• Monika (9/5): - We were generally satisfied with our stay at the apartment. The property has a very good location if you plan to use public transportation. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, from where you can get to Mondello and the city center. There is also a train station nearby, where you can take a train to other cities as well as to the center of Palermo. The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. the listing states “parking,” and I have to disagree with how this is presented, because we rented a car (driving in Palermo was a nightmare) Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a parking spot in front of the building and it was always full. Those spaces are paid, and only the first hour is free. We had to use a paid parking lot next to the apartment.

• Riccardo (9/5): Ottimo appartamento in ottima zona - Appartamento molto pulito e accogliente. Situato in zona commerciale servita molto bene dai mezzi pubblici (tram e bus). Host molto cordiale e disponibile. Comoda la camera da letto e cucina attrezzata bene. Consiglio il soggiorno non questa struttura a coppie ma anche da soli. Tornerò certamente Qualche ripiano in più nel bagno per poggiare le cose sarebbe stato perfetto ma si tratta solo di dettagli poco importanti.

• Amalia (10/5): - A lovely apartment with an elevator. The host kindly waited for us to give us the key. The neighborhood felt pleasant and safe. We stayed just one night. Having to call the host and let him know our exact arrival time was a bit inconvenient. A self check-in option would make things much easier and give more flexibility. This is just a suggestion for improvement, as everything worked out fine anyway.
• Daniela (8/5): Ottimo in tutto e per tutto - L'appartamento ben curato, spazioso e tranquillo. I proprietari sono stati abbastanza disponibili. In futuro sicuramente torneremo lì.
• Rafal (10/5): Amaizing apartment!!! - L'appartamento è pulitissimo e moderno. Nelle vicinanze si trovano ristoranti tipici, gelaterie, un panificio e un supermercato, e l'appartamento si trova in un quartiere tranquillo. Facile accesso in autobus al centro città e alla spiaggia. L'host è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente a Palermo e alloggeremo sicuramente da Flavio. Grazie mille per il tuo aiuto, la tua eccezionale ospitalità e i tuoi preziosi consigli.

• Michael (10/5): It became home quickly; clean, comfortable, highly stocked and enjoyable. - The facilities all worked perfectly and there was everything I could need - a microwave, an oven, a kettle and a fridge/freezer. The apartment was fully stocked on basic sundries such as hand soap, toilet paper and sponges etc. There was a great facility outdoors on the balcony to wash clothes - including a good sizeable clothesline to leave your clothes to dry. The TV was a smart TV and so you could watch Netflix or YouTube etc. The bed was a clean and comfortable double bed. The bathroom was lovely and modern, and stocked with plenty of towels. More clothes hangers would’ve been great. Also, maybe some liquid detergent to wash the clothes with. But these aren’t serious issues, and people of course need to cater to themselves to an extent.
• Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - Host was very friendly, room was very clean and comfortable and in good repair. It even had a salt shaker and a washing machine (which we didn’t use). We loved the room, and wished we could take it with us to the other cities we visited. Unfortunately the room is not magical and cannot travel with us.
