• Pitulice (10/5): O cazare care se respecta - Am petrecut un sejur minunat și sunt extrem de mulțumit de experiența avută. Camera a fost: curată, spațioasă, confortabilă. Cele două camere au TV Smart cu acces la internet. Expresso de cafea Bucătărie foarte dotata la secțiunea vesela Cuptor electric, cuptor microunde, plita electrica, și mașină de spălat vase. Toate instrucțiunile primite au fost de ajutor. Apa calda, caldura non stop nu a trebuit sa umblam la setari. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și mereu disponibil să ne ajute doar pe mail. Locația este la 5 minute de stația de metrou unde se află un magazin Billa și o farmacie. Locația este liniștită fiind vis a vis de o grădiniță. Totul impecabil. Felicitări pt conforul oferit.

Just imagine booking an unit in Austria,Vienna Paying full amount and providing you a pin code But getting There and couldn't get into appartmemt no-one was There to help you. Saying everything is digital. No help, stealing your money and providing nothing. Just because you didn't fill The form needed to get U There. Feels like dealing with scammers. Shocking behaviour. Payment was very easy but steps after payment wasn't really clarified. The way how the Run The business is very convenient for them but not the travellers. Not understanding no-one is so comfortable clinking on any form Or information being asked for. Above All not telling The whole steps really needed before payment. Otherwise I wouldn't go with this offer. Is clearly misleading. Definitely seeking some legal advice. Please guys out There be aware what's happened to me is real.

• Eunice (10/5): 10 out of 10 - Where should I start.. The location is perfect. It’s a 6 min walk from the subway and you can get everywhere from there. The Spar supermarket is a 4 min walk. The apartment is in a child friendly neighborhood. There are al lot of playgrounds in the neighborhood. As well as a pharmacy and a doctor (it gives a good feeling knowing it’s nearby). We were surprised by how clean the neighborhood was. No litter to be found. The apartment is in a soundproof building (I guess) because we couldn’t hear any of the neighbors. The fire alarm went off one night and only because of that we could see how many people were staying in the building. Other than that no noises nothing! The streets can get busy in the morning, but ones the windows are closed you don’t hear a thing. You can have a quiet and peaceful sleep. The apartment was very clean. I self work in a hotel and have a huge fear of bedbugs. This makes me a bit crazy if I have to stay somewhere. I have to check EVERYTHING before I even bring my suitcase inside. And I was surprised by how clean it was. I had to check under the mattress behind the headboard all the cracks everywhere to make sure there are no bedbugs signs. And it was clean. No dust behind the bed, no weird stains on the mattresses nothing! I always wipe of all the surfaces, cabinets, doorhandles, light switches, remote controls to make it clean for myself (I’m a bit of a cleaning freak) and my wipes didn’t turn dark. It was very clean. The apartment had everything we needed. Even the cute dishwasher. In the same building you can find a washing machine and dryer which was very handy. The bathroom was also clean. No mold no limescale. The apartment provided towels and extra toilet paper. There was a review complaining about the sleeping sofa and that is really a personal matter. My mom slept on the sleeping sofa for 6 nights and she is now convinced that she has to change her mattress at home, because she didn’t had a good night sleep in a long time.
