• Pavel (8/5): - Das Apartment hat eine absolut hervorragende Lage direkt an der Seilbahn und in der Nähe mehrerer Restaurants, darunter das ausgezeichnete Restaurant NIVIS im selben Haus. Einen besseren Einstieg ins Skivergnügen, einschließlich der Lage des Skiraums, habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Apartment ist groß genug und gut ausgestattet – Stauraum, Haken (müssen nur im Bad ergänzt werden), hochwertige Matratzen (etwas weicher, aber für uns genau richtig). Wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne Aussicht, teils auf die Berge und teils auf die Ausfahrt der Piste zur Seilbahn. Der einzige und GROSSE Wermutstropfen bei der Unterkunft war der fünfte Schlafplatz auf dem Schlafsofa. Es sollte gar nicht angeboten werden oder man sollte ein neues kaufen – schade, denn das Apartment ist auch für 6 Personen geräumig genug. In der Mitte der Liegefläche befand sich eine Querstrebe, die in den Rücken drückte. Ein absolut getrübtes Erlebnis für die fünfte Person. Wir haben um eine Ersatzmatratze gebeten (auch schriftlich) – aber leider ohne Antwort. Schade.

• Martina (9/5): Entspannt relaxen und Schifahren- modern und unkompliziert! - Lage direkt an der Piste, Check-in/-out entspannt, Ausstattung super, sehr empfehlenswert Nichts hat nicht gefallen. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: täglicher Handtuch-Wechsel, weil eigene Sauna vorhanden. Aber vielleicht auf Anfrage möglich?

• Lubomir (9/5): The apartment right on the slope (ski-in-ski-out) - The accommodation is literally on the slope (ski-in-ski-out). Guaranteed parking space, we've been even able to take covered space, so were not affected by snow falling during the night. The apartment is clean and served us (5 people) very well. It has everything what you need. It would be perfect for the family. As a group of friends, we would maybe appreciate 1 more toilette (but, in "emergency", anybody can use the one located close to reception). We've appreciated a restaurant accommodated in the same building.

Perfekte Lage fürs Skifahren- direkt an der Piste. Sehr kurze Wege zum Skidepot, überdachten Parkplatz und Appartement. Tolles Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage, kommen gerne wieder!

• Damir (10/5): Fantastic and spacious apartment - Perfect location, right on the ski slope next to the ski lift. Brand new, huge space, fantastic bathroom, private sauna, nice view, well equipped. TV doesn't seem to be able to connect to Internet so not possible to watch Netflix or YouTube, just Austrian and German TV channels. Mail communication prior to arrival was slow/lacking. One bedroom didn't have it's own window.

Priamo v priestrannom apartmane je umiestnena aj sukromna sauna. Priestory apartmanu boli naozaj priestranne. Personal bol ochotny, napomocny a zhovorcivy Len uplne detaily - v predsieni by sa zisiel obuvak, kuchynske spotrebice (mikrovlnka a varna doska boli trochu nekvalitne - nereagovali vzdy). • Zsu (10/5): Szuper! Biztosan visszatérünk még! - Nagyon modern apartman a sípályán. Fantasztikus kilátással, remek felszereltséggel. A kutyákat hatalmas szeretettel fogadták. Az épület alsó szintjén van egy étterem is, ahol gyors kiszolgálás és nagyon finom ételekkel szolgáltak.

• Julia (10/5): - ​Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles erstklassig. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder! Fünf Sterne!

• Davide (9/5): Ottima esperienza - Posto meraviglioso. L'appartamento inserito perfettamente in una struttura alberghiera è accogliente, comodo, ampio e pulito. La reception è quella classica di un hotel, ed il personale gentile. Vista montagna 2 bagni, di cui uno in camera entrambi senza water! Capisco la mancanza (assurda) del bidet perché poco usato fuori dell'Italia, ma il water non può mancare nel bagno. E' presente solo un water in un mini-bagno posto all'ingresso dell'appartamento. Per un appartamento di 6 posti letto e con tanto spazio, un water è poco
• Philipp (10/5): Klasse ! Super Lage ! Wir kommen gerne wieder ! - Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und es wurde sehr hochwertig gebaut. Beste Materialien und überall hochwertig. Tolle Lage. Klasse mit der Card+ könnte sogar besser kommuniziert werden. Babyhochstuhl und Kinderbett. Spontanes Konzert vor der Tür. Super Musik und auch hier merkt man hochwertige Fenster wenn die Kids schlafen sollen. Nicht gefallen stimmt nicht sondern konstruktive Verbesserungsvorschläge für die 10+. Ladesäule war nicht verfügbar wie es auf der Webseite steht, das sollte man vorher kommunizieren und Alternativen anbieten. Kommunikation: kurzer Zettel mit Erklärung, wo was zu finden ist usw.. Es war nicht alles selbst erklärend Appartement: vielleicht eine Tasse usw. mehr Hundehaare im Apartment , da muss man wirklich drauf achten wenn man vorher Besitzer mit Hund drin hat. Tipp: lokale Deals und Produkte. SB: Kühlschrank Die Marmelade die man unten verkauft einfach als kleine Probe aufs Zimmer. Gastgeschenk und erhöht die Kaufwahrscheinlichkeit

• Alice (9/5): Aanrader - Modern en heel comfortabel appartement met heerlijke sauna (groot pluspunt!). Pal naast zomerlift en op grens met Italië. Circa 20 minuten vanuit het dal naar appartement. Ideale plek voor rust- en outdoor liefhebbers. Genoeg wandelroutes in directe omgeving. Holiday+ card inbegrepen (ook groot pluspunt). Vriendelijk personeel! Niet echt iets. Uitzicht op de bergen is slechts beperkt zo (in ons geval: vanuit 1 slaapkamer en sauna).
• Gabor (10/5): - A szállás csodálatos helyen van, gyakorlatilag az olasz határ mellett. A kilátás és a környezet gyönyörű, a felvonó az épület mellett van, ahogyan az éttermek is. Bármerre indulsz, kiváló túralehetőségek vannak. A szállás teljesen új, modern liftes épület, részben fedett parkolóval. Az apartmban saját szaunával rendelkezett, két fürdőszoával, és két jól elkülönülő hálószobával. A konyha és az étkező jól felszerelt. Nem tudok olyat mondani, ami nem tetszett.

Unica piccolissima pecca: TV tutte in tedesco senza possibilità di connetterle alla rete internet per poter così vedere piattaforme di streaming. Sistemato questo, davvero ottimo livello
• Thomas (10/5): Einfach nur zu kurz.. ;) - Die moderne Einrichtung, und der Stil.. alles tip top sauber.. Die Lage am Lift und in der Landschaft.. Ein absolut gelungenes Konzept. Wir werden defensiv wieder kommen. Und ggf. Auch den Winter dort ausprobieren. Sehr freundliches und zuvoekommendes Personal.. Hier gab es absolut nichts..was nur ansatzweise negativ war.

• Greg (10/5): - Modern 2 bedroom apartment right next to the chairlift to go up the mountains. Use of private sauna in the apartment was a bonus. Everything was very nice and we had a lovely time. Staff were fantastic and quickly fixed some small issues that we had. We used the laundry - easy and clean. Would easily stay there again.

• mich.pavl (10/5): - Skutočne výnimočné ubytovanie. Veľmi sa nám páčila priestrannosť apartmánu, ktorú oceníte hlavne keď cestujete s deťmi. Izby boli čisté s pekným výhľadom na okolité hory. Síce sme boli na pobyte v lete, ale večer sme tiež využili saunu na regeneráciu po turistike. K ubytovaniu sme dostali tiež miestu turistickú kartu, pomocou ktorej sme mohli využiť akcie na okolité atrakcie. Nič.

Even though there are several other appartments, it was very quite inside of our place. Appartment itself was quite comfortable and spacious. Beds not too hard, not too soft - just ideal. The kitchten was fully equipped. ...And the sauna in the apparment, super! nothing

The communication was smooth and pleasant, and I appreciated the responsiveness. The check-in was awesome. We arrived late at night, and everything was ready for us. The apartment was beautiful, perfectly clean, spacious, with a stunning Alpine view and all necessary amenities, right at the entrance to the lift. The location was very convenient for everyday hikes. We came in the summer but it would also be perfect location for a ski trip. Highly recommend! There was no such thing.

• Maksim (10/5): Это лучший отель, в котором я когда-либо останавливался! - Это шикарные апартаменты! Всё продумано до мелочей. Уборка выполнена замечательно. В наших апартаментах было две спальни, одна большая комната с кухней, туалет (отдельное помещение), две просторных душевых комнаты, баня (настолько чистая, что мне кажется, что до нас там вообще никто не парился). В апартаментах три телевизора. Вся сантехника очень качественная. Здесь даже сковородка очень правильная - из нержавейки. Вся мебель очень красивая и удобная. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Полотенец тоже очень много - по 5 полотенец на каждого члена семьи, то есть всего у нас было аж 25 полотенец. Шикарный вид из окна, точнее из всех окон - даже из бани!!! Есть балкон, на котором спокойно помещаются 5, а при желании и больше человек. Пол не скрипит, двери не скрипят, ручки дверей открываются бесшумно. Персонал на стойке регистрации очень приветливый. Там мы получили даже больше информации, чем хотели :)

• Andreas (10/5): Wenn es sich ergibt, dann kommen wir gerne wieder. - Top Ausstattung des Apartments, es hat an nichts gefehlt ! Sehr sauber und gepflegt.👌 In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bergbahn! 👍 Sehr nettes Personal, vom Housekeeping ,Rezeption bis hin zum Chef, alle verdienen eine 10 .!!!

• Andreas (8/5): Tolles Hotel in TOP Lage mit sehr netten und herzlichen Menschen. - Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Alles top, modern und sauber. Die Lage war traumhaft schön. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. In der Unterkunft war lediglich ein Kaffeepat (Nespresso) vorhanden (obwohl wir zu zweit angereist sind). Es gab auch nur 1 Spülmaschinentab und da wir in der Nebensaison in einem Skigebiet waren, wo eher im Winter alles voll besetzt ist, war die Rezeption auch nicht besetzt. Nur nach telefonischer Absprache oder per Booking App war jemand zu erreichen. Da hätte ich es zumindest gut gefunden, wenn es auf den Zimmern eine Broschüre mit den wichtigsten Infos zum Hotel gegeben hätte. Scheinbar gab es ein Internetproblem, so konnte man die Fernseher in den Zimmern nicht mit dem WLAN verbinden. Wenn man noch einem langen ereignisreichen Tag Abends etwas mit Netflix und Co abschalten wollte, so war dies nicht möglich. Diese Kleinigkeiten, schmälern aber nicht den tollen Urlaub dort. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
