with a kid, good balcony and calm. Different restaurants and good staff. We spent great time there. Beach Is Amazing despite It Is not owned by the hotel. Good restaurant. It was a pity the fact that scirocco restaurant was closed seems due to the weather. Food proposal might vary a bit more. A lot of options but less variety.

- Natalia (10/5): We will back :) - We really enjoy the garden, room, food, and all area. Good 4 **** Super soft beds :( We didn't like plastic napkins in the restaurant. After someone the staff just cleaned the table of crumbs, and that's it. No desinfection. Fork and knife was put on it, this plastic napkin... Table in the lobby was always nor clean after drinks. But we didn't spend so much time there. Just want hotel to know this 🧡

- Annalisa (10/5): Pulitissimo e non dimenticabile il nostro gatto Felix ci mancherà tanto - Il mangiare è abbondante è buonissimo. Complimenti al pizzaiolo pizze buonissime. I servizi in camera complimenti alla signora che ha pulito la nostra camera 7017 . C’è un gatto che veniva alla mia terrazza nera con macchie bianche e al naso macchie nere ci siamo innamorati di lei e ci manca tanto la abbiamo chiamata Felix . Speriamo che sta bene . Ci ha piaciuto tanto tutto e siamo stati felici lì mi mancherà tutto soprattutto il mio gatto che veniva ogni sera al nostro terrazzo a dormire e cercare le coccole ❤️ La piscina che chiudeva alle 18:00 . Nessuna acqua messa in frigo o anche in camera dovevo andare sempre al ristorante per acqua e che era tanto da caminare per prendere acqua o bere qualcosa Ma forse dopo la camminata andava bene a digerire perché lì si mangia bene.

El día del check out necesitabamos irnos antes del horario del desayuno y nos permitieron acceder antes al desayuno. El gimnasio estaba muy desmejorado. Los equipos son viejos y no está bien mantenido en cuanto a la limpieza. La animación de la noche era de mala calidad, los chicos ponían buena intención pero los shows parecían un acto escolar.
- Barbara (8/5): Ottimo hotel con pessimo servizio ristorante - L'hotel è molto bello, ben organizzato con all'interno anche un paio di utili negozi. Personale attento e gentile e sempre presente per ogni evenienza. Spiaggia privata molto bella. Servizio di ristorazione pessimo per un 4 stelle. Disorganizzato, piuttosto trasandato e qualità del cibo mediocre. Spiace perchè non è assolutamente all'altezza del resto della bellissima ed organizzata struttura .

- Jose (6/5): Good place, very mid food, wouldn’t come again but happy overall - - the hotel is pretty - the beach is very nice - the staff is very attentive - sotoventura club is very nice - sports bar has good sports content • The hotel is clearly old, and there is little to no evidence of recent refurbishment. After arriving, we learned that the hotel has been split into two sections, with one part now called Esencia, marketed as a premium option. That section does look modern and well-maintained. Unfortunately, it’s very obvious that all renovation efforts have been focused solely on Esencia, leaving the original hotel feeling neglected, run-down, and below expectations in many essential areas. • The gym is particularly disappointing: it looks rundown and unattractive, is usually empty, and contains only a few very old machines. • The steam (vapour) rooms were never working during our stay. When we asked staff about this, we were told we needed to close the door very tightly or the vapour would escape. However, the door was always fully closed, and at no point did we feel any vapour or even warmth. • The jacuzzis are not heated at all. In fact, one was noticeably colder than the other, making them very uncomfortable to use. • The drinks included in the “all-inclusive” package are poor quality. The “national beer” advertised turned out to be Gran Canaria beer only. The pre-made cocktails were genuinely unpleasant. There is a vending-machine-style dispenser for piña coladas which tastes extremely sugary and overly strong, but not in a good way. We asked for a freshly made piña colada at the bar and paid for it, and the bartender even laughed and admitted that the machine version is “shit.” • Most importantly: the food. Honestly, for £430 for 5 nights, the food was acceptable — but just barely. Nothing, and I mean nothing, stood out. • Breakfast was fairly extensive but very Americanized, with lots of greasy, sugary options. There were only a couple of fruit choices, and they were not fresh at all, which was surprising given the location. • Lunch was not bad overall. Pizza was consistently good (though it’s hard to get wrong). Everything else was hit or miss.

- Dovilė (9/5): Mid level hotel - Loved heated pool for kids, beach, close to Morro Jable. Many place to hang out, a few pools, bars, gym, game room. Food, could be better salad options, basic vegetables even though you come to Spain. For example, canned olives, canned peaches and pineapples instead of fresh ones. Same fried snacks all the time. Food overall aren’t terrible, but could be improved definitely.

- Alice (5/5): Much room for improvement - The reception staff were fantastic, and the bar at reception is nice to hang out in. It's very clean generally. Despite the fact we'd written (twice) and called before arriving to check that the kids pool was heated, when we arrived it was freezing cold. We arrived on a Saturday, and when I finally got to speak to the person who could supposedly help with this, she said there was nothing she could do until Monday when the management would be back. How a hotel with hundreds of people in it cannot have effective management over the weekend is totally beyond me. The pool was eventually fixed, but too late for us. No apology or amends made. The other thing was the "animation team" who cancelled various activities at the slightest gust of wind - it was laughable.. but much more concerning was the fact that the team running the Kids Club allowed our 4yo son to leave without our signing him out. They seemed totally disinterested. The weather was poor whilst we were there - totally outside of the hotel's control of course. But that would have been much less of a problem for us had the activities delivered what we'd expected and the pools had been warm enough to swim in. Overall, nice hotel, shame it's not being run properly.

- Alexander (10/5): Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt in einem wirklich tollen Hotel in bester Lage auf Fuerteventura. - Das Zimmer, der Ausblick, das Personal, die Auswahl an Essen (Fisch, Fleisch, verschiedene Salate, Suppen und Vielfalt verschiedenster Speisen), die Lage (Supermarkt in fussläufiger Nähe). Wunderschöner kilometerlanger weißer Sandstrand. Zum Geburtstag gab es eine Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer. Nichts! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
- 慧妍 (6/5): Correcte. - La proximité de la plage, la variété du buffet à vomonté La piscine et le jacuzzi est beaucoup trop froid pour février. La tempête produit des flaques d’eau à l’entrée de la chambre, il y a des problèmes d’étanchéité de la porte des chambres.

- Lucjan (10/5): - Piękny hotel z cudowną roślinnością. Mieliśmy duży pokój z ogromnym łóżkiem, codzienne sprzątanie i ten zapach po wejściu do pokoju. Jedzenie smaczne zróżnicowane, codziennie inna ryba, owoce morza, wołowina, wieprzowina, kurczak, masa jedzenia. fajne baseny, animacje dla dzieci, zajęcia dla dorosłych( joga, aqa gym i wiele innych). BARDZO POLECAM!!!

- Tetyana (10/5): Vielen Dank für den tollen Service um sich wohl zu fühlen! - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nah zum Strand. Essen waren abwechslungsreich und frisch, viel Obst zu jeder Mahlzeit . Insgesamt können wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!
