• Sasha K. (10/5): A great clean apartment on Dzerzhinskogo - I stayed here for three weeks in April 2026. April is known for being either too hot or too cold, and, thankfully, the temperature in the apartment was always great. The apartment was very clean, had a working washing machine.. The shower worked very well. The stairwell was always well-lit regardless of the time of day. Check-in was very easy, same as check-out. The stove worked well once I figured out how to use it. WiFi worked well throughout the whole apartment. The fridge is huge. And there are enough electrical outlets for all your phones and tablets ha-ha. The bed is king size, I'd say, it barely fits in the bedroom. The lighting in the bedroom works really well. Overall, I loved this apartment. I always buy my own pan if I stay in apartments in Ust-Kamenogorsk to cook breakfast, I have never had a pan that would work (understandably, most guests probably scratch those Teflon pans). You can buy one cheaply nearby. Same goes for hangers: never enough hangers, but those can also be bought cheaply somewhere in ADK River or a store nearby. Light fixtures are always too low in Ust-Kamenogorsk in pretty much all the apartments, so I'm used to banging my head against them, this was a problem in the kitchen this time every time I wanted to use the sink. If you're here during the rainy season, it might be hard to get to your entrance as there's mud everywhere, but that mostly speaks to the fact that the municipality doesn't care about roads or sidewalks.

• Tinalina (6/5): Not bad - We were staying in other apartment, since the host asked us. Cuz the apartment where we want to stay actually was extended by other guests. So my review is about the apartment where we actually stayed. A simple flat, with old furniture. A good location and very clean. Furnitures are old.
