• Ziga (10/5): - This may sound odd, but we found the following two items - which stand in stark contrast to basically all other hostility providers - as by far the most important and showing hosts' excellent understanding of their guest and their practical needs: sufficient dishwasher tablets (not just like 1 per day), and plenty of toilet. Paper. There's nothing worse of having to shop for these near the end of one's holidays or worry about washing too much or using too much toilet paper. Otherwise - everything else was just great :).

• Virginia (10/5): Excellent short vacation at CityPointApartments-Park in Merano - The apartment is very clean with a fully equipped kitchen, on site parking and everything you need for a short stay. Location of the apartment near Therme Meran and shops is very convenient. And last but not least, excellent communication with the hosts. Many thanks Marion and Patrick!

• Roberto (10/5): Qualche giorno di svago in famiglia con visita ai mercatini di Natale, relax alle Terme e turismo natalizio e culturale. - L’appartamento è sito a pochi metri dalla passeggiata pedonale sul Passirio, quella dei mercatini, e dal centro storico interamente pedonale (TOP). Si parcheggia, con un po’ di maestria, nel garage a disposizione e si sale al primo piano. Appartamento interamente ristrutturato con soluzioni architettoniche e materiali di pregio dotato di tutti i comfort. Due camere da letto una zona giorno ampia con cucina living attrezzatissima e un bel bagno finestrato con doccia grande. Vi sono Anche due terrazzini attrezzati che durante le stagioni più miti diventano spazi da fruire. Insomma per noi è un SÌ con 10! Una nota Anche per i proprietari che si premurano di accertare che vada tutto bene durante il soggiorno e per i consigli del caso. Le Terme di Merano sono a 150m. Consiglio di visitare la zona più storica del centro andando vs destra dopo la chiesa di San Nicolò. Andate anche al Castello di Trauttmansdorff residenza della principessa Sissi. Si prende il bus a 100m (4 o 1E). N.A.

• maurizio (10/5): - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso , l'appartamento con garage interrato impeccabile sembra nuovo o appena ristrutturato, pulitissimo arredato con gusto, letti comodissimi con biancheria di alta qualità, doccia fantastica, ottima la posizione a due passi dal centro e a 4 minuti a piedi dalle terme. Ringraziamo tanto Marion e Patrick host gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Ritorneremo sicuramente ☺️ Nulla

• ROSSELLA (10/5): Tutto perfetto - L'appartamento rispecchia fedelmente quanto scritto nella descrizione. Dotato di tutti gli accessori/servizi/comfort indicati. Pulizia semplicemente perfetta. Posizione comodissima per le terme e per il centro e per prendere gli autobus (di fronte alle terme ne fermano tantissimi). Non ho utilizzato il garage perché ero in treno. Consigliatissimo. Nulla da segnalare.

• Katja (9/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr modern eingerichtet. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist sie sehr ruhig. Die sehr enge Einfahrt zum Garagenstellplatz, bei der man die Spiegel einklappen muss, damit es passt, ist ziemlich gewöhnungsbedürftig.
• Tom (9/5): Toller Urlaub. - Es war eine schöne, saubere Wohnung. Es sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral und es gibt einen Garagenplatz.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Comfortable apartment for familly holidays in Merano - A well-planned, freshly renovated apartment in a small block of flats next to Merano Terms. For our family, the advantage was an additional bedroom with a single bed and sofa in the living room so that our teenage children could sleep separately. Full equipment for few days of stay. Smart TV, so you can watch your favorite series on Netflix :). Close to the center, quiet and safe. Parking is also a big advantage in this area. Very nice and responsive Owners.

• Johanna (9/5): Very nicely decorated and clean compact appartment! - Very nicely decorated compact appartment. Very clean! Comfortable beds! Very suitable for 3 persons, if there are more, then 2 need to sleep in the living room which is quite small, but still manageable. If you have to say something, then it would have been good to have more plates, cups etc.

Not clean a - location, bathroom 12 black hairs on both beds…. black hair on floor. very very basic kitchen. Rao music and smoking from downstairs. loud Russian family yelling next door!!
