• Muhammad (1/5): Bad property facilities and were resting - I liked all staff were good except one lady she is from portugal she had rude and restricted behaviour There is no comfort even they do off A.C in between morning 10 to 3 evening and living room A.C is restricted to on 24 hours and it was ready to work but they didn't allow to open even whether was very hot and didn't allow to open A.C in bedroom in day light almost and full day in living room and even no facilities in kitchen even they dont had burner and microwave was not in working how crazy how can we make meal without burner and microwave i give zero value this property name wakaka packers

Could be nice to give guests some paper maps Or make signs ( way to metro) in this building And I like when there are curtains around bed. I miss it in WAKAKA

• Chuin (7/5): GREENDAY KL 2025 - Good location. With many restaurants around. Convenient location! Direct train ride to National hockey stadium! Great for concert goers! Hostel come with access to the gym and swimming pool. Best value for the price you're paying. The mall below is abandoned. There is almost no shop in the mall.
• M (7/5): Good - The receptionist was very helpful. The environment was good, but there was no bathing soap. rest I found good. the A/C in the living room was not up to the mark. And one thing I must mention is the sound of the bed. it makes noise when you turn left or right.

• Nancy (1/5): Bad - Only the guests When i reached staff was not there and was not pickingup my calls i waited half hour in some other hotel lobby as they all are connected, the security guard was not letting me go I called property 15 times they didn’t respond to me neither the security guard. I requested security guard he went with me to the hostel but there were no boards no receptionist to talk or to checkin finally i met a guest
• M (7/5): good. - I found the place good for a short stay. The staff were helpful. The environment is good. But I need to walk 2/3 minutes to reach the place from the lift and the lobby. Rest I found good. The price is worthy it for a better stay. The behaviour of the supporting staff. The environment is better than other homestay facilities. But, it would be better if there was a cooking stove available.

• Petr (4/5): Disappointing - Hostel itself is nice, clean, strong wifi, drinking water, large common area. The location is good only, if you go to airport next day. Otherwise it is located between highway, abandoned storage halls and railway. Ugly neighborhood, dark streets, rusty fences,... If you walk by foot from town after sunset, it's kind of frightening, not recomend to lonely girls. But nothing bad happend, it is probably safe anyway. If you take MRT, you solved the problem. Swimming pool is shallow, on 4th floor, not nice views.
• Rafay (10/5): Idk the title lol - The guy named (i don't remember his name exactly buy i think it was pronounced D) He was nice and he explained everything to me about KL and hostel rules. The bed was ok and the hostel was cleaned, they ahve free water + kitchen and lobby. Although I am not sure if it's a good location but seemed like it was far from Bukit Bintang by walk i walked almost 30 40 mins or more as it was my first day then I started using grab which costed more. Now I am familiar with the metros too. By mistake I booked a bed in female dorm (on 2nd day) I was sleepy when booking. (Again that's totally my mistake not theirs) The guy woke me up saying you have to wait for someone senior. They helped me with moving to their another hostel which was on the same floor I appreciate that 100% but I had to pay another 10 MYR on top of what I paid for booking + all taxes (which I didn't understand) as the one that they moved me to was cheaper then on agoda I think if I am not wrong. But as i accept my mistake so I paid them. I appreciate

• Raiyan (10/5): Amazing stay. Clean, well-kept and convenient. - Amazing stay! Firstly, the hostel is properly well kept. Each bed has curtains for privacy and the bathroom and kitchen are clean. There are also some neccesities such as wifi, water dispenser, fridge and microwave for heating food. I had a comfortable stay here. Secondly, the location is very strategic, nearby with the metro station and popular attractions. There are also a lot of grocery stores and restaurants below the apartment, so running errands or grab some foods is super convenient. Not to mention, free access for swimming pool and gym as well. Last but not least, the staffs are super helpful and friendly, the procedure is clearly explain and they are easy to communicate. The entrace to the hostel is a bit spooky and scary since it is all quite empty and a lot of foreigners. But it is all fine since there are securities there.
• Haddad (8/5): good - The beautiful view that the area contains in addition to the swimming pool and surrounding things and its proximity to the metro Regarding the reservation, I was supposed to book for a week and stay for a week, without looking at the date of joining.
• Canzar (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed at this hotel for three days. It was very nice and clean. I liked the way the workers dealt with me. I would like to thank Mr. D. I hope to return soon.
