• Julie (10/5): Elena et top et l’emplacement parfait. Je recommande 👍 - Elena est super disponible. Elle nous a autorisé à venir déposer nos sacs plus vite. Elle a eu un souci de clé et nous a donné toute de suite une autre chambre. Emplacement idéal.

• Vanessa (1/5): Posizione comoda, peccato per le condizioni fatiscenti della struttura - Di buono solo la posizione centrale Considerata la cifra corrisposta per il pernottamento di una singola notte, la valutazione è assolutamente negativa. All'arrivo ci siamo trovati formiche in ogni luogo della struttura, bagno e camera. Non era possibile tenere aperte le finestre perché entrava puzza dal ristorante sottostante e non ci sono ventole per il ricircolo dell'aria. La pattumiera (presente solo nel bagno) era completamente arrugginita rischiando il tetano. Lo scarico del lavabo era intasato. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva, impossibile farla scorre e gli infissi erano scoppiati. Il led sopra alla doccia parzialmente staccato. Il bagno ha una chiazza di muffa. Durante la notte si sentivano forti rumori probabilmente proveniente dalla ventola del frigorifero. Considerata la cifra spesa assolutamente mai più.

Il giorno dopo abbiamo scoperto che soggiornando a Manarola avremmo potuto avere degli sconti sui percorsi a piedi (ad esempio via dell’amore) ma solo se potevamo dimostrare tramite un QR code che avevamo soggiornato lì (i proprietari della stanza non ci hanno lasciano nessun QR code)

WiFi never worked and host made no effort to fix it or communicate with me about it. TV - same thing - no internet so no connection. Again, crickets.

• Julien (2/5): Gâché par un mauvais équipement. - Propre et bien situé. Le sauna, et surtout le jacuzzi fuyais. De plus, pas de possibilité de vidanger le jacuzzi nous même, donc pour éviter une inondation avec la fuite nous avons passer une heure à le vider avec un sceau. Nous avons informé l’hôte, sans aucune réponse. Pas d’internet disponible.
• Klaudia (9/5): Cudowne miejsce, które warto odwiedzić na jedną/ dwie noce. - Obiekt czysty, łatwo do niego dotrzeć, pokoje dość nowoczesne. Niestety kontakt z właścicielem był utrudniony. Pani napisała do mnie dzień wcześniej, powiedziała jak dostać się do mieszkania, zostawiła informacje odnośnie podatku, itp. Niestety po tych wiadomościach nie było z nią żadnego kontaktu, a jedne z drzwi do pokojów nie chciały się zatrzasnąć… musieliśmy zostawiać otwarty pokój kiedy wychodziliśmy.

• Monika (8/5): Tolles Wellnessrefugium im Herzen der Altstadt - Die Ausstattung war fantastisch, Sauna und Whirlpool, tolle Dusche, modernes Badezimmer, bequemes Bett. Die Lage in der Altstadt, perfekt. Wlan funktionierte nicht. Beim Whirlpool konnten wiir das Wasser nicht auslassen. Die Kommunikstion mit der Vermietung war sehr einseitig, keine Rückmeldung auf Fragen unsererseits. Die Fenster gingen alle in den Innenhof, keine Aussicht.

La recepcionista que me contactó por whatsapp para dar las indicaciones de entrar nunca más me contestó, nunca nos dio la clave del wifi y no nos respondía los mensajes, finalmente nunca nos pudimos conectar a la red wifi y eso es muy importante para los extranjeros.
• Anthony (8/5): Great location - I loved the location right in the heart of everything. The room was clean, and we had plenty of fresh towels. The room was modern, and the bathroom shower was so spacious. Geat communication with the host. I feel like two pillows each would have been nice. The bottom sheet was small, so it couldn't get tucked into the matrress properly. Every time I rolled over, the sheets moved, and I was sleeping on the matrress. So, there is no sheet and no matrress pad, I was sleeping on the raw matrress. The bed was very comfortable.

• Franco Luciano (2/5): Pesima atencion del anditrion desinteres total, no recomendable - Esta muy bien diseñado y con buenas terminaciones, nuestra habitación tenia Sauna y Jacuzzi privados, solo para nosotros nuevos e impecables, Rosemary q daba el servicio de limpieza excelente muy bueno y cordial, nos dio respuestas y recomendaciones, y a pesar de que le decíamos que no hacia falta limpieza, lo mismo la hacia y a fondo, no dejaba ni un pelo, muy muy buena tanto que me gustaría llevarla a trabajar en mis empresas de Argentina. Pésima la atención de la anfitriona, a pesar de que le escribimos con tiempo no sabia ni quienes éramos ni nos esperaba, tuvimos que escribirle al whatsapp x privado para que después de un buen tiempo nos contestara enviándonos dos videos mal hechos explicando como entrar y la contraseña de las cerraduras. Después de eso no contesto nunca mas nada, no teníamos internet a pesar de que establece en la publicación de que posee en todo el establecimiento y yo necesitaba para trabajar, nunca logramos ni siquiera que nos de la clave de la señal que había, aunq luego conseguimos que nos pasara la conserje, pero nos aviso que efectivamente no andaba internet, por lo que tuve que comprar E-SIM de datos ilimitados para poder trabajar con el costo extra que eso significo, pero lo que mas nos molesto fue que no respondiera ni un solo mensaje por ningún medio, por este motivo no volvería nunca mas, ya que si hubiéramos tenido un problema mayor con el alojamiento no hubiéramos tenido quien lo resuelva.

Camera molto spaziosa con rifiniture moderne, recentemente ristrutturata, comodo balcone con affaccio sulla via principale. Check-in semplice e immediato, proprietaria gentilissima e sempre disponibile, anche a fornire dei consigli utili, ottime capacità di comunicazione. Tutto perfetto, solo le scale all'ingresso sono un po' ripide.. non molto agevole per chi arriva con tanti bagagli

• Paolo (9/5): Superb - Nice room, great location and very kind host! We got plenty of good suggestions for restaurants. I would suggest paying a bit more attention to the details. I would appreciate better-quality shower gel and shampoo, and it would be good to repair the window shutter in the bathroom.

The apartment was clean, had air conditioning, was nicely renovated, great shower and a large bedroom. I felt safe to be there with my daughter. Elena, the host, was extremely helpful on check-in and lovely to speak with over the phone. I do like complete dark when I sleep, and unfortunately the curtains on the doors to the balcony were sheers. However with an activity filled day I found it easy to fall asleep so this wasn’t an issue and I had an eye mask with me.

Good location if you’re into Manarola… The communication was not the best between us and the host. The previous guests were lingering until noon whereas we had made an agreement with the host to drop our bags off early at 1030am. The issue was eventually resolved but not without a lot of redundant back and forth.

The spa and sauna was amazing 🇮🇹 No instructions on sauna which would have been helpful, had to reach out to host. Wi-fi was bad had to reach out to host as details provided didn’t work, got access in the end but poor connections made it difficult and annoying. Room was serviced but toilet paper was not replaced which was annoying, and no hot water in either spa or shower on my last early morning was super annoying.

• Amy (8/5): Right in the center of town! - Great location right in the center of town!Very clean and modern.Bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Easy keyless entry. Small restaurants and bakeries two mins walk and had a small market up the hill very close walk. Balcony was amazing for people watching. Two min walk to beach and amazing views! I would suggest bringing your own soap and shampoo-no body wash or hand soap provided. We expected it to be a bit loud being in the town center but people were down in the streets til almost three in the morning. The listing says it has a coffee maker but it is just a kettle and there were two tea bags.
