Posizione ottima nel pieno centro di Gradara, ad un passo dal Castello. Per la colazione si ha un abbondante buono da spendere in un bar molto fornito a pochi passi dell'alloggio.

• ELENA (6/5): - Il bagno e la posizione La camera. Il letto non confortevole e piccolo. Nessun confort ne punto di appoggio comodini su 2 sgabellini. Vista interna rumorosa sino a tardi.
• Francesca (10/5): - Tutto ottimo: la posizione, l' accoglienza, la pulizia, la possibilità di fare caffè e tisane in camera. Anche se per laia famiglia non è stato un problema, segnalo che le scale che portano ai due letti singoli sul soppalco non sono semplici da salire e scendere (penso a bambini piccoli).

• Alessia (10/5): Nice place to spend a night in Gradara - We were there for a wedding at the nearby Conventino, as we didn't want to drive at night after the event. The location was great (just a couple of minutes away from the Coventino and the castle as well). It was super clean and very well-organised, with codes to access the facility sent to you by Clarissa the same morning. We were able to get prepared for the wedding in our room, even a bit earlier than the check-in time. It was just perfect! Nothing really. If I have to say anything, perhaps the room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was definitely a good size for a night or two.

• Sara (9/5): Bellissimo alloggio di design - Alloggio nuovissimo e molto ben curato, facilissimo il check-in. Pochi spazi per appoggiare le proprie cose, le scale sono molto belle ma anche molto ripide, scomode se si hanno bambini piccoli.

• Le (8/5): Gradara is unique for the Christmas’s holiday - The location, the Borgo of Gradara, the room is nice but little bit squeezed, the bathroom and his balcony. Concentration on the commercial aspect (gaining the max) rather than satisfaction of clients (5 euro per person for the breakfast in a near bar even though the price of the room was the more expensive between all the hotels and bed&breakfast that we have reserved in our three weeks of vacation). Must leave the room at 10 am whereas as customary the check out is at 11 am. On another note , you have to wake up before 8 in the morning to pay for the parking of the car at Gradara for the new day ( very strange as normally in Italy if you pay more than the time limit all the plus to go the next day.

• Dávid (9/5): Superb - Beautiful room in a beautiful location. Clarissa was very helpful and proactive with all our requests, she had some great recommendations as well. The room, though small, had everything we could wish for. More storage space (shelves/drawers/etc) could be an improvement.

• Caroline (10/5): Super clean, super comfortable, super location! - Everything! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was clean with a powerful shower, the bath was amazing! There were lots of extra thoughtful touches too like coffee pods and dolce. The children loved the upstairs beds too! Location was perfect too and next to a fabulous restaurant- Il Bacio - where we ate one evening. Nothing!

Easy check-in with the code and easy communication via WhatsApp The stairs in the room might be a bit dangerous, high and steep There were a few hair in the bathroom but otherwise the room was very clean

• Mersaydees (10/5): Clean, excellent stay! - The location was exactly what we needed - it’s right off the main walkway. Having keyless entry made checking in and getting settled very easy. Clarissa communicated valuable information before we even arrived. The air conditioning was fantastic and definitely needed during our stay. We could possibly have been the first guests ever as it was so incredibly clean! Not so much a complaint, but the mattress was extremely firm. Perhaps a topper could be added in the future for comfort 😊

Well worth a visit - Clarisa made us immediately welcome and settled on arrival .All aspects of the accommodation is of high quality and spotlessly clean CivicoNove is set in a Beautiful location surrounded by high quality restaurants shops with local produce serviced by friendly welcoming staff .
