Adiël (1/5): Deceptie - We konden het hotel niet vinden, alleen de postcode van het dorp was bekend. De accomodatie was niet te vinden. Bij andere hotels in het dorp gevraagd en meerdere keren het telefoonnummer gedraaid maar kreeg geen gehoor en ik werd ook niet teruggebeld. Ik heb in een ander hotel moeten overnachten.
Rotter (5/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Das einzig schöne war die Lage Die Küche war überhaupt nicht gut ausgestattet und die Unterkunft war dreckig. Außerdem gab es kein wlan und die Vermieter waren schlecht zu erreichen
Marco (1/5): Arnaque - Rien Comme souvent en Suisse, une vraie arnaque. On paye super cher et finalement c’est nul. Mais là c’était le comble : j’arrive avec un enfant, dehors il fait super froid, l’hôtel est abandonné. J’appelle Booking, je paye l’appelle une fortune car je suis en Suisse, et ils me disent que effectivement c’est une arnaque et que je dois prendre un autre hôtel. Le seul dans les parages c’est un hôtel à 200 euros la nuit. Bref, une nuit de quelques heures en Suisse m’a couté 400 euros.
Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing even if the location was perfect. - Location. Bed I was using was made and clean enough. Kitchen utensils (crow bar in Kitchen and lack of utensils), previous guest’s rooms just left used along with the bathrooms, no prior information that breakfast was not an option actually quite the opposite it was offered the day before, also misleading pictures on booking.com… just be aware

Joseph (10/5): Wonderful hosts and a great location - We had a great night here, Natascha and team made us feel very welcome. The room was perfect and very clean, and we had a great night sleep in a very comfy bed. They were excellent hosts, and the coffee and breakfast were of exceptional Swiss quality! I will stay here again the next time I visit Lenzerheide.
