• Halasz (9/5): Great place to stay in Costa Adeje - Great location, comfortable apartment with parking place, highly recommend! Cleaning could also take place during the stay, not just beforehand, but this did not detract from the overall experience.

• Anita (9/5): - Lokacija je odlična. Blizu autobusnog kolodvora, blizu supermarketa, restorana i plaža. Apartman je čist i ima sve šta vam treba. Bazen je odličan. Balkon je velik. Gospodin Slava je jako srdačan i od velike pomoći. Unaprijed nam je poslao poruku sa svim nama potrebnim informacijama. Čak je došao pred nas na autobusni kolodvor! Još jednom hvalaaaa! Zgrada u kojoj je apartman je jako čista i organizirana. Ulazi su zaštićeni šifrom a na glavnom ulazu je portir. Postoji i parking.

• Michelle (8/5): Holiday 2025! - Location of apartment Adequate facilities in apartment Bus station across the road which enabled us to venture out and explore the island View from the apartment This is nothing to do with the apartment or the owners it was the noise of reversing buses beeping! However we just closed the bathroom door which kept the noise to a minimum

• guy (9/5): - L'appartement est trés bien situé a deux pas des commerces et de la plage . Deplus la résidence posséde un parking privé pour la voiture. L'appartement est propre il a du etre refait récemment .

• Татяна (9/5): - Місце розташування чудове. Мануель зустрів і вирішував все, про що ми просили. Ліжко зручне, вид з балкону дуже гарний. Рекомендую фруктовий магазин Лос Агавес, він поруч зліва , дуже гарний вибір місцевих овочів і фруктів та інших продуктів. Постіль і рушники не першої свіжості, але навіть не це залишило неприємний осад, а те що на 12 днів на 2 особи нам залишили 2 рулони туалетного паперу і на дні пляшки мила для рук. Це дрібниця, ми собі купили, але за ці кошти ,що заплатили за житло, хотілося б щоб ці дрібниці були враховані.

• Ginta (8/5): Cozy place - Great location - only 500m from the beach. Lots of food and drink places around and about 15 min walking distance from the nightclub area so also good for people who want to check out the nightlife. The bed was a bit too soft due to the bed having a spring mattress. The apartment complex has a pool, but people put the towel on the lounge chairs and just leave (all chairs had peoples belongings on them but only 4 chairs had people sunbathing) so if you want a lounge chair, go and mark your territory early in the morning.:D As the apartment is on the ground floor, there's no fancy view to the ocean, but you can listen to the sounds of the ocean when you're on the balcony. The Irish bar nearby has live music which you can hear but it stops around 11pm or midnight so it's not too noisy at night.
• Karen (8/5): Great location - The location was amazing. In-between Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Right across the road from the bus station and the taxi rank was outside. In walking distance to bars and restaurants. The apartment building/reception area was clean. The pool area was nice but not always enough sunbeds. The bedding!!! When I first walked into the apartment, my eyes were drawn to the disgusting, really old 'bobbled' top sheets. I had to remake the bed with some other sheets that were in the wardrobe, which were a bit better. I know this has been mentioned on previous reviews, so why they are still being used? ... they need to go! The towels were old and also need replacing.

• Ritchie (9/5): Superb - Fabulous apartment in a great location. Building is very secure and clean, and the apartment has been renovated to a very high standard. Fast wifi and great support from the local host. I took my laptop to stay on top of work, and there are no free plugs at the table where you might want to power a laptop. Not a huge issue as I only used it for an hour or so morning and night, and was able to run from battery. Only other criticism would be lack of any bedside tables.

• Stefan (5/5): Passable - Honestly, apartment is really nice and people who work there are friendly, but almost eveyday with had a problem with cockroaches, huge ones, also the dishes and whole place was not clean, it was dusty

• Smkrm (9/5): Week in November - Second stay here. Perfect location to access bus station for days out from top of complex, and down to beach from bottom. Clean and comfortable. Amazing sea views from balcony We had an issue with the toaster. Even with nothing else plugged in,it tripped the electrics, so clearly faulty. . Reported it after first day but it wasn't replaced which was a but disappointing.

• Smkrm (7/5): April break - Basic studio but well equipped. Great location straight opposite bus station from top gate and bottom gate for access to sea front. Lovely pool area. Slava was good at responding to messages and sent clear instructions on location and meeting point Studio is a bit tired and could do with updating. 2 ring hob didn't work too well but we had a microwave and just used for breakfast so ok. Small fridge and icebox. Note its a bed settee

Perfect location between the bus station and the ocean :) The principle of controlling the kitchen stove and washing machine you had to ask the owner, otherwise turn on your imagination or do not use these devices :)

Fab location (took the owners advice and got airport bus in, stops right opposite apartment top gate at Costa Adeje bus station) Can exit by top or bottom gates so it made it easy to get to sea front, or equally walk along the top to San Eugenio area. Newly refurbished so all clean and shiny. Lovely sea view from the balcony. Great communication with the owner throughout and agent was waiting to meet us. Will definitely use again. Very minor point but felt the towels and bedding let the apartment down as they were quite old (but clean) although a new set of sheets was dropped off mid week No aircon but there is a fan which we couldn't have managed without at night
