• Kristy (8/5): It was a lovley home to stay in the beds were extremely comfortable the was a massive hit and the kids loved the tree fr - The ping pong table and pool were a massive hit There didn’t seem to be enough crockery knives and forks for 12 ppl that had booked in.
• Heidi (1/5): Dirty and unsafe. - Moving out. After the first night there I opened the curtains to find a used syringe/needle on the balcony, we had 3 police cars blocking the driveway looking for an offender, had 2 stolen cars in kahoots with the neighbours. The yard was covered in rubbish and had a dead rat that was dry on the patio... that was just the outside. The inside was dirty also. The neighbours dog got out and attacked 2 people walking past. I contacted the host immediately to advise of the serious safety concerns and advised due to the safety and well-being of my family we required a refund and would be checking out. We were originally told that no refund would be offered. After contacting booking.com we were able to get back less than half of the $8000 we paid. We were offered a massage by the host at the understanding that it was for the 2 of us.. no it was just 1 of us. Please save yourself the time and money and don't stay here.
• Kirk (10/5): Had a great time place was perfect. Swimming pool was amazing table tennis kept us entertained. All weekend. Shops were - Very clean and everything worked as it should’ve A little bit of noise through the night from dogs, but wasn’t that bad
• Sanah (10/5): - It's a big family spacious house, and it's closer to the shopping centre. I really enjoyed it. That was what I expected for me and my family. The pool was great. The kids loved it, including the table tennis. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and also would book it again for my next function in Townsville.... 😊 The holes in the fence need fixing because the neighbours' big dogs were in the yard when I checked in. But other than that, it was an enjoyable few days staying there.
• Kerryn (8/5): We had a great stay don’t think I would stay longer than a weekend though because of neighbours. - The lay of the property was fantastic The BBQ was dirty and rusty so couldn’t use it. Shame about the neighbours had to make sure we locked up everything.

• Christina (7/5): Good - Everything was perfect in the house. Had all we needed. The pool wasn't clean,black water with grass n moss...The one thing we thought would keep the kids occuppied as they were looking forward to it in the heat we endured outside
• Jim (8/5): Family Friendly Home. - Large House with a swimming pool and table tennis table. Air Conditioning in every room. 2 bathrooms and 2 Kitchens so it can house two families which is a great feature. Its very close to a lovely park and public swimming pool and a large shopping centre and assorted restaurants. Only 12 Minutes to the Strand or ferry Terminal. The owner was very helpful. It is in a slightly dodgy houso-heavy suburb but the locals respected us and we did likewise. Its not flash or modern but if you have a big family its perfect.
• Rosemary (8/5): Great house and would suit a large family with spacious rooms and lots of living areas. - Very spacious areas - bedrooms and living areas. Fully air con. Being an oldish house there were a few maintenance issues but only minor.

• Mell (7/5): Okay - The 6 bedrooms The lounges were uncomfortable and there was no where for everyone to sit and watch TV. Bathrooms need renovating and was not very clean. Location close to the hospital.
• Monique9191 (10/5): Relaxing short vacay - I loved the little added extras. The decor throughout the house was really refreshing. The pool was clean and a perfect area for us to relax. The tennis table and the little extra games was really appreciated. The bbq came in handy. The security system within the house I really appreciated aswell. The linen and the cooking utensils probably could do with a freshen up. But nothing to really complain about.
