Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted. Breakfast is served: Mon-Fri 07:00-11:00, Sat-Sun 08:00-12:00. Please note that the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and show examples of room categories. Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. In the event of a proven violation of rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests. - Mónika (10/5): Nagyon jó 👍 - Nagyon jó helyen van, tiszta, modern, jól felszerelt. Nekem még fura és szokatlan ez a közvetlen kapcsolat nélküliség. De a telefonos kapcsolat nagyon jól működött, a call center-es hölgy kedves és segítőkész volt. A nem kevés kisállat kauciót csak egy hét után, érdeklődésemre kaptam vissza.

- Girard (8/5): Très bon séjour pour une courte durée. - La situation géographique, proche à pied d'un parc, du lac et du centre ville. Avoir un parking privé sur place. Logement moderne, belle douche et un balcon. Les chiens sont acceptés. Le lit est étroit (140cm) et collé contre un mur. Le studio est petit, donc pas de place pour un fauteuil confortable, seulement une petite table et deux chaises. Attention si vous avez une grosse voiture, ne pas réserver dans le parking intérieur, accès par ascenseur très étroit. Heureusement notre demande de changement sur place pour un parking extérieur a pu être approuvée.

Check-in System hat nicht richtig funktioniert obschon über Booking gebucht und ja alle Daten hinterlegt sind. Um den Zuganscode zu erhalten musste ich letztlich Anrufen (Englisch in der Schweiz) um das zu klären. Gläser, das wichtigste, hat in der kleinen Küche gefehlt und es gibt ja keine Rezeption und wollte nicht schon wieder der Hotmail anrufen.

Desafortunadamente había una habitación en la misma planta con jovenes adultos que una noche hicieron demasiado ruido, con música y gritos hasta las 4 de la madrugada. Fue muy molesto ya que no pudimos descansar.

- Karabey (1/5): - nur die lager es war die schlechteste Hotel das ich überhaupt nicht erlebt habe wir könnten nicht rein kommen das hätte kode oder Pin nicht funktioniert. wir haben zudem Hotel angerufen mit dem Telefonnummer was ander Eingang mit QR kode zu lesen war. und die waren nicht Hilf Bereich schlechter Verbindung. na ja wir sind über zwei Stunden versucht rein zu kommen.uns haben die Hotel geste geholfen. Dan noch per online habe ich Park Platz gebucht dir von mir 25 € abgezogen aber da für kein kode bekommen das ich rein fahren könnte zum Parker. da habendi Hotel gestern gezeigt wie Sie gemacht haben aber war leider war nicht erfolgreich. es we're der freilich wae der Park Gesellschaft mein Geld wieder zurück überweisen würde.

- Annalena (9/5): - Comodità di accesso, Ottima posizione, struttura nuova e curata. Cucina ben attrezzata e pulita ma il tavolo è praticamente la scrivania, contro il muro e molto stretta. Per quanto ci fosse tutto il necessario, gli spazi sono molto ridotti, piani di appoggio inesistenti. Bagno molto carino ma mancano porta-salviette. Muoversi in due richiede coordinamento. Poiché il letto matrimoniale è a ridosso della parete, si può salire solo da una parte e quindi per uno dei due manca un comodino con prese e quant’altro. Indicato per soggiorni molto brevi.

- Verena (9/5): Eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit… die ich auch wieder buchen würde. - Tolle Ausstattung. Kleine Küche mit allem Zubehör dabei. Zimmer schön und super zentral gelegen. Bad und Bett waren sauber und bequem. Der Teppich war etwas schmuddelig und an den Wändern waren Handabdrücke der vor-und vorvor-Mieter… keine Ablagefläche im Bad.

- Maurer (9/5): - Das Zimmer war wirklich SUPER! Auch die Küchenausstattung ist für kleine Menüs ausreichend! Es wäre evtl praktisch, wenn die Möglichkeit bestehen würde Gepäck in einem seperaten Raum abstellen zu dürfen. Z.b. für nach dem aus checken, dass man noch Zeit hat die Stadt ohne Gepäck zu erkunden, bevir man abreist.
