• Vladyslav (4/5): Overrated hotel with poor food that caused food poisoning. - The hotel is clearly designed for families with children, offering a wide range of activities and entertainment. The location is beautiful, with stunning views that make the setting truly enjoyable. The spa and gym are also outstanding, easily among the best I’ve seen in hotels, with incredible views that make the experience even better. Our stay was seriously affected by what appears to be food poisoning. On the third night, our 3-year-old child became very sick, and shortly after, both my wife and I experienced the same symptoms. We only ate at the hotel, so it’s difficult to attribute this to anything else. The response from the staff was disappointing, no medical assistance was available, and we were offered “detox tea,” which felt inappropriate given the situation. Food quality overall was poor and heavily focused on unhealthy options like fries, burgers, and pizza, with limited healthy alternatives. Breakfast preparation was also inconsistent, omelets were cooked on burnt surfaces, resulting in an unpleasant taste and smell. Waiters also seemed overloaded and often forgot about our orders, so we had to remind them multiple times. Service felt uneven: one chef reacted negatively to a simple request, while another handled it professionally. Additionally, there was no assistance with luggage upon arrival, which is unexpected for a hotel positioning itself as five-star. Other downsides include uncomfortable pillows and long elevator wait times, as children frequently use them unsupervised despite posted rules.

• Shamael (10/5): Best place to stay for a family with small kids - It is the best place to go with small kids in the Dolomites. it’s safe enough for children to roam around unattended. Sidney at the reception was amazing, as was Antonio and Farnouch at the restaurant. The cleaning lady on floor 3 is the best! The taxis to and from the hotel were too expensive. It was an average of €100 per trip per way.

• Yundan (3/5): A terrible trip - On the evening of December 18, 2025，after having dinner, my eldest son and my youngest daughter began vomiting throughout the entire night in their room. The front desk explained that it was due to a virus circulating in the hotel, however I believe it is more likely to have been food poisoning, as my youngest daughter ate only a turkey Milanese (cotoletta di tacchino alla milanese) provided by the hotel, while my eldest son ate more and therefore became much more ill. My husband and I remained completely well. If this had truly been a virus, given that our family spent all our time together, it would be reasonable to expect that we would also have been infected. On the morning of December 19, the hotel called a doctor who came to the hotel. From both the doctor and the hotel staff, we were informed that on the previous evening more than ten guests had experienced vomiting. For this reason, we request that the Health Authority investigate a possible food safety issue. To date, no member of the hotel management has come forward to offer an official apology. La sera del 18 dicembre2025 , dopo aver cenato, mio figlio maggiore e mia figlia minore hanno iniziato a vomitare per tutta la notte nella nostra stanza. La reception ci ha spiegato che si trattava di un virus presente in hotel, ma io ritengo più probabile un’intossicazione alimentare, poiché mia figlia minore ha mangiato esclusivamente una cotoletta di tacchino alla milanese fornita dall’hotel, mentre mio figlio maggiore ha mangiato di più ed è stato molto più grave. Io e mio marito, invece, siamo rimasti completamente bene. Se si fosse trattato realmente di un virus, considerando che abbiamo trascorso tutto il tempo insieme come famiglia, sarebbe stato logico aspettarsi un contagio anche per noi. La mattina del 19 dicembre l’hotel ha chiamato un medico che è venuto in struttura. Dal medico e dal personale dell’hotel abbiamo saputo che la sera precedente almeno una decina di persone avevano manifestato episodi di vomito. Per questo motivo chiediamo che l’Azienda Sanitaria competente verifichi un possibile problema legato alla sicurezza alimentare. Ad oggi, nessun responsabile dell’hotel si è presentato per porgere delle scuse ufficiali.

• gabi (10/5): אחד המלונות המרשימים והמפוארים בעולם. - אין מילים לתאר את יופי המקום. מיקום עם נוף מרהיב, בריכה חיצונית מחוממת עם נוף עוצר נשימה, ג׳קוזי עם נוף הכי יפה שיש, יש שלוש סאונות, אבל הסאונה שמיועדת רק למבוגרים! נמצאת במקום עם נוף וואאוו,, מתקנים מעולים לילדים, הפעלות לילדים משעות הבוקר המוקדמות עד 10 בלילה עם אפשרות להשאיר את הילדים במתחם שמיועד לזה עם משגיחות וההורים הולכים להתפנק באזורים ללא ילדים, חדרים גדולים מאוד, המלון נקי ומצוחצח, הכל כלול עם מנות שף ברמה הכי גבוהה וחומרי גלם מהיוקרתיים ביותר. למי שנמצא בדולומיטים עם ילדים! זה המקום המושלם. אני מטייל באיטליה יותר מחמש שנים ברצף ומעל 30 פעמים. ממש אין

• Aynur (8/5): Super Konzept, das Personal müsste besser geschult werden - Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Massagen – sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene – waren hervorragend. Es handelte sich nicht um rein kosmetische Behandlungen, sondern um wirklich muskelentspannende Massagen von hoher Qualität. Auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet: sehr lecker, mit einer stimmigen und gut aufeinander abgestimmten Auswahl. Als weniger positiv möchten wir jedoch die Ankunft erwähnen: Leider wurden wir bei unserer Anreise nicht persönlich begrüßt, etwa mit einem freundlichen „Schön, dass Sie da sind, wir freuen uns auf Sie“. Es fand auch keine persönliche Vorstellung oder Begrüßung mit Namen statt. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, dass in den Schulungen vermittelt werde, Gäste nicht nach ihrer Anreise zu fragen, da viele im Stau stecken bleiben. Auch der Welcome-Drink hinterließ keinen guten Eindruck: Die Menükarte wurde uns eher zugeworfen als überreicht, wodurch sie mir aus der Hand fiel und auf dem Boden landete.

• Jade (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect family holiday, lots of entertainment on offer, great swimming pools and kids clubs (children actually kept asking to go back!) I believe all guests had children with them so there was no stress about my children disturbing other guests like I would be on a different type of holiday. I had to think of something to write here so I would say some of the family entertainment starts at 9pm which is too late for some younger families, especially when they’re skiing all day. Could do with an extra choice or two of boring food at dinner for my fussy children who pretty much ate (very nice) pasta every day.

• Tomas (10/5): 6 stars experience - Absolutely Fabulous! Just built in late summer 2022. Never been in such a enjoying hotel - you can drop your kids by the slide, sand playground or just driving buggy around and watch them from all inclusive bar :-). If your kids yells or screams, don’t worry other kids do the same (maybe torture for singles without kids, but for families it’s perfect!). Hotel deserves six stars since there is real aqua centrum on the top, climbing walls, football tables and many other activities - inside the hotel! Right on the ski slope, very comfortable. PS: do not forget evening shirt/dress- you know how Italians dress noble even for breakfast, so you should fit as well.-) What could be better? Really can not imagine what to improve, our stay exceeds our expectations, it was just perfect.
