• Andre (8/5): Alles in allem war es gut. - Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war keine Seife vorhanden und nur eine Rolle WC Papier. Es fehlen von Wohnzimmer Frontseitig Rollos dadurch ist mit einer Privatsphäre vorbei.
• Dani (4/5): Zu teuer, ungemütlich, kein Blick. - Hausboot ist modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Guter Standard. Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, also Unterkunft viel zu teuer und nicht angemessen. Heizung hat erst nicht funktioniert, wurde dann aber repariert. Floating House Personal sehr nett. Lage des Hausboots wenig attraktiv. Blick nur auf Hafen. Kein Naturbezug, Wasser im Hafen extrem dreckig. Check out Sonntag früh um 10, was sehr unangenehm war - und ohne ersichtlichen Grund.
• Alexander (10/5): Toller maritimer Ulraub, ohne ein Boot steuern zu müssen. - Genießen Sie die ruhige und naturnahe Lage im Yachthafen Peenemünde, fernab des typischen Touristentrubels. Das maritime Flair heißt einen schon bei der Ankunft willkommen. Sowohl die Floating Houses als auch der Yachthafen bieten neuwertige Einrichtungen. Neben sanitären Anlagen (WC und Dusche) stehen Waschmöglichkeiten, ein Restaurant und frische Brötchen am Morgen zur Verfügung. Außerdem sorgen Billard- und Tischtennisplatten für Unterhaltung. Unterschiedliche Einrichtungen (mit/ohne Grill oder Lounge Möbeln auf der Terrasse), was aus den Beschreibungen nicht hervorgeht.
• Stefanie (5/5): - Die Lage an sich war schön. Das Personal war nett. Leider war die Unterkunft von Innen voller Spinnen die wir erst beseitigen mussten. Ausserhalb um die Unterkunft war es genauso. Die Scheiben vom Boot waren leider auch sehr dreckig. In der Nacht hat ständig irgendwas ans Boot geknallt, somit war es mit den schlafen grenzwertig
• Wilfried (8/5): Schöner Urlaub - Schlüsselgabe an Reveption, Selbstverpfleger. Restaurant auf der Anlage gut. Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Kleine technische Mängel.
• jana (8/5): Ein schöner und entspannter Urlaub - Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, der Blick aufs Wasser, Keine Grill und kein Backofen vor Ort was anders beschrieben war,
• Chris (8/5): Wir haben uns gut erholt, das Wetter war perfekt und somit konnten wir auch jeden Tag direkt nach dem aufstehen ins Wass - Top Ausstattung, tolle und wirklich ruhige Lage. Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu meckern, bis auf die ganzen Spinnen auf der Terrassenseite, aber die kommen nur wenn’s dunkel ist. Man muss nur jeden Tag die Spinnweben beseitigen.

• Doadrian (8/5): Very good - As a summary we had a very, very nice experience and we would highly recommend it to others. . The location is really great and so is the general felling. If you like staying in peace, near the water, this place is for you. The houses are very nicely decorated and are equipped with everything you need. Additionally in the vicinity there is a bistro in the harbor where you can buy food/drinks. From the reception you can buy some bread/croissants and coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine. I did not like the complete lack of flexibility regarding a late check-out. I emailed the owners asking for it but got no reply. Called the reception and was told that we could talk on arrival about a possible late check-out. Once there, when we asked about it we were told that it is not possible, even with extra cost. I think this can be handled better as 10:00 AM Check-out is far from ideal. Another thing to be had in mind is complete lack of soundproofing - I do not know if this is expected on houses like these but, at night, every noise can be heard. Adding to the negatives - we had no soap and the door to one of the rooms had a "sopper" that was blocked and touched the floor - closing/opening the door was harder than normal and very noisy, especially during quiet times.
