Zowieziggy (9/5): A very pleasant stay with a very kind personnel. - Very good buffet breakfast: fruit, salad, 4 hot meals, bread, toasts, croissant, couques au chocolat, tea, coffee, mineral water, fruit juice, porridge (not my cup of tea but my Khmer wife loves this). Also a cooking stand for hotnoodles and eggs. Comfy ground floor rooms with a terrace and garden view. Bathroom with a shower ( compulsary for me). One of the fewest with a good temperature swimming pool. Most in Siem Reap are COLD. Good pool bar (specials in the the afternoon and evening). Dinng available and for a VERY affordable price (most of the dishes at 4,5% $). Draft beer for !$, coktails at 2,50$ (but pay " and get a free one). Location is great for those who comes for the temples. But a little far away from the city centre. Very good wi-fi as well as flat screen TV. The restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner is rather hot (no airco and the fresh air dispensers are not sifficient. The water from ther showerdo not go straight into the whole designed for this. This makes the floor of the whole bathroom slippy. This could easily be fixed with very little inverment.

V.M.T (10/5): - Very friendly and accomodating staff, the room was a great size for our party of 3 and the amenities provided was what we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful has a royal Cambodian feel to it (furniture, the stairs etc) The pool was a great size, nice for a cool dip in the humidity. The buffet breakfast and food from the restaurant was absolutely delicious and affordable! The services they have a available is awesome (massages, airport transfer). Location was perfect, close to the night Markets, Pub street, ATM'S and a supermarket. This hotel is 100 percent value for money and more! I highly recommend staying at Yasodharapura Residences, will definitely stay again when visiting Siem Reap!

Das Frühstück ist leider immer sehr süß gewesen oder direkt Mittagessen. Bei den Toastkörben, gab es einen Korb mit dunklem Baguette, jedoch nur als Deko und nicht zum Essen…. Das hätten wir sonst gerne genommen.

Хорошее местоположение, радушный персонал, классный бассейн, вкусная еда а ресторане, обильные завтраки ( Осторожно, можно потратить 2 часа на завтрак!😁) Комнаты небольшие, но обставлены со вкусом. Большинство персонала (кроме службы уборки) отлично говорит на английском, всегда готовы прийти на помощь. Имейте в виду, отель очень популярный, на выходные часто нет свободных комнат. Насекомые: комары и муравьи. Их много в Камбодже.

Heike (3/5): Kein zweites Mal Yasodharapura - Die Lage war ganz ok. Überfordertes Personal. Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht bereits 8 Monate im Voraus. Bei Ankunft war kein Balkonzimmer verfügbar. Eine preislich Entschädigung gab es dafür aber nicht. Man hatte den Preis für das sehr übersichtliche Frühstück kurzfristig verdoppelt. Da wir aber zu dem günstigeren Preis gebucht hatten, haben wir auf die Vertragserfüllung bestanden. Daraufhin drohte man uns mit der Polizei, wenn wir nicht den teureren Betrag bezahlen würden. Nach einigen Diskussionen wurde unserem Vertrag entsprochen. Die Fliesen im Pool waren zum Teil stakt beschädigt. Das Poolwasser war grün. Alles in allem eher ungenügend. Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

On peut prendre les repas du midi et du soir autour de la piscine. La nourriture est délicieuse et les prix très abordable. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation. Un petit bémol pour la vétusté de la salle de bain.

We liked the location it was near shops and restaurants and easy to get picked up by tour groups. The beds were quite hard and the bathrooms very dated but the rooms were kept very clean.

The linen was dirty, and despite being three guests, we were only provided with two bottles of water. Most importantly, the staff does not seem properly trained to take care of guests. Upon arrival, we requested a packed breakfast since we had to leave the hotel at 4 a.m. to join a tour, but in the end, nothing was prepared for us. Instead of offering a solution to this inconvenience — such as arranging the packed meal — we had to insist on getting a two-hour late check-out, which is clearly not an equivalent compensation. Additionally, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., there was drilling work in a room near ours, making it impossible to rest. Overall, we are quite disappointed. The entire team seems to lack proper communication, which negatively affected our whole stay. We would not recommend this accommodation.

Frey (9/5): - Top Hotel, großzügiges Zimmer mit Badewanne. Aufmerksames, immer freundliches Personal. Der Balkon ist nur etwa 50 cm breit, und Zimmerlänge lang. Nicht wirklich brauchbar.

La bienveillance du personnel ,son efficacité et le sourire Kmer toujours présent, sachant que ce personnel travaille avec efficacité pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Bon petit déjeuner compris dans le tarif . Seul bémol la télé ne fonctionnait pas , pour un problème d'abonnement. Cet hôtel est à recommander !

The building is beautiful and the pool area very nice. We enjoyed burger by the pool for lunch one day which were surprisingly tasty. Staff were very welcoming and it was easy to get in and out of the old town / pub street area by tuktuk The room we had had a very strange setup in the bathroom, that the drain is nowhere near the shower. The bed was actually two twin beds pushed together which we hadn't expected. The pool could benefit from some maintenance, a could of tiles were loose / broken and they could definitely do with a bit of a clean

Absolutely everything about the hotel, the staff, the room, the cleanliness, the spa facilities, etc are top notch. I have to say that front of house team run by Miss Mao are exceptional. I was made to feel welcome, the staff at every level were welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. The laundry service wasn’t too expensive. 10/10 all round.

Besides this the breakfast, lunch & dinner are very good. The rooms are very nice, there‘s a pool & the residence is perfectly located to visit the temples & for going to markets. :)
