• Konrad (2/5): Unacceptable treatment by apt Owner. - Good location, relatively clean with potential in summer season. In short (we were 2+child during NewYear break). My opinion is in regard winter season. In summer we would probably give higher notes for our stay. Positive: great location, beds are comfortable, clean, spacious closets in corridor. Less positive…. - apt is 44m inside - cheap finishing/only basic equipment - issues like stuck window curtains. - kitchen is much smaller than pictures suggest. Pictures tuned for effect. - 1 AC module in corridor (u need to keep doors open to feel any temp change) Now the drama: - AC heating was unable to warm the apartment in winter (0-2 degrees outside) - many major leaks in windows + ventilation hole in kitchen wall (critical issue in winter) - owner offered replacement but cancelled next day , offering 2 other tiny apartments as only solution - we did not agree. - when we started to claim for refund/compensation it ended in false accusation that we want “free stay” - owner stoped responding to our calls, only booking chat was possible - owner accusing us of damages when we proved on pictures there is hole to open air in kitchen wall. - we went to ask for help of carabinieri due to owners offensive & false statements escalating on chat. They helped by calling owner and agreed we leave with refund for remaining days. - we left after 2nd night with agreement to refund for unused stay from 7 days booked - finally Owner refused any refund, did not answer any mail, and booking.com left us, as well with the problem (after 5-8 calls, booking refunded approx 30%, but again after many calls and discussions) Owner came only once to us on first day, before we found there was a hole in kitchen wall. No contact afterwards, not willing to see/verify the problem on site, just escalating false statements toward us on chat. We bought extra heater to keep up during those 2 nights. Note: all is documented in booking chat, mails and pictures sent to booking staff.
• Rainer (6/5): Entspricht nicht dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis, gute Lage - -Gute Lage -nettes kleines Café für den Morgencafe im Nebengebäude - Supermärkte, Restaurants, Drogerie, Strand alles fussläufig erreichbar -Recht ruhig / außer am Wochenende -Preis-Leistungsverhäktnis passt nicht, die veröffentlichten verzehrten Bilder vergrößern die Wohnung deutlich in der Warnehmung, die Realität ist anders -Kein Wohnbereich/Sofa vorhanden -Kein Parkplatz vorhanden, deutliche Mehrkosten pro Tag -Meerblick würde ich eher als „ in dieser Richtung liegt das Meer“ bezeichnen -Balkon bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage nicht nutzbar, hier steht der Ventilator der die Wärme nach außen pustet - Klimaanlage verliert Wasser, ständig tropft es und der Flur ist nass, Verwaltung reagiert nicht zur Problembehandlung - Typische italienische Mängel: WC stinkt ständig nach Kloake, Wasserhähe wackeln, WC Türe lässt sich nicht abschließen, Duschtürgriffe hängen, Kleintiere im Bad….alles Kleinigkeiten -Sehr aufwendiges CheckIn Verfahren durch die Verwaltung mit untypischen Pass- und Gesichtsfotos, vor Ort bei Übergabe wird alles noch einmal gemacht !? Verwaltung reagiert vorab nicht auf Fragen zur Unterkunft und Umgebung.
