Possibilité d’arriver tardive, mais aussi partir plus tard si pas loué derrière. Pris part de nos demandes concernant un logement en rez de chaussée et proche d’une autre famille. • Rita (8/5): Great value for price - The house was lovely and situated in a peaceful neighborhood, conveniently close to the main roads, with all essential services — including supermarkets and pharmacies — just a 5–10 minute drive away. There was no Wi-Fi available. Bed linen and towels are charged as an additional service, which, in my opinion, should ideally be included in the overall price. Communication could also be improved, as we received a large number of emails and WhatsApp messages containing the same information repeatedly, which became somewhat confusing over time.

• Martyna (10/5): - Apartament całkowicie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Było czysto i nie brakowało niczego. Panie z biura były bardzo pomocne i kontaktowe. Wakacje spędziłam z mamą i dziećmi, dostaliśmy apartament lepszy niż ten który był zamówiony, tylko 150m od plaży. W apartamencie jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz do spędzenia udanego urlopu. Nawet dodatkowa prośba o czajnik i kubki do kawy których mi brakowało (lubię pic kawę z kubka a nie z filiżanki) dostaliśmy od razu, zupełnie nowe i pięknie zapakowane. Co uważam za bardzo miły gest. W domu znajduje się również tv, i klimatyzacja, jednak z tego nie korzystaliśmy ponieważ była piękna pogoda i czas spędzaliśmy na dworze. Dodatkowyym udogodnieniem była pralka i zmywarka z zestawem tabletek na pierwsze dni, żeby nie martwić się że czegoś zabraknie zanim wybierzesz się na zakupy. W miejscowości jest sklep w którym mozna kupić wszystko. Uważam że zarówno miejsce w którym mieszkaliśmy jak i panie z biura zasługują na 5 gwiazdek i z pewnością wrócę i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić każdemu. Brak
• Reto (10/5): Idyllische Ruhe - Ein sehr ruhiger, idyllischer Ort. Wir haben uns sehr schnell "zu Hause" gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und über alles informiert. Die Pizzeria da Paolo im Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen.

La zona è tranquilla, vicina a Budoni ( essendo state ospiti in ottobre il supermercato locale era chiuso ) che ha negozi e ristoranti . Ritornerei volentieri a soggiornare con questa organizzazione

• Emanuel (10/5): We had a great stay! - We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Just to note, bed linen and towels are provided for an extra fee. We truly appreciated that they let us check out later , they were very kind and understanding. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. Nothing to mention, everything was perfect!
• Andrea (8/5): Klasse Unterkunft für wenig Geld - Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war absolut klasse. Die Unterkunft war im Vergleich super günstig, demzufolge konnten wir Dinge wie Meerblick, fußläufig nah an allem Möglichen nicht erwarten. Dennoch haben wir es aufgrund unserer Mobilität mit dem Auto keine Sekunde bereut, die Unterkunft in Taunanella gebucht zu haben. Ruhige Lage, große Terrasse, super sauer etc. Das Personal war absolut bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Den hatten wir auch. Nachdem wir erst am Abend unseren Heimflug hatten, wäre ein späterer check out kostenlos möglich gewesen, sofern die Unterkunft nicht sofort anderweitig vermietet gewesen wäre. So wurde uns aber gleich ums Eck KOSTENLOS ein anderes Apartment, gleich neben dem Office, für den kompletten Tag zur Verfügung gestellt, um unsere Koffer dort zu hinterlassen, noch viele Stunden am Meer zu genießen, in Ruhe zu Duschen, um erst dann den Heimweg anzutreten. Absolut klasse Service. Wir kommen wieder ❤️

The hospitality and service from the host were excellent, very friendly and always easy to reach. Any small issues or missing items were solved immediately and without any problem. • Aurora (10/5): Ci siamo trovati davver bene. I proprietari gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi consiglio o necessità. La - La struttura era bellissima, letti comodi e c’era tutto quello che serviva in cucina. Gli spazi erano molto ampi e ben tenuti, curati nel minimo dettaglio. Molto comodo anche il kit omaggiato per il bagno! Era davvero tutto perfetto, forse sarebbe stato ancora più comodo avere avuto a disposizione una maggiore quantità di detersivo per i piatti e magari una quantità maggiore di condimenti base per la cucina come sale, olio e zucchero. Però sono delle cose su cui si può tranquillamente sorvolare.
• Pavlína (9/5): Poloha a místo pěkné, personál ochotný. - Lokalita dobrá, k moři cca 900m ale to jsme chtěli. Apartmán skvělě zařízený a čistý. Výhled na všechny strany k moři i na hory. Okolí apartmánu pěkné v obydlené oblasti a čistě udržované. Jedna hospůdka hned za rohem. Na ubytování nebyla WIFI, což považuji v dnešní době jak k práci, tak vyhledávání příp. výletů, plateb atd za velký nedostatek. WIFI nám byla po dvou dnech dodána , ale stejně nefungovala dobře. Další problém byl s recyklací odpadů, který jsme vůbec nepochopili a hrozilo penále za nedodržení postupu. Pokud někde platíte za úklid a to bez povlečení a ručníků cca 1800 k ceně ubytování, nečekáte, že budete denně chodit s barevnýma kýblema před dům. Rovněž pokud pronajímám ubytování , tak snad i s povlečením. To byla další položka navíc a né malá. Za celou dobu pobytu 8 dnů, je navíc nikdo nevyměnil a žádný úklid neproběhl. Dost nadsazené ceny za služby, ktré nebyly provedeny. Škoda, zkazilo to na první pohled skvělé místo. Ve vybavení chyběla konvice a žehlička kterou psali v zařízení, také nebyla.

• Valeria (10/5): Un séjour inoubliable - Nous avons été accueillis avec un grand sourire, de la bienvieillance et plein de conseils. L'emplacement est parfait, proche des supermarchés et à 1km de Budoni. Les plages les plus connues sont à maximum 40 minutes de route, les plus proches à 5 minutes en voiture. Point stratégique pour visiter San Teodoro et faire l'excursion du Golfo d'Orosei à partir de La Caletta. Personnel très aimable et au petit soin. L'appartement est bien agencé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour votre séjour ! Leur système de chat whatsapp est hyper confortable pour signaler tout éventuel disfonctionnement dans l'appartement. Et je peux vous garantir qu'ils sont extrêmement efficaces en résolution des soucis. Par exemple, je n'arrivais pas à me connecter au wifi. En 10 minutes chrono après mon message Viola était déjà dans mon appartement et en 5 minutes tout était résolu. Au passage merci Viola, Gianni, Marco et tout le staff pour votre efficacité et bonne humeur !
• Diana (9/5): Meraviglioso soggiorno, torneremo! - Villetta a schiera molto spaziosa e in una zona tranquilla, a 5 minuti di macchina dal mare e 15 minuti da San Teodoro. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile in ogni momento! In casa era presente tutto il necessario, addirittura il barbecue! I primi giorni abbiamo avuto un po’ di formiche in tutta a casa, comprensibile essendo una villetta a schiera. Lo staff peró ci ha subito fornito il prodotto anti-formiche e sono sparite!

• Nynne (8/5): Et godt ophold til prisen og virkelig søde lokale og personale. - Hyggelig lille lejlighed. En dejlig strand i nærheden og indkøb tæt på. Personalet var de sødeste og mest hjælpsomme vi længe har oplevet. De fik os virkelig til at føle os velkommen. Og generelt se lokale i byen var venlige. Det lokale pizzaria besøgte vi også 2 gange og de var virkelig også gode mennesker. Lejligheden lå lidt langt fra stranden ca. 20minutters gang og langt fra den nærmeste større by med restaurenter osv. Ikke i gåafstand - så det er en stor fordel hvis man har en bil. Lejligheden lå på 1. etage i et hus, hvor underboen var en lokal ældre mand som vores børn var lidt utrygge ved. Han havde 5 katte og noget der mindede om en losseplads i forhaven. Og så virkede han lidt generet af at vi var der. Men vi tog det med et smil og havde en god ferie alligevel:-) havemøblerne på terrassen trænger til at blive skiftet ud.

Jako překvapení jsme dostali bonus nového apartmánu, což bylo příjemné překvapení, než co bylo zobrazeno v aplikaci, kde jsem počítal jak s použití TRX a parkování auta ale... bohužel u nového apartmánu je parkování pro maličkaté autíčko kam se naše (5m) nevešlo... A tahat dvě uřícené děti, krámy na pláž...

(No sapone per i piatti ma sì spugnetta 🤔)Nel complesso siamo stati bene, abbiamo passato 12 giorni Purtroppo la casa non era neanche una tra quelle viste dalle foto, comunque accogliente. Consiglio di aumentare i chilowatt della corrente perché se accendevamo il forno non potevamo accendere neanche un condizionatore, oppure se facevamo la doccia dovevamo mettere in pausa la lavatrice, visto che l’acqua calda andava con lo scaldabagno. Era un continuo far saltare la corrente

Bettzeug und Tücher kosten extra. Alles hat bei uns funktioniert, Klimaanlage und Parkplatz vor der Tür. Alles war super, Personal sind immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank! Wi-Fi gibt es nicht.

• Anghel Florina (10/5): Fairytale - Our experience at Obbietivo Vacanze Budoni was absolutely dreamy! The whole island of Sardinia is breathtaking, but when you meet the right people—like this amazing team—it makes the entire experience truly unforgettable. These people are extraordinary; they anticipated and provided absolutely everything we needed: recommendations and discounts at restaurants, suggestions for estates where we could enjoy wine tastings, shopping locations, and above all, tips for stunning beaches, boat trips—you name it! The apartment we stayed in was exceptional—just 200–300 meters from the sea, spacious, fully equipped (iron, hairdryer, ironing board, kitchen utensils—absolutely everything), and the terrace looked like something out of a fairytale. The whole experience felt like it had been written into a storybook. We are only now leaving the island, and we’re already thinking about how to convince our friends, get organized, and make sure we come back next year without fail!

PLUS: l’agenzia offre la possibilità, GRATUITAMENTE, per chi ha viaggio di ritorno la sera del giorno in cui fa check-out, di appoggio in un altro appartamento per l’intera giornata, in modo tale da godersi a pieno le ultime ore in Sardegna.

Les équipements sont complets ( machine à laver, clim, store, four, douche extérieure, transat de plage et parasol à disposition) et la propreté exemplaire.Il faut compter 5 min de voiture pour accéder à une plage en voiture. La plage et le port de Budoni sont merveilleux. Attention, ne vous fiez pas aux photos données sur le site. C’est un appartement type que vous n’aurez probablement pas. Les logements manquent vraiment d’intimité: -Les terrasses extérieures donnent sur les voisins ( de chaque côté, au dessus et derrière). Nous avons dû laisser les volets de chambre fermés pour éviter d’être vus. -Le prix est assez excessif - des coupures de courant à répétition ( ne pas utiliser trop d’équipement en même temps)

Close to the nice beach with restaurants and parking. Viola brings WiFi even if it is notified in the description of the apartment that is without wifi, nice from her. Viola equiped us with umbrellas and chairs for beaches. Could be noisy in the evening because it is quite an area and you can hear neighbors Could be better equipped with small things and amenities, we bought for the kitchen and bathroom. When you book, ask for pictures of your apartment. On booking, only nice apartment could be seen, not particular apartment which you will get.
