- Dave (10/5): Comfotable. Spaceous. We enjoyed it immensley. We’ll be back - Amazing apt. Giulio was so easy to deal with. Once we fogured out vikey everything was perfect
We will return. A total pleasure Nothing. It was fab
- Vasilisa (9/5): We loved the apartment. Great location. Clean and no street noise. - Comfortable bed and even pull out sofa-bed was great for kids. Great location and comfortable space. Took us a while to understand how to open the door. After you get in a space you have easy access with provided keys.
- Janet (9/5): - Location was excellent Everything was fine.
- Ana (9/5): Feeling like at home, in the nice Roman city quart. - Very nice apartment, has the feeling as home. Spacious, big windows, very nice courtyard and clean common spaces. Very well secured. The owner is very nice and helpful. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Bathroom is spacious and very clean. Towels were good as new. Kitchen is very well equipped, having washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a big fridge.
NOTE: The boiler in the bathroom and the kitchen stove work with gas only.
Trastevere is a great neighborhood, but what we didn't know is that it is very badly connected by the city bus lines. We used taxi, though, through application itTaxi, and it worked perfect. Nothing much - only one remark: Those were very hot days and nights in Rome, so the AC was not well enough to cool the whole place (AC is in the living room only). There is a ceiling fan above the bed in the bedroom, but it is too noisy to sleep with it while on.
- EE SA (10/5): Pleasant and comfortable - Location. In the lively Trastevere neighbourhood, yet situated in a quiet residential area. All the sights are within reasonable walking distances. And Giulio is a welcoming and warm host who responds quickly to ensure a comfortable stay for us. His Helper keeps the apartment clean and tidy 2 times a week during tt fortnight.
- Edward (9/5): Very nice stay in a very nice House. I can recommend Trastevere for a stay in Rome -
- Dee Dee (9/5): -
- Idan (10/5): The best place to stay in Trastevere - Central location but quiet and peaceful apartment. Cozy beds and full equipped kitchen
- Alex (10/5): A stylish and well-equipped Trastevere retreat, perfectly located for exploring Rome - I had a wonderful stay in this Trastevere flat. The location is perfect – tucked away in a quiet spot that felt like a real refuge from the heat and crowds, yet still within walking distance of both the Vatican and the Colosseum. The apartment itself is very well maintained, with a distinctive style that gave it plenty of character. Everything was clean and thoughtfully provided, with all the facilities you could need. The coffee machine was especially appreciated for my early sightseeing starts. A great base for exploring Rome! Nothing I can think of
- Tim Crozier (8/5): Great location. Great quiet unit and spacious. - Superb quiet location. Handy to everything nearby. Well appointed unit. Not easy to gain entry unless you have internet access fully functioning and reasonably tech-savvy. Even then there are a few hurdles to jump. Directions mostly good but a couple of inaccuracies took a little time to resolve.
- Michel (9/5): Perfect stay - Central location in trastevere with all facilities nearby, but also quiet. Very Nice Initial procedure to get in is bit cumbersome, but not a big deal once you know how
- Rodolphe (10/5): - Giulio had it all perfectly set up before we moved in. The flat was great, very pleasant, clean, quiet, fully furnished and equipped, and very, very well located, about 30 minutes from major landmarks such as the Pantheon and the imperial fora, in this amazing neighbourhood of Trastevere. Nothing, really.
- Paul (10/5): Wonderful stay, beautiful apartment, so central, what more do you want! - We loved our recent stay at Giulio's apartment. Giulio was a wonderful host, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Giulio's apartment is a wonderful place to stay in Trastevere, while Trastevere itself is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Rome - full of character, restaurants and bars and so central for visiting all that beautiful Rome has to offer. Our apartment was spotless, bright and airy, spacious and most comfortable. For such a central location in Rome, we could not believe how quiet the apartment was at night and we awoke fully refreshed and ready for adventure every morning. Cannot recommend it enough, we hope to get back there some day! Our thanks to Giulio for a most memorable holiday. Nothing, everything was perfect.
- Ric (9/5): Superb -
- Mignon (10/5): It was such a lovely apartment! We loved it, homely, comfortable, very clean with thoughtful details - Our host was very pro active with arrival information and directions. He was also very responsive when we had a question as we entered the apartment.
- Terttu (8/5): A truly quiet place at a great location - The Quiet Apartment Trastevere really was quiet according to Roman standards. It is spacious and clean and even has a dishwasher and washer. The neighbourhood is residential and authentically "Trasteverian" most suitable also for longer stays. The San Cosimato food market nearby is a great bonus. We stayed for two weeks and found the kitchen a bit too basic for our needs, especially as regards the selection of dishes and cutlery. The tv had loads of channels but not a single international English-speaking one. It would have been much appreciated.
- Christian (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment exceeded all our expectations — a true gem for anyone who loves art, books, and a soulful atmosphere. Everything you need for a perfect Trastevere experience is right there. The location couldn’t be better: amazing bars, restaurants, and the vibrant Roman life just outside the door. The host was warm and thoughtful. We can’t wait to come back!
- Mary (9/5): This was a great location to explore the city. Safe area with lots of great restaurants. - The apartment is in an excellent location. The apartment is spacious & has plenty of storage space. Giulio gave us some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and was always available to answer any queries. Nothing!
- Anna (10/5): Just what we needed - Great location, walking distance to tram/bus stops, lots of good restaurants around. The apartment is in a quiet residential area. The host Giulio was very responsive and helpful.
- Shalvia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claudia (9/5): Quiet and spacious apartment in a great location in Trastevere - close to all the action but still quite at nighttime. - Location was unbeatable, right near the heart of youthful and fun Trastevere but still nice and quiet at nighttime. Very spacious apartment. The bed was not the most comfortable, whilst I have no complaints about the soda bed. I would have liked a tea towel or paper towel in the kitchen for us to use.
- Carol (10/5): It was a quiet oasis in a busy city - My husband and I were fortunate to find Quiet Apartment Trastevere on Booking.com. It was important to us to find a comfortable place in a good location for restaurants, sightseeing, and museums. It was indeed quiet, yet within a block or two of iconic, narrow streets and restaurants with outdoor seating and checked tablecloth. Our favorite restaurant, Santo, was a one minute walk away. It was less than a 10 minute walk to museums Villa Farnesina and the Corsini, the well known Church of Santa Maria, the Botanical Garden, and the pedestrian bridge over the Tiber, Ponte Sisto, which led us to the Pantheon, the Forum, and the Colosseum. We were also 7 or 8 minutes from the No. 8 tram and H buses, both of which took us to the center of historic Rome.
The apartment was a quiet oasis after a busy day of sightseeing. There was an outside locked gate, a courtyard, then another locked glass door to the wing in which our apartment was situated. The Wi-Fi was excellent, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped with ample counterspace. We ate about half our meals at “home” in our 21-day stay. There were two well stocked grocery stores just a five minute walk away.
Best of all was our host Giulio. He was exceptionally responsive to my questions. I would send a message on WhatsApp and he responded within minutes. It was clearly important to him that we were happy there. Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

- Keri (10/5): Wonderful!! - The apartment was spacious and clean. There were 3 of us and we were less crowded in this 1 bedroom unit with a sofa sleeper than we were in a 2 bedroom unit. My son said that the sofa sleeper was the most comfortable one he had ever slept on. Giulio was a wonderful host and always quick to respond to any question we had. We truly felt that he went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit and hope that we are able to return some day. Thank you Giulio, it truly was a pleasure staying in your beautiful apartment!
- Kim (10/5): Wonderful comfortable stay in Trastevere! - Great location, apt was everything you need to be comfortable, safe and rested between long treks to visit Rome. Cook dinner live like a local. Appreciated staff for early communications and were very attentive and organized. Loved the book collection, great for downtime in apt. Would be great place to stay for longer visit. Nothing really. The breeze into the apt was so nice. I wish there were bug screens on the windows vs turning on air conditioning especially for evenings… mosquito season.
- Eleftheria (10/5): One of the best and cleanest apartments I've ever been to! - The apartment was amazing!! Right in the heart of Trastevere, but also in a quiet corner. Very clean, spacious, Guilio the owner was super helpful and friendly about the way of entering the house. The apartment is very nicely decorated and it has everything one might need. I definitely recommend it!!! Everything was perfect really!!!
- Angela (9/5): Superb -
- Albert (10/5): Quiet safe location. Walking distance to all attractions. - Guilio is a great host. Excellent communication. Quick response. Easy to check in(just make sure your phone works).
- Coralie (10/5): Would definitely stay again - Clean, great location, host was very good at communicating everything I asked, it really is like being in your own home in Rome Nothing
- Alobster (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karolina (10/5): Stay here! You won't regret it, I promise - We spent a lovely time in Trastevere. Gulio was in contact with us all the time. I received detailed directions to the apartment. The area is charming, it looks deserted in the morning, but in the evening it changes beyond recognition. You'll find great restaurants at every corner. This is a great deal when, after a whole day of visiting Rome, you come back to Trastevere, go for a delicious dinner and 5 minutes after you are in the apartment. Everything is so close.
The apartment is really big, cozy and clean. The kitchen is huge, fully equipped. Beds are big and comfortable. We can wholeheartedly recommend you stay here!
If it's your first time in Italy and Rome, I recommend taking a taxi from the airport. Uber/IT taxi has a fixed price of 31 euros from Ciampino. It will be much more convenient We were not fully aware that the entrance to the bathroom was through the bedroom
