• Faisal Ahmed Abuhaimed (7/5): تجربة لا بأس بها - شكرا للمستضيف فهو لطيف في التواصل ، وشكرا لمساعدته لنا في حمل الحقائب للدور الثاني وذلك بسبب عدم وجود مصعد . لايوجد مصعد ولم نجد سلبر للمشي به داخل الشقة حيث كانت الارضية بلاط لايوجد فرشه ، وعند طلبنا اعتذر المستضيف لعدم توفرها. وكذلك السرير كان يصدر صوت عند التحرك يمين او يسار .
• Ferminia (10/5): Perfetto per visitare Milano in comodità. Posizione top e grande ospitalità - Appartamento molto accogliente e in posizione comodissima per muoversi con la metro. Alessandro è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, esperienza davvero piacevole.
• Federico (9/5): Departamento cómodo, limpio y ordenado en tercer piso por escalera - El departamento contaba con todas las comodidades. Estaba muy limpio y ordenado. La cama amplia y cómoda que es algo importante para nosotros. Alessandro (dueño) se comunico con nosotros para coordinar la llegada y salida. El departamento no era céntrico, pero lo sabíamos al momento de reservar, con lo cual el movimiento en subte era imprecindible y se tenia una estación a 3 cuadras. Esta en un tercer piso por escalera, hay que tenerlo en cuenta para personas con movilidad reducida. El espacio de la ducha es algo reducido y no cuenta con un estante para poner el jabón, shampoo, etc para la comodidad de quien se baña. Esto es algo que tranquilamente puede mejorar Alessandro.

• Monique (9/5): Goede locatie, rustige buurt, ideaal voor twee personen en het appartement is van alles voorzien. - Locatie prima, 8 minuten lopen vanaf het metrostation, met 5 haltes bij de Duomo. het appartement was van alles voorzien en de manager gaf bij het inchecken een heerlijke fles witte wijn. • Naydenova (9/5): - The beds were really comfortable and the apartment in general was really clean! In the photos there is a terrace, but unfortunately there wasn‘t any.
• Edward (10/5): Perfect. - For what we needed the apartment for, it was fantastic. We were in Milan for the Salone so were rarely in the apartment except for sleeping etc. So it's difficult for me to comment on the kitchen and those facilities. But the place was clean and everything worked. I'd not hesitate at all to go back. And Alessandro the host was perfect - attentive and helpful for whatever needs we had. He really accommodated all our requests. Thank you! Nothing. The apartment was exactly as we wanted it to be and we were even allowed to arrive early (to drop off our bags) and to leave them after check-out so that we didn't need to carry them around Milan for the last day of the fair.

The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location is also excellent – very close to the metro, which made getting around the city super easy. • Areg (10/5): Perfect Apartment in Milan - Perfect apartment for a vacation in Milan. Located in Citta Studi, it is near to all important places a tourist may want to visit, both restaurants or sightseeing places. The terrace had a fabulous view to the inner yard with a beautiful garden with a lot of trees. Secure and comfortable apartment with all appliances a tourist may need. The owner is very welcoming guy who helped us a lot.

He provided everything we needed (including detergent to wash our clothes) very clean, very comfortable with a metro station and a couple of supermarkets nearby. It was a great stay

• Sverre (7/5): Fin beliggenhed, men prisen er højere end kvaliteten på lejligheden. - Fin beliggenhed Køkkenet var desværre ikke meget bevendt, da udstyret var meget begrænset og meget slidt/mere eller mindre ødelagt. At at sammenligne denne lejlighed med et 4-stjernet hotel er helt misvisende. 1-2 stjerner ville passe!

• Alessandro (9/5): ottimo posto strategico per il weekend del GP di Monza e in generale per girare Milano. - appartamento vicino alla stazione centrale da dove dista 15 minuti a piedi ma c'è anche la metro linea rossa (fermata più vicina Loreto). da lì si arriva al capolinea della linea rossa poi bus Z221 e si arriva proprio al circuito di Monza per il resto è in un'ottima posizione con supermercati, ristoranti e fast food vicino. bagno, camera e cucina pulitissimi e ben attrezzati tv che andava un po' a scatti per problemi di segnale infissi della finestra non proprio insonorizzati e considerando che davanti c'è un parco c'è un po' di rumore

• Leri A. (9/5): Cozy apartment with a beautiful terrace - A spotless, cozy apartment with everything you might need. The host was incredibly friendly – he greeted us upon arrival, helped carry our luggage (a true gentleman!)) ), brought us a bottle of water, explained everything, and was available if needed. The highlight is the spacious, comfortable terrace with a lovely view of the green inner courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped (we only used the coffee machine), and the apartment looks exactly like the photos. No elevator in the building, but we knew this in advance. Just a friendly reminder))

• Julia (10/5): Great places, great host - The apartment was clean. Our room was at the 3rd floor and Alessandro, our host, helped us with the luggage. He was also very accommodating and allowed us to check out later it is in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the metro. It's worth the money. Alessandro was an awesome host. • Steve (9/5): Wonderful Milan apartment a short subway ride from tourist areas to - This apartment was a great find for our adventure across northern Italy. The apartment is clean and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood with a fabulous covered porch to enjoy cappuccino or an evening drink. The kitchen is nicely outfitted. There is a food store a couple blocks away. The only minor downside is it is a two story walkup with your suitcase ( no elevator). It is about 3 blocks from the nearest metro. The underground and regional train system in Milan is fabulous. We had easy access to all tourist locations in Milan using the underground. Getting to lake Como, lake Garda and Venice from here is very fast and easy using regional trains. Allesandro, our host, was very helpful and available. There is a nice little park across the street and an EV charger right outside the front door. If you want a nice place to stay outside of the busy Milan tourist areas, this is a good choice. Everything was perfect. The only minor inconvenience is there is no elevator.

It was worth the money. - Position very close to the subway and some places to eat, the terrace was worth all the money, you can to have something to eat in the morning on the terrace and smoke a cigarette. The kitchen is outdated, poor lighting in the house and bathroom. Therefore I had to shave on the terrace in the morning. Some LED bulbs would definitely improve this.

No balcony! It should be mentioned in the description of every apartment they have. And no elevator. 3 floors by foot after 30000 steps/day... It should be mentioned in the description, again.

The host was exceptionally polite and welcoming, making sure everything was in order from the start. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very quiet, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained space in Milan.

He made the whole process seamless and answered any questions we had and gave very good recommendations. He helped carry our bags up and also gave us a late checkout so we could spend more time in Milan! We felt very safe here and the city is just a quick metro ride away! There is a washing machine in the kitchen but no dryer. Our clothes got soaked because of heavy rains in milan that week so we washed them but they didn’t really dry that well.

Overall highly recommend Small minor details - the photo shows a balcony but the unit we rented didn’t have one. It was a bit deceiving. Also the stove burners were a little tricky to cook with but we made it work.

• Prioty (9/5): Welcoming, homey and affordable stay in Milan. - Cute, homey, clean, safe and comfortable accommodations accessible to multiple major subway lines and close to Milan Central Station. What sets it apart though is the host, Alessandro, who is very responsive and hospitable. Highly recommend this stay for couples or families looking for an affordable, enjoyable stay in Milan. Nothing, everything was as advertised. However, other travelers should be aware: there is no elevator in the building (maximum 3 flights). Approximately a 12-15 metro ride into the central historical district. Mattress is on the harder side.

The apartment is amazing - the terrace overlooks a green courtyard, which makes the place quiet and gives an opportunity to wind down after the whole day in the city. The host is very helpful and absolutely wonderful, he left a cake and card for my daughter (it was her 15th birthday celebration trip) and showed us his dog :) Thank you!!!
