Поруч зупинка громадського транспорта,зручно добиратись з аеропорта;до моря їхати пару зупинок; пішки до моря хвилин 35,по дорозі відкриваються мальовничі краєвиди заповідника з фламінго та іншими птахами. Зручне розташування будинку,поруч є.супермаркети,піцерія "Імперіал"(неймовірно смачні страви з доступними цінами).Туристичний збір складає 1€ за добу з 1 особи.Бажаємо сеньорі Giusi вдячних гостей.
