• Murfs (8/5): Very good - Apartment well located to town [summer trip]. It's comfortable and spacious. Some people may say the kitchen is a little tight but we only used it to make coffee.
• Peng (6/5): Would have stayed elsewhere - Location. Being at the edge of the city centre, no driving is required to reach all amenities. Property is dated. The bunk beds were situated in enclosed area with little ventilation. It was uncomfortably stuffy in June and I think I think it would be worse in the summer. Some of the tilt and turn European windows were not operating properly. Take care when trying to tilt them. Very small kitchen although the utensils were of good quality. Throwing trash and recyclables is unpleasant. Given only 1 trash bag for 1 week stay. The lid of the bin under the sink was not working. The condo trash bin was not cleared for the entire week we were there and was filled to the brim by the time we left. There is no bin for plastics and I had to hunt for plastic recycle bins around town. What is also not obvious is the large amount of construction work occurring during this period in Cortina, presumably in preparation for the upcoming Winter Olympics in 2026. This includes major construction right next to the apartment. It also meant heavy traffic even in mid June and the town is not exactly as picturesque. For the same price, I would have chosen something else better away from town, or in another town nearby. This is especially since we were driving to different places everyday. I can see the location making more sense and accepting the compromises in winter.

• Orourke (9/5): Apartment in Cortina perfect for Skiing Access - 1.The apt was conveniently located to ski lifts and ski shuttle. we used the door keys rather than the door combo ...The door combo sometimes did not unlock. Sheets and beds very comfortable. I liked the outside deck Perfect for 3 people, not 4 people ; 2 couples The onwer very responsive to our needs upon arrival for directions to parking garage space. Could have used directions for the oven/stove.

• Catherine (8/5): Great base for a trip to Cortina - Brilliant location, bus stop for the ski bus to the Socrepes area right outside the property and only a 2 minute walk to the main street in town with shops and restaurants. The kitchen is on the small side, but rest of the apartment is spacious and comfortable. Lots of hangers in the plentiful wardrobes. Ski room available with locker to store equipment downstairs. Good communication with friendly owner. Pillows a little firm for me, but that is personal preference! Everything else was good.
• Kathryn (7/5): Good - The location was perfect. The unit was spacious. The parking was difficult requiring a 13 point turn each time you parked it was so tight. This is because the key fob only opened the "out" gate (not the "in" gate or the "chained" parking). The unit was clean, but seems unloved. Not providing toilet paper and not throwing out empty containers from previous guests seems a bit odd. This place has a lot of unrealized potential.
• Sudha (6/5): Location was great, spacious apartment but kitchen and 2nd bedroom were miniscule. - Well located property Overly aggressive and rude response from owner’s caretaker for a simple question about 2 bath towels out of 4 that were not supplied on arrival.
• Laura (9/5): Superb - The place is lovely and clean and tidy when we arrived and francesca was really helpful with Information regarding check in and check out. Thr location was perfect, really close to ski hire, lifts, town and bus stop. The accommodation was bigger than I expected and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Shower in main bedroom was lovely. Really enjoyed the stay
