Manfred (5/5): Schöne Lage, gute Größe, durchschnittliche Ausstattung - Gute Lage, ausreichende Größe der Wohnung. Für den Preis sollten die Matratzen nicht vollkommen durchgelegen sein. Es dürften auch durchaus mehr als 2 Geschirrspültabs und eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier da sein. 4 Trinkgläser sind etwas wenig. Flecken auf dem Sofa, recht einfaches Mobiliar. Balkon sollte auch sauber sein. Hohe Preise sind erstmal kein Problem, ein bisschen mehr Leistung sollte dafür aber drin sein.
Julian (10/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut; man ist in einer Minute am Strand. Die Einrichtung ist modern gehalten und sehr gepflegt. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Duplex-Stellplatz ist nicht für große Fahrzeuge geeignet; es gab aber in unmittelbarer Nähe einen öffentlichen Parkplatz, den ich dann benutzen konnte.
