• Raushan (10/5): Great location, smooth check-in - Unbeatable location! The self-check-in process was seamless and a huge perk, no need to worry about carrying keys around. The host was very responsive and answered questions promptly. I also appreciated the filtered water and coffee available in the common room, a thoughtful touch. The balcony insulated well against outdoor noise, although insulation between rooms could be improved. Overall, an excellent experience. I would stay again!

So viel Liebe im Detail, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, es war super sauber und die Aussicht auf den Hafen war toll! Die Lage ist perfekt und man ist innerhalb paar Minuten überall. Die Kommunikation war super, es wurde immer sehr schnell geantwortet und alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Die Kaffeemaschine und das kostenlose Wasser hat uns sehr gut gefallen. -

• Jon (9/5): Ideal location and very comfortable rooms. - The rooms were very clean and modern. The location was better than we anticipated. It was a short walk from the train station, and the area around the building was full of restaurants and shops. The ground starts to slope steadily uphill towards the old town, so we're glad we stayed here on the level ground and didn't have to lug our bags uphill. The windows are thick, so the rooms are quiet at night. We booked two rooms, and the rooftop apartment had a nice view of the water. The apartment washing machine came in handy after two weeks of travel. People will need to mind their head with the sloped ceiling in the rooftop apartment but everything else was great.

• Rob (10/5): - This chic place is very centrally located in Cagliari. We walked to most things but there was also nearby parking on Via Roma for a rental car. There are no staff on site but they are quick to respond via WhatsApp. The bed was very comfortable.
• Pearl (9/5): Such a comfortable stay in a perfectly located suite! - Beautifully decorated, it’s in an excellent location also and the space is small but it’s been well thought out. It also has a shared kitchen space which is so convenient. Only thing is it’d be nice to have a free cleaning service for fresh towels atleast.
• Zaino (7/5): Un buon soggiorno per posizione e pulizia, ma con margini di miglioramento sui servizi inclusi e soprattutto sulla fless - La location è ottima, centrale e comoda per muoversi a piedi. Buona la pulizia della stanza e molto pratico il sistema di self check-in. Le pulizie in camera non sono previste se non su richiesta e a pagamento, e per il prezzo non economico ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa in più incluso. Inoltre, l’host Michele si è dimostrato poco flessibile: avevamo due stanze, una liberata nei tempi previsti, per l’altra avevamo chiesto solo di lasciare i bagagli per dieci minuti, ma ci è stato risposto con tono urgente che andava subito liberata.

Ist eher etwas ringhörig als hätte es zwischen den anderen Gästen keine Türe. Wäscheständer und Besen wäre sehr praktisch gewesen und hatte es leider nicht. Ich finde es gut das nicht gereinigt wird während dem Aufenthalt aber hierzu wäre ein Besen sinnvoll, damit man selbst den Sand vom Strand wegmachen kann.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook our own meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the terrace was a wonderful place to relax. The location is excellent: quiet, yet close to all the main sights and restaurants. Our host was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. There was a sewer smell from a business on the street that made it difficult to turn off the air conditioning and open the Piazza doors. Also, there were only two towels given for four days and we were told we would be charged for more. Two per person would be sufficient. The bedside tables were not very spacious, especially for people on holiday. I'd recommend something with more storage and space.

Service from Michele was 1st class, the room was clean, the facilities were great, free fresh filtered water, free tea/coffee, and communal kitchen was clean. The location couldn’t be better – directly by the harbor, super central, yet surprisingly quiet inside. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning! The apartment is well-equipped – the kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a bit tricky to turn off, but everything else was great. Highlights definitely include the modern shower, the lovely balcony, and of course Michele, the host: incredibly friendly, helpful, flexible, and very quick to respond. We felt very welcome from the start. We’d come back anytime – highly recommended!

But when I told thr owner I was gluten free she gave me the money back.

The room had all the comfort that we needed (airconditioning, black-out blinds) and was clean. Water fountain and coffee machine were appreciated. If you like to eat breakfast like a king the italian breakfast (of coffee and a croissant) will not meet your expectations. An extra fee for towel change.
• Michal (10/5): Exceptional - I love the area as there were public transport 200 meter from apartment. The owner provided unlimited acces to water dispenser and lavazza coffee. During the heat free access to water was a big relief. Before coming to apartments the owner provides clear instruction how to get there from the airport and surrounding area. The appartement was spectacular with big tarase and everywhere where hanging beautiful paintings. In this appartement there was small kitchen, big fridge and washing machine. The bed was very comfortable and there were no issues with the ceiling above the head. The air condition was working perfectly. This is one of the place to go back to if you want to stay in Cagliari.

• Chien-lung (10/5): Great location! - One of the breakfast option, Locanda Leonildo dal Buongustaio was really good. And the location of B&B is great and convenient to walk around places! I didn't meet the host but she's responsive and the check in process was easy.
• Robin (9/5): Superb - Location was very close to the cafes and bars - also opportunities to get a bus or rent a bike to travel to the beach nearby. Slightly off the main street so quite quiet. Nice, clean rooms and a comfy bed, More towels to use (e.g for the beach) without having to pay would be great. There are no keycards just a code for entry which isn't ideal from a security perspective but we had no problems in the end.

• The (10/5): A pearl among all the accommodations on offer in Cagliari - It's rare I am this positive about an accommodation. However, our suite (number 1 Pollock) was spacious, clean, cosy and cool. The host is a wonderful person who is enormously attentive. If you want to small slice of home on a well connected spot, book this. It will not disappoint you. In the text below, I will explain why. Let me give you some background. I was in Cagliari to visit a conference and my partner, as a consultant, can work from lots of different places. The suite was spacious enough for my partner to work here, while the airco kept him nice and cool. Because the suite boasts a small kitchen, you can buy food and drinks at the local CRAI supermarket, which is about a 5 minute walk to keep yourself fed while working. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee and tea maker, utensils, glasses, pots, pans and plates. You can go crazy with cooking it you like. Missing anything? It's probably in the community room. The internet is stable and of a good quality to work in the cloud or to partake in video calls. The kitchen has a breakfast table and two chairs, which are comfortable enough to sit at for longer periods of time. Lastly, there are sockets everywhere! The bathroom is long but spacious, very clean, modern and comfortable. With enough space to store your toiletries, an abundance of towels, a toilet, a bidet, walk in shower and an ironing board and iron. Some people complain about the space to hang towels, while it's not 5 stars, I have seen much worse. Simply move the hooks to hang the towels around or hang your towels on the holder of the glass wall. All in all a really comfortable bathroom. Some of the reviews here complain about the bed being soft, however I think it's a matter of taste. Yes, the bed is a bit soft, but the quality of the bed is excellent. We slept great the 4 nights we stayed there. So don't let those reviews discourage you from giving this place a try. Pillows are fluffy and the bed is nice and spacious. Nothing, and if something was wrong the host quickly came to our aid.

• Denisa (9/5): Had an amazing time in Cagliari, this acommodation allowed us to be close to the city center, but also enjoy some piece - Great location with parking nearby, the kitchen area was also a great bonus! Really appreciated how helpful and quick to reply the host was. The included breakfast is only one pastry item, coffee and water, basically around 5 euros. Would be great if there were more things to choose from.

The shared space with kitchen was a plus! The breakfast in the Swiss café was amazing! Parking is a bit complicated, but is normal for the location

• Mhantáin (8/5): Really nice apartment in great location with lots of extras - Really liked the luxurious bed and big bathroom. The coffee machine (with capsules) in apartment, the bottles/drinking water and smart tv were a real treat. Great location near bus/train station and port. We were worried it might be noisy at night given its location near to main road but it was really quiet. There was a very slight musty smell when you entered.

• Frauke (9/5): Great stay, loved it - Loved the decor and the communal area with the tasty coffee from the machine. Great shower and super comfy bed. Fabulous location, super central for everything. Michele was super and helped us with bus question and pointed us into the right direction to hang out and see Cagliari in the evening What could have been better is having some space for the towels to hang and dry. There wasn't any space apart from the two hooks on the shower screen but as they were so tightly together the towels never really dried. We were in no2 Dali.
• Tamara (10/5): Location is excellent for those who are interested in sightseeing and staying in the city centre, close to the bars, res - New, stylish suites in the heart of Cagliari, everything looks exactly like in the pictures. The place is very clean, host Michele is an absolute star, very responsive to the messages, giving his best to accommodate all the requests. I would highly recommend for short as well as for longer stays since you feel like at home. Everything was perfect.
• Anna (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, walking distance to town, marina, train station etc. Italian breakfast served in 3 close-by Coffee shops/bars (Italian breakfast = coffe & croissant). Apartment was clean, and same as as described on the picture. Michele was fantastic, always here to help us via messenger, answered our questions very fast. Thank you! Mattress :( .... it was seriously not comfortable, extremly soft. It's a shame, because everything else was just perfect.

We enjoyed the stay in the apartment! - In our room, we had a kitchen that was quite well-equipped with all the necessary stuff for cooking. The only thing missing was a tea towel. But with the rest, you can easily and comfortably cook whatever you need. The fridge is also quite spacious - there is plenty of room for food. We also enjoyed the bed - it was comfortable and with an interestingly shaped mattress (felt like waves) which made the sleep even more pleasant. A nice bonus - there is an iron and an ironing board. Something not so often found in the apartments for rent. An extra bonus - there is a water filter machine in the common area where you can get fresh and free water at any time needed. We liked that the host also helped with the entertainment. In the common area, you will find a map and some suggestions for entertainment. He also may guide you and help to choose a place to go or a place to eat.
