• Maurizio (7/5): Un valido appoggio in caso di sosta lavorativa in settimana - La struttura è immersa nel verde, le camere sono semplici ma curate e il ristorante all’interno dello stesso stabile, anche se non ho potuto provarlo, sembrava ottimo e con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, a mezzogiorno fa menù fisso. Il titolare e la ragazza che era presente al servizio la sera sono stati accoglienti e gentilissimi! La colazione è stata poco variegata, giusto un paio di alternative dolci e un paio salate, al momento del check-out è stato impossibile pagare con il bancomat siccome essendo isolati si appoggiano a Eolo ma era nuvolo e la connessione non funzionava. La ragazza presente alle colazioni sembrava infastidita dalla nostra presenza.

• Antonella (6/5): Ci siamo fermati una notte per riposare, ma abbiamo fatto la scelta sbagliata - Gestione disattenta. Dalle 3 alle 4 del mattino e’ partita musica alta in tutto il locale, ma nessuno della gestione era presente in loco. In bagno non c’erano asciugamani ospite e bagnoschiuma, solo shampoo. Abbiamo trovato davanzali delle finestre molto sporchi con un nido di api, una presa vicino al letto sfondata, I muri della stanza macchiati e il pavimento con impronte di scarpe in controluce. Nonostante questa situazione ci è stato chiesto un supplemento di 15 euro per la sterilizzazione della stanza visto che con noi viaggiava il nostro cane.

It is not great when you arrive tired and would like to get some rest. There were just sweets for breakfast. More variety would be nice. Owner shows 0 flexibility and does not reply to messages.

• Giormando (9/5): Posto piacevole e di riferimento con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Posizione, parcheggio, e camera perfettamente in linea con le aspettative. Consigliato anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Ho provato la cucina e l'ho trovata ottima. Staff cordiale e professionale. Dato il breve soggiorno non ho aspetti da evidenziare.

• Patrick (5/5): Peut certainement mieux faire - Je suis un voyageur Booking Genius 2, aussi j'essaie de faire preuve d'objectivité dans mes commentaires, mais là, concernant ce bel établissement, la prestation n'était malheureusement pas au rendez-vous... La chambre sous les toits ne disposait pas de fenêtre, seulement un velux fixe, (aération impossible) ... La douche bien que belle et spacieuse était dotée d'un pommeau de douche bouché par le calcaire et une fuite sur le tuyau 🤔 Les chambres situées au dessus de la salle de restaurant et pas du tout insonorisées étaient un supplice de bruit jusqu'à 23h30, ma compagne est même descendue se plaindre mais sans succès.... Côté restaurant, nous avons pris simplement un plat à la carte, la qualité était très bien mais la quantité très insuffisante... et pour finir un expresso qui n'est jamais arrivé à ma table... Dommage car cette belle bastide est située sur un domaine viticole isolé dans une grande plaine. Le Boss doit prendre en compte que même pour une nuitée de passage, les clients recherchent aussi, une prestation, du calme et de la sérénité. Je souligne la bonne qualité de la literie. C'est toujours très compliqué lorsqu'on ne parle pas la langue locale...
• Giada (2/5): PESSIMO - NIENTE Posto orribile pieno di insetti e scarafaggi. Abbiamo trascorso la prima notte di nozze qui e arrivando a tarda notte abbiamo chiesto al proprietario la possibilità di portare i documenti il giorno prima. Tutto ok fino al momento del check out, paghiamo quanto dovuto e ce ne andiamo. Qualche giorno dopo Booking mi addebita nuovamente l’importo sulla carta di credito poiché non risulta che io e mio marito abbiamo effettuato il soggiorno. Questo succede perché il proprietario ha effettuato una nuova prenotazione fuori Booking facendoci così pagare 2 volte. Chiediamo il rimborso telefonicamente spiegando l’accaduto, forniamo le ns coordinate bancarie ma il bonifico non arriva. Chiediamo la contabile come conferma e non ci viene data. Chiamiamo al telefono e ci viene staccato. A quel punto contattiamo Booking per avere il nostro rimborso, Booking chiama il proprietario che sostiene di aver già effettuato il rimborso COSA ASSOLUTAMENTE NON VERA. Il proprietario ci accusa inoltre di pretendere il rimborso sia da lui che da Booking. Probabilmente non ha capito che noi pretendiamo solo ciò che ci è dovuto perché abbiamo pagato la camera 2 volte !!!!!! PESSIMO VERAMENTE STATE ALLA LARGA, ad oggi nessun rimborso pervenuto.

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Sehr gute Kaffeemaschine/Kaffeeauswahl. Große Zimmer inkl. großem Bad. Modern. Kein europäisches Frühstück - nichts herzhaftes: Brot/Brötchen, Käse, Wurst/Salami, Eier, Gurke, Tomate, etc. Keine Minibar/Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Zimmer noch nicht fertig renoviert.

No butter, only dry toast, a muffing and a little piece of cake. Only coffee, no juice. We asked forscrambled eggs and they made us one for each one. It's a pitty because this breakfast gave us a worst experience just at final point in a lovely place

• Peter (9/5): A quiet stay in the Italian countryside off the main autostrada close to Piacenza. - Our journey took longer than expected and the kitchen was closed by the time we arrived. Paolo - on the front desk - offered to cook us a pasta dish for dinner and the food was really excellent. Although he had limited English ( and we had even more limited Italian ) we were able to communicate and he was very helpful. The wifi was a bit weak in the room, but the signal strength was excellent in the communal areas. Our room was small, and in the roof so it had no view - however we had AC which was most welcome. It would have been helpful to know when the kitchen was open until.

• Richard (8/5): Nice location - great hosts - great wine - room so-so - I enjoy wine and liked that we were close to vineyards. Our hosts were very accommodating. We had dinner one night and it was good value for the money. Their wine is excellent. Ranking our experience would be 1) the wine 2) the food and 3) the room. Breakfast was okay. Juice, coffee, a piece of cake and two small fruit bars?? The room was and clean, but kind of tired. The internet was on and off. And we killed about 5 bugs that I identified as stink bugs. No big deal, just not a lot of fun to see. Our biggest issue was with the bathroom. Some small envelops of shower gel. But more importantly is the size of the shower. I believe it is about 20 x 30 inches, I have a 36 inch waist and barely made it into the shower. If I had to bend over to pick something up, it would have been difficult.

• Nicholas (10/5): Perfection - A wonderful discovery! Beautifully renovated old property with stunning architectural design and the coolest interiors ever! We ate in the restaurant the night we arrived. The food was sublime, possibly one of the best meals we have had in Italy, our compliments to the chef. Our serving lady was a delight, spoke vert good English and was very informative about local food. Wines, all organic, were amazing. Lovely location in the countryside, yet also near a small town. Amazing, unforgettable stay, thank you Nothing, it is perfect

Great wines (I read some comments re the simple breakfast: it is an Agroturismo and it is in Italy - so we did not expect a 5* buffet - breakfast was simple and Italian - lovely cake, good cappuccino, bread, jam, yoghurt with muesli - great!) Nothing - it did exactly what it ‘says on the tin’!

• Beth (7/5): Last minute booking - The restraint was amazing. Wonderful food and staff. Booked a place with a large double and a single bed and a terrace for myself and my sister. On arrival given a room with a double bed. Owner did separate the bed into 2 singles on asking. However, after travelling for some time I was looking forwards to having a big bed to myself.
• Anton (1/5): horrible and traumatic experience of moving into the facility. inadequate behavior of the owner of the object and unwill - it was the worst and most traumatic experience. this object does not know how and does not want to work in the field of hospitality. The details of the object do not contain information that after 22 pm Check-in is not possible. we arrived at 22.30 and the hostess in a very terrible manner of communication informed us that our booking was canceled and nothing was going to settle us. this is the first negative experience when the object is not ready to work and does not want to work in the hotel area. The owner did not want to talk to us and said “why you are joking with me”, this is when three people who have paid and confirmed their booking are left alone with their problems, and the owner refuses to fulfill the minimum requirements of his job. It is a pity that we started reading reviews about the object in Google late, our experience is unfortunately not the only one. this object does not deserve a place located in Bucking.

Restaurant wasn't open, only others options for dinner not in walking distance. WIFI code/some information about eating options etc would be nice to have in the room for when the staff isn't around any more.

• Jocity (5/5): Will find another accommodation nearby with better service. - breakfast cake and scrambled eggs were delicious Breakfast starts at 8am and you have to ask for a coffee, orange juice and eggs. We were given room no4, basically just two beds and a small table. missing furniture, wall art, sink, cupboards etc. NO Daily Room Service, no iron, we had to ask for Towels and presented with three Shower Gel packs which served a day. no room cleaning during the 4 days stay.
