kelly (8/5): Great location and friendly staff make a repeat trip to the Seraina guaranteed - Location was fabulous. Apartment was very well equipped with new towels/supplies/etc. Super to be able to take care of transport and ski passes with the reception staff. Gym was in poor shape, a quasi storage closet with the treadmill and other equipment not useable. Would have been helpful to have soap/shampoo in the bathroom and a couple of coffee capsules for the first morning.

Andreas (7/5): - Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Lage bzw. die Blickausrichtung der Ferienwohnung war eher dunkel und etwas beklemmend, nordseitig. In jedem Fall die Blickausrichtung hätte heller und weitblickender sein können. Dies war der einzige, aber durchaus erhebliche Mangel an der Ferienwohnung. Alles andere war im guten Bereich.

Sibylle (8/5): Séjour très agréable, reposant et confortable dans son ensemble. - La situation était idéale. Le confort de l'appartement, l'équipement de la cuisine, la literie, calme et très propre. Appartement très cosy, chaleureux. Lumières à tous les niveaux parfaitement adaptées et modernes. Le Wifi est très instable et de qualité très moyenne. La salle de bain et très agréable, propre SAUF la douche qui mériterait d'être changée (eau stagnante dans le fond de la douche, la rendant dangereuse et pommeau de douche très désagréable, de qualité médiocre). La robinetterie n'est pas contrôlée au niveau du détartrage ... Il manque un micro-onde dans la cuisine et il y a la place ! Accueil au restaurant peu chaleureux. Vu le prix de la location ces éléments ne devraient pas exister.

Graeme (9/5): Great apartment in fantastic location. - Excellent location. Lovely character of the apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wifi signal was weak and regularly dropped out when accessed from our apartment. No soap or body wash provided for apartments.
