• Madeleine (9/5): Traumurlaub in Luzern! - Die Lage war hervorragend. Wir konnten mit Kleinkind alles zu Fuß erreichen. In 3 Minuten zum Vierwaldstättersee, über die Brücke direkt am Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten eine Straße weiter. Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Babybett, Hochstuhl und Kindergeschirr wurden bereitgestellt. Ein kleiner Aufzug erleichtert das Transportieren der Koffer und Kinderwagen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war schnell und einfach. Wir kommen gerne eines Tages wieder. Es war bei frühsommerlichen Temperaturen draußen schon etwas warm im Appartement, sodass wir lieber bei gekippten Fenstern geschlafen haben und dabei merkt man die zentrale Lage mit dem Straßenlärm dann doch. Wir konnten trotzdem schlafen. Nur das Baby störte sich manchmal ein wenig daran.
• Raja Ashok Koganti (10/5): - The location was perfect. Apartment is cozy, neat and carefully designed. We used Luzern as our base and explored Titlis, Rigi, Burgenstock mountain, Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. We used the free travel card which the property emailed us to take the bus to the Bahnof. You could walk across the lake to reach the Bahnof too. The Kitchenette was reasonably equipped with stove, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle and utensils ; they also provided basic spices for preparing simple dishes and liquid soap to wash the utensils . We did grocery shopping at the nearby coop and prepared one meal a day ourselves. There is a common laundry area too which is open after 1700 hrs. The laundry room had detergent and iron box too. I wouldn’t call it a discomfort; because we stayed in the month of May when the weather was pleasant. However, the room did not have air conditioning. The closet had a portable fan and a heater just in case.. We were informed prior about the construction work in the vicinity during the morning/afternoon hours. We rarely stayed in our room during these hours; so didn’t matter at all.

• Kirsten (9/5): Wundervoll. - Alles hat mir an der Unterkunft gefallen. Ganz besonders waren vor allem die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Appartements und die herzliche Kommunikation mit den hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Nur an einem von insgesamt 5 Abenden war es ein kleines bisschen zu unruhig.
• Dr. Ludger Gerbracht (10/5): Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung - Stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartment, in dem an aĺles gedacht wurde und wo alles bestens funktioniert. Es ist nicht ganz billig, aber es wurde auch an nichts gespart, alles ist von guter Qualität. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, aber nicht zu weich. Auch die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: In drei Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Vierwaldstätter See. Wir könnnen diese ausgezeichnete Unterkunft bestens empfehlen. ---

Easy walking distance to the train station and old town. Grocery stores were also close by. The manager ( Michelle ) and the owner of the property were very accommodating and friendly. Lucerne was a highlight of our trip and staying at this property enhanced the visit. We have nothing we didn't like.

Hervorzuheben ist auch die Professionalität und Kompetenz von unserem Ansprechpartner Christian Moser. Ich habe mich sehr gut erholt in dieser Unterkunft. Meinem Mann und mir hat alles gefallen.

• Jade (10/5): 5/5, would highly recommend - The property was excellent, it was in a great location - 5 minute walk to the waterfront and 15 minute walk to the train station. The apartment was clean, and was well equipped, especially the kitchen. The staff were super helpful, answered any queries we had, and provided chocolates for our arrival, and had brought us a bottle of Prosecco for the New Year! Would highly recommend! One thing I would mention is that the apartment was extremely warm, and we couldn’t work out how to turn the heating down

• Deepanshu (8/5): - The property is centrally located and exceptionally well maintained for its age. Communication with the host was great, and the information provided was clear, detailed, and easy to follow. As noted, the property is older, so any minor drawbacks are related to that. Not a strong dislike, but Google Maps currently directs you to the stairs on the opposite side instead of the parking area, which caused a bit of confusion initially given the one-way roads around the property.

Комната просторная и приятно обставлена. За кофемашину отдельное спасибо! Благодаря наличию кухни я ощутимо экономила на еде в городе. Расположение самое великолепное. Напротив очень красивая церковь. От вокзала 10-12 минут или 2 остановки на транспорте. Все туристические места в пределах 5-15 минут. Персонал был очень приветлив и услужлив. В ноябре в номере было прохладно, и мне в течение часа принесли обогреватель. Инструкция по заселению также очень понятна. Мне было очень приятно, что мне разрешили заселиться в 12 дня, а не в 3, не взяв дополнительную плату. Учитывая высокую стоимость жилья в Швейцарии, здесь вы за эту цену получаете высокий сервис и качественное, чистое жилье. Я очень капризный гость, но здесь мне не к чему было придраться.

• May (10/5): Great place to stay! - Christian, our host, was very friendly and helpful. He gave us suggestions for restaurants and sights to see. The apartment has many beautiful art pieces - not like the run of the mill hotels. Location was within walking distance to Old Town, Lake Lucerne and train station. A bus stop was around the corner for busses to the station as well. The interior could have been better lit, with higher voltage bulbs.

• CHENG-CHI (10/5): - 共住五個晚上 公寓到盧森城區觀光景點很方便。 公寓有電梯，搬大行李非常方便。 洗衣及烘衣設備很方便。 服務人員很親切。 這次在盧森住的5天中，全部都是陰天，而且還是整天。同住的房客抱怨天氣不好，拍照不美。其實這種天氣去山上，只要纜車或齒軌車穿過雲層，馬上豁然開朗，陽光普照。可看到非常漂亮的雲海千變萬化。這五天我就在山上的健行步道上充分享收這美麗的陽光景緻。 公寓有一點難找，離火車站大概要走十五分鐘，去便利商店要走一回。
• Emma (7/5): Lucerne stay - The apartment is in an excellent location for all amenities. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and communication was quick and efficient. The apartment would have been perfect, however the walls, ceiling are very thin and we could hear everything from neighbours. This detracted from our stay.

Die Lage ist Top in der Stadt von Luzern, der Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar oder mit Bussen im Minutentakt. Die Gratisnutzung der Waschmaschinen hat überzeugt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche hätte etwas besser sein können, z.B. Topflappen oder mehr Geschirr.

• UDAY (10/5): Excellent stay . - Loved our stay here in Lucerne. Good location very near to bus stop and easy walk to station. The facilities are very nice with free laundry after 4.0 pm. They helped us with necessary guidance about induction stove. A very good place to stay and enjoy Lucerne and surroundings. The property is very nice and functional but cannot offer great views.

Christian was incredibly responsive and check in was well organised. It had a homely feel and it was wonderful to have cooking amenities. • Ian Scott (7/5): Would stay again in this facility however would reserve a larger apartment. - We arrived early at the location and Christian met us on arrival and made tour room available. The location was within easy reach from the Lucerne railway station, could walk within 12min. or catch Local No14 Bus 5min. The studio apartment offered a comfortable stay for the 4 nights however a little small. Had we known we would have booked their bedroom apartment rather than their Studio Apartment. The studio apartment included a kitchen reducing the overall comfort and size. This facility had washing machine's (two) and dryer available to guests, this was our main attraction... however, had restricted access as they serviced the cleaners in their daily work to the apartment complex.
• Chee Keen (9/5): - We have enjoyed our stay at Appartements Hofquartier very much. The 2-room appartment is spacious and comfortable. It is very clean and has a well-equipped kitchen. The location is excellent. We were able to walk to the lake, train station, old parts of town, chapel bridge, Lion monumnet, Coop and Migros easily on mostly flat grounds. The use of washing machine and dryer after 4pm is a real help. Our host Christian is friendly, helpful, and responsive to queries. Overall, this accommodation is a gem in our stay at Lucerne!

• Twyla (10/5): A clean, efficient, and reasonably priced apartment in the perfect area of Lucerne. - We were extremely pleased with our little studio apartment in Lucerne. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was so close to the main sites including the train station (12 minute walk) and the ferries. There were two excellent buses that got us back-and-forth to the train station in three minutes. Christian, the property manager, was so helpful and provided everything we needed. It was a perfect stay at a very reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again. We liked everything.

The key was easily accessed with the provided code for the lock box. Christian was helpful in suggesting local restaraunts and interesting sites to visit.

• Zhong Huan (10/5): - It is really near Lucerne station (about 5mins via bus which is pretty frequent). The amenities are comprehensive and the kitchen towels are really useful when we cook our meals. There was a renovation in the nearby building but it didn't affect us because we were out during the day and the renovations ended by late afternoon. Overall, a great experience for our stay in Lucerne
• CHUEN LUEN CECILIA (10/5): - The accommodations were clean and well-equipped. Self-service check-in was easy, and for those staying four nights, i could use the laundry room during limited hours. This was incredibly convenient for travelers. When we ran out of coffee or towels, the housekeeper always provided plenty. The male housekeeper incredibly helpful, who helped me adjust the washing machine. The male receptionist was also incredibly friendly. This apartment left a truly pleasant impression. Nil

Christian the host was terrific. From the time he met us to help us get luggage up to property until bidding us goodbye he answered any of our requests with valuable suggestions for restaurants and activities promptly.

It is in the quiet part of a very bustling city and yet maintains the connectivity. Very near to various restaurants and stores. There was only one fan which made it a little inconvenient as the beds are not massive and hence one of three family members have to sleep in another room.
