• Stefanie (10/5): Tolle, saubere Ferienwohnung mit Charme - Tolle Lage, sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre durch das viele Holz. Sehr nette Gastgeber! Wir haben bereits wieder gebucht!! :-)
• Maria (10/5): Die Wohnung hatte alles was man gebraucht hat, dass wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. - Es war eine sehr geräumige Unterkunft, die vor allem durch das viele Holz sehr heimlich wirkt. Ausstattung war top, genauso wie die Sauberkeit von allen Räumen und auch Geschirr, Ofen, etc. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Das einzige was für uns ein bisschen nervig war, war dass die meisten Bäder keine Türen hatten. Daran kann man jedoch nichts ändern, aber angenehmer wären Türen schon.

• Hadar (6/5): מקום נחמד אך לא מהטובים שהיינו בהם. - יש נוף יפה, אוויר טוב, הדירה מרווחת. אפשר להגיע אחר הצהריים לראות איך חולבים את הפרות שזה נחמד למי שמתעניין בכך. המחיר לא בהלימה לתמורה. חדר אחד מתוך ה4 חיצוני לדירה (מחדר המדרגות). ל2 חדרים נכנסים מתוך השירותים ואין דלת שמפרידה בין השירותים לחדר השינה (אז אין פרטיות אם נדרשת). לא הכל מתוחזק- חלק מהכיסאות חורקים, המדיח לא עובד כל כך טוב, וגם הקולט אדים לא. האינטרנט חלש מאוד, ולא תמיד היו מים חמים למקלחת. התאורה בדירה לא מוצלחת, מורכבת מהרבה מנורות לילה ממוקדות וזה לא מאיר את החלל כל כך וגם מסנוור. במרפסת אין תנאים לשבת להסתכל על הנוף- יש כיסאות מתקפלים נמוכים והגדר גבוהה.. ואין שולחן לקפה אפילו. קיבלנו מגבות מדויקות לכמות האנשים, וגם שמיכות וכריות… היה ממש מדוד והיינו צריכים לבקש עוד כריות (שקיבלנו) ושמיכות (שלא קיבלנו). גם כיסא תינוק ומתקן לייבוש כביסה היה צריך לבקש בנפרד. כביסה ניתן לבקש מבעלת הדירה בתשלום נפרד שהיה די גבוה, ורק דרכה ובזמן שהיא יכולה. זה לא תמיד היה בזמן נוח, וגם הייבוש עלה בנפרד. אין בבית דברים בסיסיים כמו סבון ידיים בשירותים , בעיניי זה היה מוגזם גם לדירת אירוח. יש צורך לרכוש הכל באופן עצמאי, גם נייר טואלט. בחוץ יש טרמפולינה אבל היא לא מתוחה טוב, וגם לא נגישה עצמאית לילדים קטנים, כי היא באיזור תלול. התחושה הייתה לא שירותית כל כך, היינו צריכים להבין בעצמנו איפה כל דבר ולהסתדר במרחב (להבין איפה בעלי החיים, מה נגיש לאורחים…). אנחנו מעריכים ומכבדים פרטיות אבל היה חסר קצת יותר הסברים.
• Mészáros (10/5): 2025 nyár - Csendes környezet, gyönyörű kilátás, jó felszereltség, tisztaság, kedves házigazdák. Családbarát szállás, gyerekeknek kiváló játszási lehetőség. Nem volt ilyen.
• Andrea (10/5): Csodálatos szállás - Gyönyörű elhelyezkedés, fantasztikus kilátás, tágas apartman 10 személy számára. A konyha-nappali nagyon jó közösségi tér volt.

Une merveille ! - Magnifique appartement avec vue époustouflante , quatre très belles chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain et wc , immense salon cuisine très convivial . Très très propre , on s’y sent vraiment bien. Accueil très sympa des propriétaires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !! Merci ! La literie est très très ferme et on ne peut pas être dans l’obscurité dans les chambres ( prévoir des masques pour ceux que ça gêne ) . Ce serait également super de prévoir un micro ondes dans la cuisine . Mais nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir et ça n’affecte pas notre ressenti hyper positif !!

• Susanna (10/5): Exceptional - The landscape was beautiful, the animals were lovable, the house was well-equiped and new, the hosts were incredibly friendly. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and a nature experience.

• Jan (10/5): one of the best bigger apartments around Bischofshofen. - In this area around Bischofshofen probably one of the best apartments with such capacity. Very quiet place and also during the summer nights its pleasantly cold. You can also hang around the animals on the farm with your kids. Theres always some room for improvements, so a suggestion (nice to have) for such a family apartment would definitely be: a washing machine, a microwave and a baby chair. however, the owner lady washed some clothes for us for a small fee on her own. in a summary: still 10*
• Iva (9/5): Superb - Thank you for the great accommodation in solitude in nature. Everything was perfect, four beautiful rooms with bathrooms, a spacious well-equipped kitchen. And a balcony with a view of the town and the mountains. We recommend a visit. :)

• Silvia (10/5): Picturesque stay in the hug of nature - Our stay was amazing! House is very nice and traditional but modern inside with lost of character. It is very spacious. Each room has its own bathroom and very nice and big kitchen and common area from where is nice view on the mountains. It is very nice and quiet there and it is immaculately clean! Loved it. We will be definitely back. Thank you for an amazing stay. The road in front of the house is not built yet which causes a lot of mess come into the house and get on your clothes etc.

• Roy (9/5): Beautiful apartment with amazing view for a large group - We were two families, the apartment was very comfortable and roomie, beautiful view and new facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner is very friendly and helpful, they helped us by doing our laundry and available to every request. Location is a bit distant from the major activities, if you want to stay in a vibrant town like Flachau this is a different experience and requires driving for visiting anything. Usually bathrooms are equipped with soap and/or shampoo and that was missing. Checkout at 9 is pretty early.
• Szabó (10/5): Hidden gem in the countryside - Well equipped spaceous apartment with wooden interior. More than comfortable for 9 people.
• Beatrix (10/5): Exceptional - It's a beautiful new apartment house up on the hill in a quiet position close to the forest. We were at the top floor apartment which has a sunny and high ceiling living room perfect for 10 persons with exceptional view to the valley and the mountains. Kitchen is totally equipped. Flachau and Filzmoos is easily reachable by car.
