• Robina (10/5): It was the best holiday apartment I have ever stayed in Simone had thought of everything. - The location was great about 2 minutes from the train station which was perfect for us. The apartment was beyond wonderful, it calls itself a B&B but it is a one bed apartment. The owner Simone has put a lot of time and effort into making this apartment perfect. She adds so many extras that I am surprised that she ends up with a profit. It has been so well thought out that it should be scored 12 out of 10. There was nothing to complain about. If anybody gives this apartment a bad score then they must have lost their senses.

L'appartamento è grande e ti dona tutti i comfort, non pecca in niente! La posizione è ottima a circa 2 minuti dalla stazione e 5 dal centro.. se si viene a tirano questo è il posto perfetto.

• Gabriela (10/5): Fantastic stay in a lovely mountain town! - This was a beautiful bed and breakfast with plenty of room and was super close to the Tirano train station. The bathroom and shower were luxurious and bedroom extremely comfortable. The host Simona was so kind and very easy to connect with. Would definitely stay again in the future!

• Sarah (10/5): Clean, modern apartment perfect for access to world class skiing - I stayed for one night with my husband and two children so we could watch an event in Livigno during the Olympics. Simona met us at the entrance to help us park, guided us to the apartment and was really friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, very modern and perfect for our needs. Would love to return and stay longer. We liked everything.

Wonderful clean apartment with all the facilities we could need. Only thing I can think of is that the bed was slightly hard but if you prefer a firm mattress you’ll be fine.

Pensa nos pequenos detalhes, como carregadores de celular nas tomadas, água mineral, um café e chá com croissant gostosos fizeram a estadia ficar completa. Indico a todos a ficarem neste alojamento. Além de ser do lado da estação ferroviária de Tirano. Nota 1.000. Obrigada!!

Solo eché de menos la lavandería, me hubiera gustado aprovechar el tiempo para poder lavar. Pero realmente nada que haya afectado mi estancia ahí.

Es nota que la Simona ha pensat en tot amb molta cura i es nota l’esforç que hi ha darrere. S’agraeix molt que un amfitrió es preocupi tant perquè l’estança sigui el més agradable possible. Ho recomano 100%. Ens vam sentir molt a gust i tant de bo ens haguéssim pogut quedar més dies. M’ha agradat tot. Cap inconvenient.

They met us at our arrival, helped us to park, went through the apartment with us and gave us recommendations on where to go and where to eat. The apartment is beautiful, well done, like new, and literally about one block from the train station for the Bernina Express. We will stay longer next time!

Kitchen was well equipped. They kept every small need in mind for the guests The air conditioner was bit noisy . We went on a sunny day so had to use it . Otherwise stay was lovely

• Nomad (10/5): Grab it if you can! It is a gem! - Everything about this place is great. The owner is fantastic. Very quick and easy to communicate with. Met us at the door when we arrived. All the facilities are perfect. Very new, clean, modern, functional. Wish it was my apartment for real. You can't go wrong with this place. Nothing. The only thing I found missing was a box of Kleenex. But the toilet paper is very high quality so it sufficed :-).

The apartment was very close to train station and restaurants We were very late getting access to the apartment, I realise it was Easter and she was spending it with family, but it is a business! The breakfast, just packets of stuff that wasn’t nice and was to be for 2 days. Should just be advertised as an apartment

• Ian (9/5): Perfect for a Bernina transfer. Would be nice to stay there a bit longer. - Great location, easy walk from train or bus. Very close to Bernina train station and heaps of places to eat. The apartment was recently renovated and is outstanding. And also, Tirano is a nice place! The hosts are super friendly but you have to meet in person for the key handover, which I find reduces flexibility compared to just getting the key via a pin code etc. With that said, they were available at the time I specified. I pressed the buzzer for the apartment and they came down (but this was never advised in advance).

Firstly, our hostess was super friendly and informative - walking us through the one bedroom apartment to show us everything and how to contact her if we had any problems or questions. The apartment is very modern and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the windows come with electric shades. The bathroom and shower were amazing - felt like a high-end hotel anywhere in the world - beautiful. Although it only has less than 10 reviews, believe me, you won't be sorry you found this gem. • Mei (9/5): Luxurious feel of a real nice home in Tirano and near Train station - Everything was perfect! The quality of the home is great, and the owner Simona makes sure she is contactable, having her mobile number placed at the doors. The apartment is so close to the train station (like around 150m).. Tip: Don't follow Google map as it shows you walking a big loop up to 600m The home renovated well with good taste and high quality. And even nicely scented so you sense luxury in the air too. Even her toiletries provided in full size large bottles are good quality (love especially the hand cream) this is far better than those property who give you miniature bottles that create waste in packaging. Kitchen is equipped with coffee capsules, tea, and some light crackers for breakfast though the booking is does not come with breakfast. There is also full fridge, cooker, cutleries, etc.... Nothing... Tirano is not a town I'm likely visit a lot, but if I do, I'd want to stay here again!

• Sally (10/5): Exceptional - I am so excited to write this review. This place was amazing, huge and clean! It blew my expectations away.... It has all the amenities you could need, I felt so comfortable I thought I was back home. The host was such a pleasure to meet as well, she even met us on our way from the train station (which is very close). The vibe of the apartment definitely matches her energy and warmth... What an amazing place to stay to end my italian adventures. I have nothing bad to say, everything was perfect.
