• Mautone (10/5): Excellent stay in Rome - I traveled to Rome with my mom and the station was amazing. Our host, Sergion, was super friendly; he explained where we were located and what places we could go. The location is very central, the room was very nice and comfortable, and we had access to a kitchen, refrigerator, and coffee maker, so we could bring our own food. I would totally recommend it!
• Panuwat (1/5): Never ever return and recommend anyone to stay there. - The room was clean. The owner had come every morning to check on you throughout our stay. This gave us little privacy and inconvenience. Besides she had negative attitude, which obviously showed on her body language.
• Ellie (1/5): Stranded before our flight due to medical emergency — owner cancelled abruptly after refund delays a - Extremely stressful experience – cancelled last minute with no accountability We had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this property in Rome. Due to a serious medical emergency requiring urgent cancer treatment, we needed to adjust our travel dates. Simona initially agreed, on the condition that we would pay cash on arrival. The property is also managed through Novasol, who advised us that the only way to receive a refund was to cancel and rebook. We followed their instructions in good faith, but the lack of coordination between the owner, Novasol, and Booking.com was unacceptable. Communication was inconsistent, and our refund was delayed due to their internal mismanagement. The situation escalated just before our flight, when Novasol attempted to cancel our refund request. When we reached out calmly to resolve this, the owner abruptly cancelled our accommodation entirely and told us to find somewhere else—leaving us stranded at the last minute. Given the circumstances, this level of disregard and lack of professionalism was both shocking and deeply stressful. Thankfully, we found alternative accommodation in Rome where the level of service, communication, and basic human decency has been exactly what we expected from the start. The contrast has only made this experience stand out even more for all the wrong reasons. I strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious when dealing with changes, refunds, or arrangements involving multiple parties.

Possibilité de prendre une boisson chaude et d'utiliser le frigidaire. Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant. Merci de votre accueil !
• JOANNA (10/5): Było wspaniale! - Wynajęliśmy pokój w trzypokojowym mieszkaniu ze wspólną łazienką i kuchnią. Było naprawdę bardzo czysto. Pachnąca pościel i ręczniki. Czysty, przestronny pokój z pięknym widokiem na dziedziniec. Na wyposażeniu kuchnia, która niestety jest niepodłączona oraz brakuje garnka/patelni. Jest natomiast kuchnia mikrofalowa, lodówka, czajnik oraz ekspres do kawy. Jest również herbata, kapsułki z kawą. Jest również żelazko, suszarka do włosów. W pokoju przy zamkniętym oknie dość cicho. Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko zarówno do dworca TERMINI jak i do centrum. Wokoło sklepy, restauracje. Pan, który nam przekazywał klucze bardzo miły. Pokazał nam na mapie wszytko i mówił na co uważać. kolejnym plusem jest to, że mogliśmy zameldować się wcześniej. Ogólnie pobyt oceniamy super i jak będziemy w Rzymie to wrócimy tutaj. Pobrano nam opłatę w wysokości 20Euro za sprzątanie po wymeldowaniu, której nie widzieliśmy na stronie Booking ale nie miało to wielkiego znaczenia. Poza tym wszystko super!

El señor que me recibió súper amable, me explico cómo moverme en la ciudad y me dejó un mapa de Roma con los principales atractivos y como llegar. El departamento es amplio, todos los días limpian el baño y la cocina, y como yo estuve una semana, también limpiaron mi habítacion y me cambiaron sabanas y toallones. La ubicación es excelente, está dos cuadras de la estación Termini, y en la zona "linda" de Termini. Muy seguro para andar en la calle, todo iluminado por la noche y lleno de lugares para comer. Recomiendo la lasagna que vende el señor del local justo al lado del alojamiento. Lo único raro es que tiene cocina pero no se puede cocinar. Hay horno y hornallas pero no se puede hacer ni un huevo duro porque no hay sartenes, ollas, hervidor, nada. Entiendo que la gente ensucia cuando cocina y a veces no limpian bien. Pero estaría bien poder hacerse un huevo duro o unos fideos hervidos ya que hay cocina. Roma es bastante caro y ayudaría para ahorrar un poco al menos en las comidas.

• Kamil101996 (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja, czysto :) - Apartament miał wszystko, co potrzeba, i był doskonale przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Było bardzo czysto – świeża pościel i ręczniki. Host był przemiły i pomocny, a lokalizacja znakomita, blisko głównego dworca. Idealne miejsce na pobyt w Rzymie. Okazało się, że przy krótkim wynajmie (my byliśmy 4 noce) kuchenka w apartamencie nie działała – była wyłączona i nie było garnków, więc przygotowywanie posiłków było niemożliwe. Mimo tego miejsce sprawdza się świetnie, jeśli planuje się głównie wyjścia poza apartament.
• SHAHIRA (10/5): Friendly staff, clean space + security - Larisa was punctual , helpful, and very obliging . The room and the whole space and toilet were spotless ! And constantly cleaned throughout the day every day. There was a fully functional kitchen ( stocked with goodies ) and espresso machine . Also, the location is superb . A couple of minutes walking to all the main streets, station, and grocery store chains . The windows insulation is very good, and it's not noisy at all at night or throughout the day Also, the building has a lovely garden courtyard with a fountain . When you stepped in off the street, it was like your ere in a totally different space . The building complex is gated with security The WiFi was very good. I had some work and online calls to do, and it was consistent I'll definitely be coming back again! ☺️ Nothing that I didn't like !
• Iuliia (10/5): The already familiar apartment made me happy again - 10 years ago, I visited Rome for the first time and now I have chosen these apartments again — and not by chance. I still have pleasant memories of the wonderful courtyard in which the windows of the apartments looked out. And of course, you feel much more relaxed when you are sure that there will be no surprises with the accommodation. Moreover, the location is still pleasing - near the metro, buses, and a convenient bus transfer to the airport in a five—minute walk. It was nice that the rooms and the shower were renovated and the interiors became very nice and modern. The three-room apartment has a shower room, a kitchen and a refrigerator. All the guests were very polite and did not try not to interfere with each other. The apartment is very clean, and every guest is thoroughly cleaned. Sometimes I had to wait until the shower room was empty, but this was not critical. Otherwise, I felt comfortable here again — it's nice to return to a place where it used to be good. There were, however, some minor nuances. When checking in, there is no button to contact the host, and in the first minutes it caused a slight alarm. And in one of the rooms there was no dining table — not critical, but not very convenient.

• HD (8/5): Prima voor een paar dagen Rome. - Fijn dicht bij het station Termini. En het appartementencomplex was afgesloten met een hek. Er was geen kookgerei. En tevens ontbrak een comfortabel zitje.

Appartamento modesto , ma completo di tutto e ottimo per posizione , a 4 min dalla stazione Roma Termini in quartiere pieno di servizi e attività . Larisa molto gentile . Unica pecca la cucina che ha fuochi a induzione ma senza pentole . Per mangiare senza spendere troppo utilizzabile solo il forno a microonde . Per il resto mi sono trovata benissimo e raccomando questa sistemazione per viaggi veloci

• Ariana (10/5): Very good experience - We had a very comfortable stay; the location is perfect for taking buses and trains in all directions. The room was nice; bed, pillows, and blankets very comfortable. Although the bathroom and kitchen are shared, they are very well-equipped and clean, they seem like new. It had everything we needed to rest and we had privacy; no street noise penetrated at all. The neighborhood is hectic, but we didn't find it unsafe, despite what other people say; we grew up in a big city, so we're used to it. Furthermore, Larisa and her staff were always friendly and attentive to our needs. Larisa provides complimentary tea and coffee, which is nice. We will stay here again when we return to Rome. Suggestions for other guests: If you stay at Larisarooms, please be respectful and clean, you are not the only one in the apartment. The only thing that we found unpleasant (which is beyond the host's control) was that some guests were slamming doors, talking too loudly in the middle of the night and leaving the bathroom dirty. Don't be that kind of people.
• Sa-adudin (7/5): Mixed feelings. - I liked the location even thought I was told it’s scary at night. The room was spacious and comfy! I still had to pay for the cleaning fee when my online receipt from booking.com showed that it’s included in my payment. I am the type to always avoid arguments so I just paid it. Also, I thought there was no exhaust in the toilet so whenever someone gives a blast in the toilet. The smell stays for hours- you could smell in the corridor as well. There is airfreshener around though. I had always opened the window of the toilet to avoid smell even though I was freezing!
• Suarez (10/5): Exceptional - It had a great location, the hosts were very kind, there were plenty of shops nearby, and best of all, the metro was just two blocks away. Some locals told us the area was dangerous, but to me, it felt quite safe. We even rented a Vespa and left it outside, and nothing happened to it.
• Alanis (5/5): Standard and acceptable place to sleep for a few nights - Location great for the weekend travelling in Rome who’s looking to explore the city out and about. Bus and train so nearby. Also many shops in the station close by. Shower was always hot and worked well, relatively clean depending on the cleanliness of other people sharing the space. Cleaning staff were in the shared space nearly every day. Staff were very helpful and kind. Gave me a second towel on request as only one large body towel per person was in the room. Good WiFi A good large fridge freezer to use. Court yard area very lovely and felt secure and safe with the gated area of the apartment as female travelling. Our room had no lamps which can give a sterile feeling to the room in the evenings when in after dark with the main light on. Not much to the room except the bed and storage space, there is nowhere to dine in the shared space. The small kitchen space we did not use there was not much facilities in there but a few dishes and a coffee machine. No a/c unless you pay for it. City tax is cash only payment. ATM is not far but difficult find

• Elma (10/5): Great stay, clean, excellent location, felt safe as a solo female traveller! - Im a Solo female traveller and came to Rome alone so number one for me was to feel safe. I felt really safe in Larisarooms - for example to get to your room you have to enter four doors and there for use four keys which made me feel so safe. The location is very good because you have plenty of resturants and shops just outside the hotel and it is also really close to all of the top destinations in Rome. I just took a Scooter or walked to all of them. Also you can walk from the trainstation to the hotel in few minutes. My host Sergio was really warm and welcoming! He gave me information about all the things I needed for my travels in Rome. The place was clean with good shower and you have access to kitchen with all the things you need :) Thank you again so much Sergio! In the day and part of the night I felt the neighborhood is safe but when the resturants begin to close outside the hotel I felt the neighborhood was not safe to wander around as female solo traveller, because then I felt the neighborhood was dodgy with suspicious people walking around (But I think that goes with any place in Rome - the locals told me that its not safe for women to wander alone late in the night anywhere in Rome) - but at that time I just stayed inside my room and felt really safe!
