Wiedemann-Mohr (1/5): Wenn ich ihnen etwas raten darf.Wählen Sie eine Andere Unterkunft! - Die Unterkuft wirbt mit Tatsachen die nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen. Es gibt keine Küchen in den Zimmern. Das Personal ist völlig überfordert und Antworten auf Fragen bekommt man auch nicht. Man wird als Gast völlig weg ignoriert. Schlimmste Aufenthalt den ich in meinem Leben je hatte. Ich bereue jeden einzelnen Cent.

Marco (7/5): Preis/Leistung war in Ordnung...doch könnte man noch 1-2 Sachen verbessern... - Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe bei an und Abreise... wunderschöne Lage im Zentrum von Harzgerode... Kein Winterdienst bei Schneefall...Treppe war komplett verschneit...Matratzen waren alt und durchgelegen...vielleicht mal wechseln...vielleicht mal noch einen Toaster bereitstellen da keine richtige Küche vorhanden...
Jutta (4/5): Nicht noch einmal! - Der Küchenbereich war dreckig (Herd extrem, Regale ,Tischecken, Spülmaschine hatte ekligen weiße Ablagerungen an der Dichtung, und im Essbereich klebte der Fußboden. Die zweite Etage hat nur eine Deckenhohe von 180-190 cm.
