• Kathryn (7/5): Very comfortable, modern apartment near the centre. - Host is super-friendly and helpful with the apartment and local amenities. A nice touch to leave teabags and a packet of ground coffee for the coffee maker. The apartment building itself is really interesting especially if you like to experience how locals actually live. The apartment has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lovely modern furniture and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well-equipped. It would be great for any length of stay. The location is good. Although the kitchen equipment (crockery etc.) is pretty extensive, we thought that the kitchen could perhaps benefit from the option of a microwave oven, if possible. Totally random point and nobody's fault, but the updraft from the drains in the bathroom sink was a little 'strong' following heavy storm rains if you are sensitive to that sort of thing! Fortunately it was not the case for the kitchen sink.

• Cristina (10/5): Amazing flat in the Heart of Naples - The apartment is very nice, spotless, and fully furnished. It is located in the historic city centre, just a few steps from the metro, the main cultural attractions, cafés, and clubs. Despite being so central, it is very quiet because the long balcony overlooks a beautiful old cloister, offering a wonderful view. The host, Vincenzo, is a very kind person and always available to provide helpful tips to make the most of your stay in the amazing city of Naples. I highly recommend this accommodation.

La struttura si trova vicina alla metro e ad una fermata dalla stazione centrale. L'Host molto gentile e cortese. Mi ha aiutato a portare i bagagli. Super consigliata. Io ci ritornerò sicuramente!

Sinon métro proche. - À proximité à pieds du quartier historique, Spanacolli,quartier espagnol, métro proche. Bons restaurants proches. Hôte très gentil et rapide à répondre aux questions. Appartement très calme pour dormir. L'aéroport peu achalandé proche et les décollage d'avion des 6 am. Était quand même pas vraiment dérangeant.
• Ruthy (7/5): Worth the price if you just want a central, clean stay - Vincenzo was very kind and helpful. He assisted in carrying up the suitcases as there were multiple levels before the elevator. Location was superb for a short stay. Rooms were simple and clean. It was definitely worth the price and had a lovely balcony that we didn’t get to use. I was a little disappointed that below us was major construction on building new floors as that wasn’t clear in the advertisement and we couldn’t avoid the dust because elevator didn’t go all the way down.

• Christian (9/5): Fijn verblijf. Van harte aanbevolen! - Het appartement was heel schoon, de bedden waren fijn en 's nachts was het heerlijk rustig door de ligging aan de binnenplaats. De tips die de verhuurder ons vooraf stuurde waren zeer behulpzaam tijdens ons verblijf. Weinig viel ons tegen. Als je er kritisch op bent kun je zeggen dat de badkamer ietwat gedateerd was en de douchecabine aan de kleine kant. Wel goede waterdruk!
• de Drouas (7/5): Agréable. - pas de petit dej, emplacement idéal, appartement en bon état lumineux, lits confortables L'appartement avait comme note 9,4 fabuleux. Je trouve que c'est exagéré et donc un peu décevant car l'accès de l'immeuble est dans un chantier de travaux incroyable. J'ai payé à l'hote la taxe touristique de 60 euros que je pense avoir déjà payé par vous. Je ne comprends pas très bien.

• Victoria (7/5): Exceptionally responsive and helpful host, the property is in an excellent location. - Fabulous location, peaceful, lovely outlook and amazing host. No communal area except a narrow balcony, the kitchen (which wasn’t an ideal size for 4 adults with only 3 kitchen chairs and not much space) and a ‘living area’ which was in a bedroom with the sofa bed as the only sofa (which we needed to use as a bed).

• Cesar A Gonzalez (5/5): Good location to move around town - The apartment is comfortable, clean and quiet. The social area is inside the bigger bedroom which has a sofa and a table for 4. The kitchen is usable with no microwave. The apartment is located near Piazza Cavour station which allows for easy mobility. This station has a lot of stairs. The building is dilapidated (see pictures). It seems that sometime ago they started to put an elevator in another part of the building but that work was discontinued and the whole thing was just left to collect dust. The “new” elevator was installed starting at the first floor this means that you go up the stairs to the first floor and then take the elevator to the second floor to the apartment. To make the elevator work you need a key. Being an old building the pipes are old and a sewer smell comes up in the bathroom. We closed the toilet seat, and all the drains that could be closed, closed the bathroom door and the doors to the bedroom to avoid the smell. Sometimes there is cigarette smoke smell that permeates into the apartment. We closed the first bedroom door and that helped a lot. The area is on the path of planes landing at the airport. It is a busy, busy area with a lot of stores, mini-markets, restaurants and the Napoli Cathedral. It is very close to the old town. There is a sea of people especially on Sundays and a lot of traffic. There is a lot of garbage in the street.

• Ruth (10/5): Espresso. - Kõigepealt apartment oli väga puhas! Mida kauem me seal olime, seda rohkem hakkasime oma valitud majutuskohta armastama. Vincenzo andis meile juba eelnevalt Napoli jaoks väga head soovitused. Vastuvõtt toimus kiirelt ja sujuvalt. Hea oli teada, et ta oli meie jaoks alati olemas. Via Duomol avastasime väga head söögikohad ja linna kõige parem kohv on kohe sissepääsu kõrval. Täname väga kõige eest! -

• Steven (9/5): Super locatie en rustig appartement voor goede nachtrust - De locatie van het appartement is fantastisch, recht in het hart van het historisch centrum. Van hieruit kan je makkelijk Napels verkennen of metro nemen naar station van Napels. Ondanks het centrum, is het erg rustig slapen. Ontvangst door Vincenzo was erg hartelijk ! Je moet eerst wat trappen doen vooraleer je de lift kan nemen. Op zich niet onoverkomelijk en niet iets waar de verhuurder aan kan doen, maar na dagje slenteren in Napels voelen we dit extra in de benen.
• Sabrina (10/5): Beautiful, clean and great location - Vincenzo was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The building is beautiful and the view from the apartment is exceptional - as per photos. The apartment was very clean and well appointed.
• Matt (9/5): Superb - Really great location in the centre of Naples. Close to a metro station which made a train ride to Pompei very easy. Short Walking distance from the main shopping streets and the museum. Lovely outside space on the balcony in a very quiet garden area in a very noisy city There is a lift which runs from floor 2 to 4 but there are two flights of steep stairs as access.
• Tatiana (6/5): Not somewhere to spend time in. - location was okay, host attentive and responsive. the apartment doesn't have a communal space which wasn't clear from the description. the only tv was in one of the bedrooms, similarly the only table and chairs. Feels like a one bedroom flat presented as two bedrooms. getting to the apartment was extremely precarious, dirty and dark. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility, definitely not for anyone on their own. The kitchen fit out was very basic (mismatched crockery etc) the toilet in the bathroom stopped working and when fixed was still difficult to use (flush mechanism).
• Patrizia (9/5): Superb - Spacious, clean apartment in a very central location and yet very quiet thanks to the beautiful view of the inner courtyard. The owner is very accommodating, nice and extremely helpful with any questions. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed being there.

His hospitality was second to none and his suggestions for the best places to eat and visit were absolutely perfect. The apartment and the surroundings are so picture perfect. You have to stay here. Don't delay!!!

• Fiona (7/5): Nice appt, check status of building works - Very clean, traditional building with central courtyard, air con, good shower, kitchen had ample plates, pans, etc. The host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating and responded nice and quickly to queries. Extensive building work taking place in majority of the rest of building in August 2024. This was noisy, dusty etc and did spoil the view around the internal courtyard. Do check on the current state of the building works for your visit. The furnishing and decor was adequate and comfortable but quite basic and not luxurious.
• Yanna (5/5): Passable - Location was perfect, communication with the host and steward's welcoming was well arranged! Bathroom was moldy and didn't seem to have been cleaned thoroughly, especially in the shower area; very small shower! Bed was uncomfortable because of the mattress protector cover, felt plastic to touch and impossibly hard to sleep on Stairs - be aware that the lift starts after a high climb of stairs which made it very unpleasant for us carrying the stroller up and down, along with luggage etc! Neighbors - easily heard with open windows during the night

He went above and beyond. Also organised a driver to take us to Pompeii. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and light and bright Small shower

At the same time it is very quite because the long balcony face on a wonderful old cloister. From there you can even enjoy a wonderful view. The host Vincenzo is very nice person and available in providing many useful tips to fully enjoy your stay in the wonderful Naples. I strongly recommend this Structure.
