- Igor (1/5): Užas, nikad se nisam toliko smrzavao u apartmanu. - Jedino lokacija. Nikad više u bilo koji njihov smještaj! U apartmanu je bilo jako hladno, nije se moglo boraviti! Nakon 2 dana, suprugu ( koja nije skijala nego se smrzavala u apartmanu više nego mi koji smo skijali vani na -17) vozio sam u Zurich (udaljen 200 km) na avion za doma. Grijanje su palili i gasili preko aplikacije na mobitelu. Zvali smo da pojačaju grijanje jer je vani temperatura bila -23. Zadnja dva dana su malo pojačali samo u periodu od 8-10 i 16-20. Platili da se smrzavamo i na kraju su nam htjeli dodatno naplatiti za dodatno grijanje????? Katastrofa!

- Willy (3/5): very unhappy - nice location and beautiful view perfect arrangements for our late arrival when we arrived around 11pm, the temperature in the apartment was 19 degrees and we could not increase the heating ourselves. the thermostat is protected with a code The next morning I had to pay the deposit and I asked how I could turn up the heating. they didn't want to give me the code but assured me that everything would run automatically When we arrived back at the apartment after skiing, it was 20.6 degrees (5:41 pm). I took a photo of this and forwarded it to the host. she did not want to adjust the temperature and the explanation I received was: this is to save energy! we are paying customers but the owner wanted to save on his energy costs ?? in a ski resort! and that's not all: in one of the bedrooms there is mold on the wall and on the window frame . makes sense with this temperature and the humidity because of this we stopped our holiday a day early because of all this
