• Michel (5/5): - A acomodação é boa, limpa, organizada e confortável. A acomodação é boa, não gostei da estrutura do local. Estacionamento muito caro. A acústica é ru, estávamos em um quarto no primeiro piso e ouvíamos tudo o que acontecia no quarto. Acústica horrível, muito ruim.

• Pamela (8/5): Convenient and reliable apartment in Hollywood - The apartment and building were just as described and pictured. It was useful to have a kitchen. The location was convenient. Everything worked well. The check-in process and arranging for parking was easy. My room overlooked a street with a lot of traffic and it took me a couple days to adjust to the noise.
• Tuyen (9/5): Parking is a bit challenging. - Good location Parking was a bit tough getting in and out with van or big car. Gate opens inward when you exit. If you're not back up in time, the gate might hits your car.
• Thelma (8/5): Location, location, location! - LOCATION can't be beat! Didn't realize there was no elevator. But when we arrived, a wonderful cleaner gave us directions and took our luggage's to the top of the stairs. Don't know her name, but would like to thank her. Overall, a great experience at Quintessence and would stay there again. Thank you 😊 Nothing in particular. Most of the things we needed were readily available. Hook at the back of bathroom door would have been nice. Bathroom soaps were so so but usable. Maybe a topper for the pullout sofa would make it more comfortable? But very glad you had one!

• Tina (10/5): I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was for the price I paid. - It is a little studio apartment. Very comfortable. Felt safe. The guests were all very quiet. It was well kept, and had everything I needed. There was street noise because it’s right off two major streets, but I didn’t mind. Other people might mind though.

• CristinaAlbu (10/5): Cazare 10 nopti - Locația este una foarte bună, aproape de Walk of Fame, patul comfortability, loc de gătit (noi nu am gătit, dar aveai tot ce este necesar), gazda amabila si gata sa te ajute cu orice este nevoie. Nu a venit nimeni sa dea cu aspiratorul, sa schimbe prosoapele sau asternuturile, sa mai puna hartie igienica, deși am stat 10 nopți. Nu stiu daca era necesar sa solicitam noi, dar totusi ar fi fost normal sa vina cineva din proprie initiativa la 3-4 zile. In rest totul a fost bine.
• Bertha (10/5): FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS SOPHIA - El departamento está bien distribuido, cuenta con lo necesario si quieres preparar tus alimentos, la cama está súper cómoda, realmente puedes descansar, cuenta con aire acondicionado, fresco y sin ruido. El departamento es muy seguro, cada puerta se abre con códigos, lo que da mucha tranquilidad. Viajé con mis hijos adolescentes Manuel y Sophia, por el cumpleaños #17 de mi hija, disfrutamos mucho toda nuestra estancia en LA y cerca del departamento en particular, la caminata por Holliwood Bvld por la tarde-noche. Con gusto nos volveríamos a quedar aquí, muchas gracias!! Yo recordaba que el estacionamiento estaba incluido y no fue así, fue necesario pagar una cuota adicional para tener donde dejar el carro, el estacionamiento es subterráneo y como todo en estos departamentos es muy seguro

• Aziza (4/5): Not worth the money, disappointing - Location is ideal Parking is nonexistent. You have to pay an additional $35 per day to park. The apartment has thin walls, ZERO soundproofing, we listened to guests walking back and forth in heels for hours while we tried to sleep. The bathroom shower was dirty, found a gob of hair plastered on the shower wall, gross. There’s no staff on hand, all digital, so wait while they take hours to answer any requests. Bedding is lackluster, no top sheet, just fitted, crappy comforter and dark colors which means nobody knows if the bed is actually clean. Fixtures in the bathroom are cheap, towel bar broke when hanging wet towels. Wouldn’t recommend, it’s far too expensive for what you get.

Gleich neben einer vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße und extrem laut im Zimmer, so dass man nur schlafen kann mit Oropax und zusätzlich noise cancelling kopfhörern. Das Schlagloch liegt direkt neben den Zimmern, ich war schon auf der Welt der mehreren Hotels, aber sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Keine Schallisolierung, nichts. Man hört einfach alles was vorbeifährt.

• Anita (10/5): We would definitely recommend staying here - The Quintessence was in a really great location and a few meters from the hotel we were at the start of the walk of fame (Elvis and Beatles stars were right there) and just a few metres from there they were setting up for the Oscars which was exciting. Anything we needed to ask during our stay was answered very promptly through messaging. So clean and tidy, we would definitely stay here again There was nothing we didn't like

• Alexandra (10/5): Great stay in a good location - Very nice and clean place . The location was also very good . They offer on site parking but we ended up finding a parking spot on a street nearby .
• Courtney (7/5): Had a great stay, great value for money and easy walk to a lot of Hollywood attractions. - Location was great. Luggage drop off and check in was easy. Room was neat and tidy. Staff were nice and helpful. The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on a brick. A mattress topper would go a long way. Pillows were good though.

• Namrata (7/5): - It matches the expectations in a very black-and-white sense. Yes, it had everything it promised, but there is still a gap. There is no hospitality. Due to the nature of the property, you have to text the host for every single thing (they are responsive), but it just doesn't replace the experience of one-on-one interaction. The place had exactly 3 spoons, 3 forks, 3 of everything, as we were 3 guests. It felt very mechanical and actually made it difficult to function when cooking and needing to rewash everything multiple times. The host mentioned there is an 'additional fee' if you use the towels for removing makeup. I have never come across places that do that. Everything felt very transactional with no hospitality. For three people, there were only 2 pilows. I had to constantly reach out and ask for everything.

• Assanova (9/5): We had a great stay at Quintessence hotel, very convenient and comfortable. - The location was great - close to the main attractions. The rooms had everything we needed, beds were comfortable. Check-in and check-out went smoothly thanks to clear instructions of the host. The response time was very fast, we never experienced that before. Thank you! My family was fine, it was just for me too loud, as I am sensitive to the outside noise and soundproof between the rooms.

The place was very clean and the technology to go in the apartment was awesome. Lack of Parking spaces... You have to be very aware of the parking signs because if not you will expect a good ticket..
• Leila (5/5): - The location was perfect. They do not have a proper sleeping arrangement. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and there were not enough blankets. Even though I explained that we were three adults, the hotel provided us with only one king blanket and one twin blanket. We had to repeatedly explain that two adults cannot share one blanket, especially when they are siblings or a mother and adult son. Also, the corridor odor was unpleasant. It had a very strong, strange smell similar to a hospital. The worst part was that we specifically asked for parking to be included, but they charged us separately for each night. I did not appreciate the dishonesty from the beginning. I definitely will not stay there again and will not recommend it to others.

Central location for Hollywood and West Hollywood activities. Close to Runyon Canyon (hiking, walking, running), local restaurants, and bars. Highly walkable area. Could have done without the early Saturday morning construction noise outside. Glad I had earbuds. Bring your own, just in case. Likely out of the hotel's control.

• PHUONG (9/5): Great - Excellent location, just steps away from Hollywood Boulevard. The host is very attentive to guests’ needs and responds quickly. The room is perfect for families or groups of friends. There’s no elevator — although it’s only one floor up, carrying luggage on the stairs can be quite difficult.
