- Jim (3/5): Vétuste - La terrasse est équipée mais salon de jardin bancale et une partie de la terrasse est en mauvais état. Le service de conciergerie est réactif, ils sont venus changer le tuyau de douche qui fuyait et nous ont remboursé le forfait ménage. Bungalow vétuste, taches sur les murs, carrelage fissuré, toiles d’araignées et traces d’humidité. Wifi inexistant contrairement à l’annonce. Évacuation de la douche bouchée. WC de la chambre qui fuit. Climatisation accessible uniquement la nuit et non précisé dans l’annonce. Chemin jusqu’au logement non éclairé. Le lit d’une des chambres est bancale et le matelas est inconfortable. Déconvenue avec le service de conciergerie qui réclame 120€ de forfait ménage contrairement au règlement intérieur. Aucune compensation du propriétaire pour le wifi inexistant. Les abords sont mal entretenus (poubelles qui débordent à l’entrée de la résidence et tas de déchets verts en décomposition). Quatrième séjour aux Antilles et de loin le pire logement.
