Lucilla fue simplemente maravillosa; nos recibió con detalles muy lindos por mi cumpleaños, lo cual hizo la experiencia aún más especial. Siempre fue muy amable y atenta. El apartamento estaba impecable, con todo lo que se necesita y más, realmente no le falta nada. La ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para recorrer Florencia a pie. Además, el edificio es muy bonito, seguro y cuenta con elevador, lo cual es un gran plus. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos totalmente. ¡Todo fue perfecto! Fue nuestro alojamiento favorito durante nuestro viaje en Italia. Perfecto para parejas, no cambiaríamos nada.

Спасибо большое Lucilla - она нас встретила, все рассказала, постоянно была на связи. Сами апартаменты небольшие, но оборудованы всем необходимым. Для пары вполне достаточно. Все отлично

• Cynthia (10/5): Un séjour parfait à Florence ! - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui a dépassé toutes nos attentes. L’appartement est très propre et parfaitement équipé, jusque dans les moindres détails (guide en français de Florence mis à disposition par exemple), connexion wifi impeccable, douche et literie agréables. L'appartement est idéalement situé entre le Palais Pitti et le Ponte Vecchio. Tout est accessible à pied, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir Florence en toute sérénité. L’accueil a été très chaleureux, avec de nombreuses petites attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial et surtout la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Lucilla, qui a su nous mettre à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Un grand merci pour tout, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter Florence dans les meilleures conditions ! Tout était parfait.

• Sirpa (9/5): - Det låg mitt mittemellan Ponte Vecchio och Pitti palatset. Vi hade gångavstånd till allt man borde se. En vänlig och hjälpsam värd. Trevlig liten lägenhet med allt vi behövde under tre dagar i Florens.

• pauline (10/5): Parfait - L'appartement est idéalement placé, à 100m du Ponte Vecchio et à une dizaine de minutes à pieds des monuments importants. Tout était propre à notre arrivée et les attentions de notre hôte (snacks, produits de toilettes, condiments pour cuisiner) nous ont touché. RAS à part les moustiques qui envahissent l'appartement. Pensez à prendre de l'anti moustique et de la crème apaisante.
• Mark (10/5): - The property is well located within walking distance of all key attractions and numerous restaurants and shops. It was clean, comfortable and had a good shower. The host was very friendly and helpful and left lots of snacks and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch.

• Maksim (10/5): Nice stay in Florence - Location: The place on a very good location. It is locate 15-20 minutes away walking from the main railway station. Like the name of the place suggest, it's located right next to Ponte Vecchio, one of the main sights. It is also located pretty close to one of the other main attractions - Palazzo Pitti. All other sights are located within 10-15 minutes walking. Place: The apartment is nice, well-maintained and clean. The place looks exactly like on the photos. The bathroom is also very clean and convenient. The place was quite (no bad noise around). Host: The host was very welcoming. She explained us everything we need to know about the apartment, gave us the keys and left us to explore Florence. She stayed in touch with us during the whole stay and answered our questions. Thank you! I would recommend the place! Everything about the place is great. The location is in the center of the city, the place was nice and the host was welcoming.

• Margo (10/5): An excellent little apartment to stay while in Florence. - Location was excellent—even though we were on the other side of the river, everything is still close and easy walking distance. The room had nice little amenities, things that the owner provided like snacks, chocolates, water, juice, soap, shampoo, slippers, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, sugar, coffee. The room was bright and comfortable, and we had a little view of the street below. There was an air pump to provide heat, and air conditioning if required. There was plenty of room to store our things. The kitchen and bedroom area, as well as the bathroom, including the shower, was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable enough and certainly did not prevent me from being able to get a good sleep. I would definitely recommend this place to others.  The room felt safe, we had to enter in through an outside door from the street, climb three flights upstairs (or use the elevator,) then enter an outside door and then another inside door. The apartment is an easy walking distance of many places to eat . There is something around every corner. The host that met us on our arrival day was also very wonderful . Although there isn’t much space, it would be nice to have a small chair to sit in to make the room a little more comfortable.

• Vlad (10/5): A couple of days in the heart of Florence - Location was fantastic - minutes to all major attractions. Literally steps away from Boboli Gardens. A ton of restaurants within minutes of walking. Clean, well-supplied; host was very welcoming and provided excellent communications.
• Ric (8/5): Amazing location. Very tidy and cutesy. Accessible to public transport and the host is very accomoda - I like how convenient and easy it was to do self check in especially when guests are coming a little bit late or out of office hours. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Location is also a plus, few mins walk to major attractions around the area and restaurants and covenience stores are scattered around. The host also gave us a welcome bottle of wine and few snacks to eat. They also have universal sockets just in case you dont have one when you travel from different part of the world. Love the place, it was not super spacious but it was very cutesy. Very tourist-friendly. Highly recommended to travellers. Wifi signal is slow, otherwise I am satisfied with the rest of my stay.

I am elderly woman USA traveling alone. She provided more services. The location was excellent and safe. Room clean, air conditioning and wifi. I errored by not reading clearly or asking questions about certain matters. I truly appreciated all the assistance I was given! There was nothing wrong with the location or environment.

The apartment is small but very comfortable for a short stay. We especially loved that there was coffee and biscuits, so we could have breakfast at the apartment, before setting out to explore Florence. A bottle of wine was also a very welcome gift :) Look no further - this is a perfect place to stay in Florence. Nothing, it was excellent.

The apartment is a 5min walk away from the Boboli Gardens and a 15min walk to the Santa Maria church, therefore a really good location.
