• Olga (10/5): - Плюсы; Локация идеально, море в 30 секундах хотьбы!! Вид потрясающий Вечерами шумно,в барах, но не долго. Парковку недалеко найти несложно, рядом есть муниципальная-бесплатная. Навигатор привёл немного не туда. Аппартаменты Идеально чистые!! минусы; подушки Плохие И не хватало кофемашины, хотяб капсульной.

Słabo wyposażona kuchnia Brak płynu do naczyń i mydła Brakowało na stanie parasola. Już teraz jest bo zostawiliśmy dla kolejnych gości Przydałyby się chociaż 2 leżaki dla wynajmujących Koce koniecznie do wyprania, aż dusiły!

• Claudia (10/5): - La verdad todo excelente. La ubicación de lo mejor, a pocos metros de la playa, con supermercados y comercios de todos los rubros cercanos. Si alquilan un vehículos, hay estacionamiento municipal gratuito a 100 mts. La atención de Tammy es increíble, sienpre dispuesta a ayudar y aconsejar sobre lugares para conprar, ur a comer y visitar. El departamento tenía todo lo necesario para tres personas.

• Paolo (7/5): Vacanza in famiglia - La posizione è ottima vicino al mare e alle principali attività. Tami alla reception è stata gentile e sempre disponibile. I letti erano scomodi e la pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare. Le porte e l impianto elettrico un po datato. Mancava Phon e sapone.
• Bianca-N. (9/5): Perfekte Lage mit tollem Ausblick - Waren zum 2. Mal dort. Hatten diesmal das Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Balkon mit direktem Meerblick. Der Ausblick ist unschlagbar. Einfach toll. Alles in der Nähe, was man braucht. Strand direkt vor der Tür. Tammy ist die gute Seele des Hauses. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Na pewno tam wrócimy ☺️ - Lokalizacja niesamowita, zaraz przy samej plaży, blisko sklepów, 2 minuty jest przystanek autobusowy którym można dojechać do Palmy, na lotnisko, czy do pobliskich miejscowości. Obsługa tak pomocna, Tammy to wspaniała, cudowna osoba, niesamowicie pomocna. Nie było problemu z przedłużeniem pobytu, z załatwieniem wizyty lekarza, czy wypożyczeniem samochodu. Cała obsługa bardzo życzliwa, uśmiechnięta. Właściciel zawsze uśmiechnięty, pomocny, życzliwy. Czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze☺️ Brak płynu do naczyń i gąbki. Poza tym wszytsko super.

• CARINE (9/5): Excellent séjour à Majorque - Nous avons apprécié l emplacement avec la chambre avec vue sur la mer, la proximité de la plage et de toutes les commodités ainsi que l arrêt des bus pour aller à Palma ou àl aéroport. Le logement est spacieux et lumineux, l accueil chaleureux, la literie confortable, la terrasse appréciable pour manger dehors, le linge de toilette changé au bout de 3 jours.

Het geluid van de buren en schuiven van meubels is danook erg hoorbaar. De bedden zijn licht, matrassen niet comfortabel.

Hat uns auch noch eine einfache espresso bzw kaffeekocher zur verfügung gestellt und da komme ich nun auch weiter zu dem korrigierenden… Am strand gibts pedalos für 20€ die stunde Die küche könnte besser eingericht sein. Kaffeemaschiene, die pfannen sind nicht mehr gerade, einen mixer für feine smoothies wäre cool, vielleicht eine öffentlich zugängliche waschmaschiene,

• Paula (10/5): Love Palmanova and this little gem is just perfect for what we need. - The location is excellent. I have stayed here before and will be coming back in October. Right on the beach and very central. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Balcony overlooking the beach was a nice place for a glass of wine in the evening. The beds aren’t that comfortable but everything else outweighs this.

• Amelia (8/5): Fantastic location and a great hidden gem in Palmanova - Fantastic location, very central yet the location was not too busy. Very secure and the views were sensational. Excellent staff (thank you to Tammy) who gave us great advice on what to see in Palma. The towels were replaced and beds were made up every 2-3 days which was great. Unfortunately the lift was out of order during our stay however we were made aware of this beforehand. It would have been nice to have some basic food things in the kitchen (like oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea) but plenty of shops were close by to purchase these items. We did have to ask for washing up liquid to do our dishes but this was given to us. One of the sofas was a bit grubby.

Beautiful view of the beach. Lockers were so useful for storing bags. Everything was great but to be picky Some deeper bowls and mugs rather than cups would work. We were unfortunate to have noisy neighbour on the fourth floor but not the fault of the property. I know they were asked to be quieter

• Kateryna (9/5): - We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — right by the beach — and the atmosphere inside is very cozy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we liked it so much that we didn’t want to leave! There are just a few small details that, if improved, could make the experience even better. For example, there were no hooks in the bathroom, so it was a bit difficult to find a place to hang clothes or towels. Also, the shared bathroom/toilet didn’t have a lock, which made it slightly uncomfortable at times. Since many guests choose rooms with a kitchen and actively use it, it would be great to have a few basic items available, such as salt, sugar, a dish sponge, and some dishwashing liquid. These are small things, but they really help guests feel more at home. The only slightly uncomfortable aspect was the absence of duvet covers, which didn’t feel very hygienic. Overall, these are just minor details and easy improvements, but addressing them would make an already wonderful stay even more comfortable. Thank you for a great experience!

• Olena (10/5): Попри ці дрібні недоліки, враження залишились хороші — завдяки чудовому розташуванню, атмосфері та чесності персоналу. Т - Дуже гарне розташування — апартаменти прямо на березі моря, із чудовим краєвидом і зручним доступом до пляжу. Персонал виявився чесним і порядним: ми випадково залишили речі з грошима, і нам усе повернули. За це велика подяка! Ковдри для укривання були закошлачені, постільна білизна — низької якості. З базових речей: не було засобу для миття посуду, олії, солі чи інших дрібниць, які зазвичай є на кухні, якщо вона передбачена для приготування їжі.

• Eleanor O C (10/5): A lovely first time stay in the Calablanca ❤️ - The location was fantastic, everything on our doorstep. We had a sea view apartment, an absolutely beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment was spotless, great size and well laid out. Alex at reception was very friendly and helpful. Tammy was lovely. We stayed for 4 nights and had all the towels changed by a lovely lady. Everyone was friendly and bubbly. Lovely atmosphere. The apartment block is on the beach, shops and restaurants all around us and the bus stop is a five minute walk away. We had a fantastic time and we look forward to staying again next year ☺️ Our balcony never got the sun but that didn't stop us from sitting out there.

• Andrea (9/5): Fantastic location, appartment and high service level staff - Front desk staff was really friendfull and helpfull. Especially Tammi was fantastic. Great service level! The views from the appartment were spectaculair and it was in the centre with everything on walking distance. The appartment is directly at a very nice beach. Suggestion would be to add some bowls for yoghurt, some big cups for coffee as there were only very small cups and not very suitable for cappucino for example. A bit more plates and knifes so you don't need to wash up everytime.

Lovely to see cleaners change towels and sweep around even though we were only on a short stay. The apartment we were in was quite under equipped, despite what it says on booking. com. No hairdryer and a poorly equipped kitchen. Some apartments are privately owned if this makes a difference.
