• Stephanie (10/5): Fabulous apartment with spectacular views! We would stay again. - This apartment has the most spectacular views of the Matterhorn. The balcony is an amazing place to sit and enjoy a tea/coffee or drink with a view to die for. The apartment has plenty of space and is well appointed. It’s a bit away from the centre of town, but not that far!

• Franziska (8/5): - Great location with an unbeatable view of the famous Matterhorn. Apartment is beautiful. Modern and new. Beds are comfortable. Large balcony to enjoy the views. Close to all the amenities but yet not right in the busy centre of Zermatt. The host was not a great communicator. Initially, he was very responsive. The week leading up to our stay, I sent 3 messages and received no response. No instructions on how to get into property. I ended up having to call the host. He did not seem overly friendly. And I had to call him twice as he didn’t give us an apartment number. He was less pleasant the second time called. Almost annoyed at the fact that I called back. I did not find this interaction very welcoming. As well, I checked with the host about the bedroom for the kids. I was not able to tell by looking at the photos how many beds were in the room. He confirmed with me in writing that there were 4. While that was not exactly a lie, he omitted telling me one bed was an extremely crappy roll away bed. My youngest is 14 and 5’7. She did not have a comfortable sleep at all. This felt dishonest to me. I would not have booked this property had I known about the 4th bed situation.

• Marc (9/5): Magnifique séjour - Appartement rénové récemment et très confortable. L’appartement était propre. Magnifique vue depuis le balcon sur Zermatt et le Cervin :-) Un peu loin du centre mais on le savait d’avance. Ça ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé
