S. T. (9/5): - Praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Preis für Lage und Angebot in Ordnung. Freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Gute Betten (hart, nicht Jedermanns Sache). Bei Ankunft Ceranfeld gesplittert, Herd könnte nicht genutzt werden. Hausmeister hat das am zweiten Tag beseitigt. Wasserdruck zu niedrig. Umschalten von Warmwasser per Hand nötig, für Erste-Welt-Land gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Jennifer (7/5): - Die Größe und Lage der Wohnung ist in Ordnung . Zum übernachten ausreichend doch nicht zum verweilen. Es fehlt an Wärme und Gemütlichkeit. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung . Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out. Die Nachbarn sind sehr laut bis in die Nacht . Sehr hellhörig .
Frank (8/5): Laute Unterkunft - Schön renovierte Altbauwohnung, aber laut. Man hört alles im Treppenhaus und von der Strasse. Lärm im Treppenhaus um 1 Uhr morgens. Personal gab es nicht. Zugang per Code.

Viola (7/5): - Es war wirklich sauber. Und als wir oben in der ersten Etage keinen Strom hatten durften wir ins Erdgeschoss ziehen. Im Erdgeschoss sowie in den anderen Apartments Österreich rauchen verboten. Oben in der ersten Etage war es auch kein Problem nur im Erdgeschoss stank es wirklich ganz schlimm nach zigaretten qualm und das in jedem Zimmer. Da half leider kein lüften und mit febres sprühen. Für einen Nichtraucher und mein Freund ist leichter Gelegenheits Raucher war das mit Kind sehr schwer auszuhalten.

Michael (10/5): Very livable! - I have been travelling Europe for several weeks and this is the most livable property I have stayed in. My rentals are usually around 100 euro per night. This had the most space and was very comfortable. Great living space. It's within 100m of a bus line that goes straight to the Essen Hbf. (main train station).
Ieva (8/5): A very decent flat - Close to the bus stops and you can reach Essen Hbf in about 30minutes. The shower was very new and we loved it The listing said there was a washing machine, but there was no washing machine in our flat. Also all sounds from the corridor could be heard very well, was a bit of an issue in the mornings
