• Sara (10/5): Un lugar bonito para ir con tu pareja - Que tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia, también la tranquilidad y privacidad del lugar. La piscina bonita pero tenía mucho cloro, apenas me metí me comenzaron a arder los ojos.

• Roberta (1/5): Very unsafe and misleading property – not as advertised - nothing horrible stay avoid it at any cost!!!! Unfortunately, this accommodation was completely unacceptable and unsafe. • When using a simple electric kettle, the main circuit breakers immediately trip, causing a full power outage. This happened repeatedly and makes the apartment unsafe, with a clear risk of electrical failure or fire. • Access to the property was unsafe: the provided access code did not work, the gate was locked from the inside, and entry was only possible by climbing over a fence. • The apartment cannot be properly secured. The main door lock frequently jams, and the terrace door cannot be locked at all — it can be opened from outside at any time. As a result, personal belongings were never properly secured and the apartment was effectively accessible to anyone. • Sleeping facilities were not provided as paid for: out of three advertised beds, two were broken and unusable. • Severe hygiene issues: a persistent urine smell was present in the toilet and throughout the apartment. • Multiple advertised amenities were unusable or misleading: – “Massage shower” does not work – Shower has no doors (not disclosed in the listing) – Jacuzzi clearly marked as unusable – Pool and sunbeds were in unusable condition • The property is materially different from the listing and appears to be a converted non-residential structure, with no proper ceiling and very poor noise and structural insulation. We contacted the property owner to resolve these issues, but they refused any refund or solution. Based on serious safety risks, missing facilities, and misrepresentation, this stay did not meet basic accommodation standards. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property. And if thats not enough the cockroaches will have your attention definitely :)

• maría (7/5): Satisfactorio - La piscina y el jardín estaban muy bien y la casa en general no estaba mal. La mitad de las luces no iban, al igual que los enchufes. Intentamos hablar con las chicas pero no hubo respuesta. Había alguna cucaracha.

• Olga (10/5): - Супер локация, есть парковка, есть ТЕННИСНЫЕ КОРТЫ 🎾 на территории комплекса. Самая вкусная паелья в ресторанчике теннисного клуба.. Огромные апартаменты, удобная спальня, очень много окон и прекрасный вид на внутренний дворик, можно загорать и купаться в бассейне. Есть небольшая слышимость в гостиной, но в спальнях тихо! Легкое заселение, прекрасное место для отдыха, все было сделано с любовью много лет назад, сейчас это поддерживается.. у каждого апартамента балкончик или терраса, есть мангал, но нужно все купить самим. 10 000 шагов каждый вечер обеспечено, если Вы любите ходить пешком, можно дойти до набережной и прогуляться вдоль моря и поужинать в прекрасных ресторанчиках. Обязательно вернемся!

Ampia terrazza . Arianna e lo Staff disponibili per tutte le necessità. Arredamento un po’ usurato che avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione . Piscina non riscaldata .

Номер бронировали потому что в описании указанно джакузи, на фотографиях то же оно есть. По приезду таблички о том что джакузи не работает. Бассейн грязный, не чистили. Фотографии сделаны когда отель только открывался сейчас всё сильно устарело и требует ремонта. Изголовье кровати лист фанеры неряшливо выкрашенный белой краской, наверное такой дизайн.

Inoltre abbiamo avuto un problema con la porta, la serratura era rotta ed è stata riparata solo l’ultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno. L’host non risponde subito. Abbiamo avuto anche parecchie visite di scarafaggi ma capiamo che sia un problema dell’isola. Magari un insetticida sarebbe gradito

It was the winter we understand that but the pool was beyond cold , it was Baltic . The roof leaked in the master bedroom under heavy rain but it wasn’t really a problem for us . Sometimes depending on the time of day lack of hot water . No oven for cooking food .

• MARCOS (8/5): Estancia genial en Tenerife - Un complejo de apartamentos genial. Apartamentos muy amplios con grandes espacios de salón, cocina, habitaciones y baños. Dispones de televisión con todas las plataformas y wifi gratis. Destacar que los baños cuentan con jacuzzi. Los espacios exteriores cuentan con jardines y una gran piscina con cascada. A todo esto hay que añadir que en nuestra estancia de 3 días encontramos aparcamientos al lado del complejo todos los días. Encontramos varias cucarachas
• Ruben (1/5): Un cuadro de sitio...no vayáis. - La ubicación, lo único. Y que se podía aparcar bien. Al menos en la época en la que fuimos. Por donde empezar... Las fotos del anuncio no son lo que en realidad te encuentras. Son engañosas!! Nos tocó el apartamento 8. Pero no hay ninguna foto de ese apartamento por dentro solo una y jugando con la perspectiva, con lo cual parece otro. Entonces ves las fotos del resto de apartamentos y asumes que el WC son todos similares, pero va a ser que no. Pequeño, cutre, muebles rotos, sabanas sucias, ducha sin puerta, solo separado por una cortina mugrienta... Zero privacidad. Taza del WC pegada a la cocina, osea mientras fríes huevos puedes ir al WC. No hay extracción de humo con lo cual se llena la casa de humo, colillas de los otros huéspedes por todos lados, se inundó el apartamento entero los días que hubo lluvia... Un cuadro todo... Y encima escribías al personal y no te ayudaban! O directamente te dejaban en visto. Podría escribir mucho más. No vayáis.

• Sheila del Mar (8/5): - La tranquilidad de la zona y estaba bastante bien equipado. Habían detalles que si los cuidaran, daría mejor aspecto del alojamiento en sí. Las sillas estaban todas peladas…son solo dos sillas pero, cambia la imagen de todo el apartamento.

• Noemí (8/5): - Es un lugar muy tranquilo, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Las zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas. Tiene una zona, del tamaño de una puerta, con cristal que hace que entre luz cuando amanece, tal vez con un estor seria suficiente.

• Laura (9/5): Tranquilidad - Todo en general la verdad que súper bien ubicado, súper tranquilo que es lo que queríamos y limpio. Que hacía mucho calor pero eso es inevitable

• Oliver (1/5): No muy normal para lo que pagamos - La ubicación Llegamos de noche y la luz de la habitación no funcionaba 3 lámparas led y las 3 con poca intensidad no alumbraban. Se lo dijimos al propietario y nos dijo que mandaría al chico de mantenimiento el cual vino al siguiente día y dijo que no podía hacer nada. La TV solo funciona para ver netflix o YouTube la TV normal no funciona no tiene cable de antena para poder sintonizar los canales al comentárselo tb nos dijo que la TV era solo para conectar el móvil ver YouTube o alguna aplicación. Y por último en la cocina había una plaga de hormigas
• Desirée (8/5): - Nos quedamos un grupo de 5 chicas en el apartamento nº 6 y en general la experiencia fue positiva. Lo que más valoramos fue que cumplió con lo que necesitábamos: espacio suficiente para todas y una ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de la zona a la que íbamos a salir. El complejo es muy tranquilo, no se escuchaban ruidos y pudimos disfrutar de la piscina con calma. La decoración, las habitaciones, la terraza y los espacios amplios nos parecieron muy bonitos y acogedores. El jacuzzi no funcionaba (aunque no era algo que necesitáramos, puede ser importante para quien lo busque). Una de las habitaciones no tenía aire acondicionado, lo que en plena ola de calor en Tenerife resultó muy incómodo, hasta el punto de tener que mover el colchón al salón para poder dormir. También notamos pequeños detalles mejorables: siendo un apartamento para 5 personas, solo había 3-4 copas de vino y diferentes entre sí. Las toallas tenían manchas y el sofá cama tenía una mancha grande en el forro, por lo que recomendaría renovarlos. Son detalles que restan puntos a un alojamiento que en general es bonito y con encanto.

• Nadia (10/5): Sitio para desconectar 100x100..!!! - El jacuzzi del apartamento 4, aunque el apartamento en general estaba bien. Bajo mi opinión el tema luces por la noche, se veia todo oscuro y las "lamparas" daban corriente, pero de resto todo perfecto. ( ESTAN EN REFORMAS NOS COMENTO EL DE MANTENIMIENTO ) - Las chicas de limpieza súper educadas y súper familiares con mi familia, la verdad que proximo año repetimos sin duda, ya tenemos reservado🤞

No me gustó que el grifo de la ducha se pasaba toda la noche goteando. Y que en una de las habitaciones de tan luminoso que es le faltaba alguna cortina porque nos pasamos toda la noche con las luces de zonas comunes encendidas y daba directamente a nuestra habitación

• Victoria (9/5): Superb - My Son went with his girlfriend and they said it was quiet (March visit) but perfect location for what they wanted, apartment was clean and the staff friendly they enjoyed the pool and the nearby shops and beaches and are already planning a return visit.
• Sean-luc (5/5): Overall the pool was cold but useable. You couldn’t lock the house up and the privacy was minimal. - I liked the layout of the pool area. When we arrived the big apartment front door didn’t have a handle and couldn’t be locked. The shower leaked and we had to use all of our towels to dry it (I had seen this on another review so clearly wasn’t fixed) The lock box for the key was missing and the key was just set above the light and we were not informed about it. The smaller apartment toilet didn’t work and when told to the host/ maintenance we were just told it was broke. There was no curtains so the overall privacy was minimal that much that the girls had to stay in the bigger apartment with us. The host never acknowledged the complaints about the door handle/ broken toilet/ shower leaking/ the need for clean towels. And then hit us with a reply saying the house was messy when it was genuinely just clothes from us living there for 4 days and wet towels drying up the floor.

• Luca (5/5): Passable - There were no curtains on the bathroom windows and no privacy as the apartment was on the ground floor. A window/door facing the pool was missing handle and lock. Anyone could enter in the apartment at any time. The pool was never cleaned and we could not use it. On the first night a group of girls was screaming and making a lot of noise at 2am. No personnel was on site to stop the situation.
• Marian (6/5): Pleasant - Really huge livingroom, good jakuzy in the bathroom. Place is not as nice as in the pictures. If you want to come here because of the pool, so dont. The pool is off and dirt is floating there, even after complaining. The walls of apartments are probably very thin - I have never heard anywhere else so much (almost everything) from other rooms especially in the night. In general this city is turist trap - just accomodations all around. Puerto de la Cruz was much much nicer...
• Bril (8/5): We felt very comfortable. Like this apartment. Little improvements could make it even better. - Spacious and bright apartments. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Showers are comfortable with well-functioning Tennis club is nearby. There you can book a court for 10 euros and get balls and rackets for free. Plus the best cappuccino on the island for 2 euros. Highly recommended. Toilet paper cannot be flushed, which is quite inconvenient. The jacuzzi is leaking, and we were not informed about it—we spent 20 minutes cleaning up the water from the floor. We couldn’t find a cutting board in the kitchen. The curtains fell down because of the flimsy fastening when we moved them
• Davide (3/5): Uncomfortable - Position Our stay is been very invonvinient unfortunately.  Since day one we had several small issue that all together became unhappiness.  Sofa bed, broken, was so triky to keep the balance on it with the persistent possibility to fall or close on you.  Windows and dor to exit to the pool broken, so we couldent refresh and of course cooking.  Shower both with issue, main room one with temperature issue and second room one with no support for holding We candly ask for a solution but yhe only thing fixed was on of the showers. Those problems were known from the staff without been reported before the booking.  I don't usually complain but is been very uncomfortable with all.  I came back from australia to spend a calm and enjoyable holiday with my mom, ancle and cousins all over 60 years so immagine the situation.  We asked for a change of appartment without success.  The only consolation was the sencond small shower support is been fixed from the super kind mantainance guy that was very nice.  I just want to warn the next to book to check if everything is fine before you go.
• Gareth (4/5): Make sure you know what you're getting.. - The location was good.. 15-20 mins walk into town.. nice shopping centre 5-10 mins walk WiFi was great ..nice quiet area Stayed in number 5 there's so much wrong with this apartment there is no way that it can accommodate 6 people it was lucky that 2 friends couldn't make it..the shower area was open plan with no doors at all had to put a make shift curtain to our bedroom for a bit of privacy.. the shower itself only works from the side sprays overhead shower doesn't work ..floor tiles were popping out..tried out the jacuzzi bath that wasn't plumbed in properly and leaked out all over bathroom floor..there was a curtain on the other bedroom that was to long for the door opening but not wide enough .. mattress on both beds weren't comfy...the pull out bed in the living room which wasn't used as a bed just a settee had a bad smell about it... kitchen area needs more crockery and cutlery to be used as a 6 person accommodation..also toaster was missing...front door lock was hard work to use ..side window didn't lock .there was a locked interior door in living room which was connected to the outside?...had to ask cleaners for a change of sheets and towels...outside area needs a bit of tlc..pool itself is really cold and the area around it is not really up to scratch .. photos of property make it look more inviting than it is...

• Mcmahon (8/5): Peaceful - Place was great ,fix shower in bedroom 4 very dangerous I went flying banged my knee because the shower leaked into bedroom and didnt npt expect that shower not great in no 4 .more glasses and cutlery would also be needed.Very tranquil place but is a bit out but do-able .Can't comment on pool did not swim. Shower needs to be fixed Double doors nailed should be able to open and close More cutlery , glasses and especially cups .we only had one bigger all were tiny coffe cups .

• Lisa (4/5): Lots of faults, made most of it, if repairs complete would be amazing - The apartment was spacious and lots of room. It was in a lovely location and was very quiet. There are lots of amenities and restaurants close by, The cleaners work tirelessly to keep it clean and tidy. There are no curtains in the bathroom window, so people passing to the back room can see you in the showroom, the patio doors did not lock, therefore the property was not secure, there were 2 cups for 5 people, the kitchen tap was not bolted to the sink and dangerous, the bathroom tap was not connected to the sink, the shower hear was broke and you had to hold it to shower, the bathroom door would not fully open, the sofa was broken, the swimming pool was full of leaves I raised these points to the host who said they would bring more cups and would visit, however they did not.
• Rodica (8/5): Very good - Studio was larger than it looked from the photos. We had 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa. Bathroom was very large. The apartment complex was very quiet and garden was nice. Pool looked clean, but we haven't used it. We found parking places nearby, because in november it is not that crowded. Internet was good, terrace was private and big. The door wouldn't lock properly. We had only 1 lock to the iron door. No mosquitoes nets at windows. Some pillows were incomfortable, also the single bed mattress was hard. We only received 1 message from hosts, nothing more. There was no corckscrew to open a bottle of wine. Bathroom needs a toilet paper bin with cover.
• Sandie (10/5): Exceptional - Great communication with the hosts. The apartment was clean and really well laid out. The bed was so comfortable. We availed of the pool and outdoor area. It's just a pity we only had one night . It's 20 minutes walk to the town center

• Linda (8/5): Very good - Apartment was open plan, modern, clean and airy and host gave a nice touch leaving water and crisps for our arrival. Staff were pleasant and kept in touch well about confirming booking reservation and let us know in advance it may be noisy as there was a festival on nearby the 1 night we stayed there. Suitable for couple or family with young kids. Location is uphill away from the main shops/pubs however as it was 1 night was fine but wouldnt like to stay there for 1/2 week holiday. They are called the Be Exclusive Apartments however were hard to find as the name on the gate said Liberty Cottage which was confusing and was unsure if we were at the correct place. We were! No door between living area and bedroom just a curtain and you have to walk to the far end of the bedroom to get to the bathroom.
• Leanne (10/5): Peaceful and relaxing - We stayed in apartment 8. It was very clean. It had everything we needed. We arrived early and the host let us in. The pool area is beautiful. We were lucky and it was quiet so it was very private. We found the taxis easy to use. We would show them the address and it the apartment was easy to find. We found a little restaurant call George’s. About 5 minute walk. They did Chinese takeaway. Which we enjoyed one night. The bed was comfy and was memory foam mattress. The towels were not changed however, there was spare in the wardrobe to use. The air-con was lovely and powerful. One of the best I’ve used. I would use these apartments again. We have all ready recommended to our friends and would like to bring our children. Thanks for having us 😁

• Basuric (4/5): Poor nothing more to say - Yard, garden and pool are very good Apartents are bad no doors on toilets no light in toilet in apt5 toilet, apt no 4 balcony doors cant be locked and main doors are closed only when locked in no4 water after exiting shower leaks in bedroom, in 5 days no one came to clean or change towels take out rubish.
• Marcia (8/5): Very good - Lovely quiet place to stay. Small complex tucked away but easy walk to amenities. Bit of a hiccup when we arrived. We were booked into apartment 7 (top right) however, the number wasn't on door so other guests checked themselves in to our apartment. Contacted host who direct them to their apartment and arrange a clean for us. Apartment 7 is the most dated in complex (needs new kitchen etc). Furniture dated, but during stay we had new patio furniture (thanks much needed) with some more updates this studio will be lovely and would definitely return. Please put apartment number on property so no one else has same problem. It did impact on the start of our much needed holiday.
• Igor (5/5): Passable - The terrace has a partial view of the ocean. swimming pool and small children's playground. The first thing I did was wash the floors when we moved in and the sunny beds. The sunbeds were terribly dirty and I changed the rag many times before it stopped being black with dirt. The hydromassage in the bathroom does not work. There was sand in the shower, apparently from the previous occupants. the flowerbed on the terrace is full of cigarette butts.
• Bartosz (9/5): Perfect stay for the families. Only 20 mins walk from the beach. - it has this nice oasis feeling about it. It is like an enclave of green palm trees within a concrete jungle. You don't realize, that you are in a middle of other buildings. You are in you own little privet space which is nice and extremely tranquil. some features inside the property. I am not sure if this was only in our apartment, but there was no doors separating bathroom and day areas.

• Adam (10/5): Centrally located, relaxing and classy apartment, a short walk from the Adeje seafront, with a lovely pool. - Lovely location, beautiful apartment and poolside location. When we stayed there it was very quiet which we really enjoyed. Easy access to the front, with the craziness of Americanos a short taxi ride to the left and the beauty of Adeje immediately there in front and to the right. Can’t recommend enough. Would love to go back. Nothing.

• Sanders (4/5): Could be a lovely place if it wasn’t for above dislikes. - Cleanliness and outdoor area Could hear everything connecting properties were doing. When they were using toilet, shower and walking and banging furniture on floors Children running about early in morning . Bed uncomfortable especially with plastic protective covering on mattress Very noisy fans in toilet and bathroom. Curtains did not fit windows , so privacy was compromised. Needs pictures and rugs to make it not look so empty
• Stuart (1/5): Worst ever in 35 years of visiting Tenerife - No change of bedding- beg for towels - no maid service in 12 days - water out all day on one occasion - see photos of electrical sockets - completely filled ice box (see photo) I could go on - and the name of the accommodation was Liberty Cottage making it extremely difficult to find when we arrived
