• Michał (10/5): świetna klimatyczna miejscówka bardzo blisko wszelkich atrakcji, bardzo dobry kontakt - Świetna lokalizacja między stacją metra a centrum starego miasta - blisko stacji Duomo z jednej, a Spaccanapoli z drugiej strony. Rewelacyjny kontakt ze strony wynajmującej: nie dość że pani sama zadzwoniła, że jest blisko i może przekazać klucze i pozwoli zostawić bagaże dużo wcześniej, niż planowana godzina udostępnienia lokalu, to dodatkowo przekazała mapki miasta i opowiedziała dość dokładnie o najciekawszych atrakcjach w mieście i jak do nich dość. Ogromne mieszkanie z dwoma sypialniami w starej kamienicy, całkiem dobrze odnowione, ze wszystkimi najpotrzebniejszymi udogodnieniami. Wąż od prysznica do wymiany wypadał ze słuchawki. Na szczęście była też deszczownica, czyli coś jeszcze lepszego ;-) .

• Isabelle (4/5): - Emplacement idéal au coeur du vieux Naples, près de la gare. Arrivée facile.. Appartement dans son jus mais bien conservé. Prestation insuffisante : lampes sans abat-jour qui diffusent une lumière agressante. Equipements désuets (tête de lit dont le revêtement est arraché), lampes de salon qui ne fonctionnent pas, spatule cassée. Pas d'ustensiles de cuisine (ou très peu)...largement insuffisant pour un appartement pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Casserole en fin de vie, vaisselle insuffisante (il n'y avait que deux verres et un couteau). Pas de torchon de cuisine. Ménage insuffisant voire sale.. Toilettes qui coulent H24, infesté de moustiques. Une toilette est réservée au personnel de ménage, dans laquelle on laisse les torchons sales et des serpillières qui dégagent une odeur nauséabonde dans tout l'appartement. Dommage car l'appartement a de beaux volumes et très bien situé au cœur du vieux Naples mais la prestation gâche le séjour. Attention également à la taxe de séjour qui n'est pas mentionnée dans l'annonce

Vicino alla fermata DUOMO del metro.A 15 min dal mollo Beverello per andare alle isole L'appartamento è molto bello, comodo, dotato di tutti i comfort. Due bagni, terrazzo e ascensore. Particolarmente Grazie a Domus Extra Napoli per la gestione e la cortesia! Grazie anche al nostro assistente Giovanni Davide per i consigli preziosi! Torneremo sicuramente!
• Blanc Ariela (9/5): - L'emplacement central, l'ascenseur, la taille des pièces, hauteur sous plafond, grandes fenêtres, bonne literie. Les échanges conviviaux avec les gestionnaire, les informations utiles. La salle de bain vieillissante. Carrelage cassé par endroit, de l'eau fuit de la douche et le plus gênant, le mécanisme de la chasse d'eau qui coule, jour et nuit, un bruit perturbent, en plus de la perte considérable d'eau. Signalé au propriétaire qui n'a pas réagi. Cuisine dans son jus, machine à café pas pratique et qui fuit.

• Adriana (9/5): - Locația excelentă, disponibilitatea persoanei care ne -a întâmpinat și care ne -a ajutat cu sugestii/ informații pentru a avea un sejur plăcut. O parte din mobilier ar trebui schimbat ( anumite piese din bai, spătarul de la patul din dormitorul principal, dulapul din baia mica). Este nevoie de mai multa atenție la detalii în ceea ce privește curățenia.

• Daniele Francesco (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti, ed è stato tutto perfetto, la struttura è accogliente e pulita, in una posizione ideale per visitare il centro storico. La differenza l'ha fatta Alessandro, dandoci consigli sui ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Raccomandatissimo

L’emplacement est parfait, l’appartement est très grand mais mal entretenu La literie est confortable Le jet d’eau parfait Nous avons été dévoré par les moustiques Chasse moustiques toute la nuit Équipement vieillissant, notamment dans la cuisine avec 10 casseroles, mes quatre fourchettes! Une des pièces d’eau est vraiment insalubre Très mauvaise surprise de devoir ajouter des suppléments pour une cinquième personne alors qu’il y avait la place, les taxes séjour, même pour les enfants, et 20 € pour une arrivée tardive. Nulle part mentionnée dans l’annonce.
• Balazs (6/5): Good value for money for sightseeing tourism for a family of 4-5 - Extremely good location, walking distance from all city sights. The host was helpful and gave lots of useful ideas and hints about things. Communication was fair and smooth. The accomodation is spacious, it was ideal for 4-5 people indeed with large beds, there is much room for storage with many closets. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds household appliances. There is air conditioner in every room and WI-FI connection is really fast. The overall comfort level is really good! Although general cleaning after each guest seems to be done fairly, the general condition of the apartment is worn out. There is no sign of any major overhaul in the last 20 years. Electric wire and switch hanging out of the wall (small bathroom), stained bed linen, sofa and curtains, peeling leatheratte on the bed (main bedroom), dirt on the walls (small bedroom), rotting wood of the bathroom shelf (2nd bathroom), corroded metal storage shelf (kitchen) and tap (2nd bathroom), etc. A major renovation would be timely.

• Raquel (7/5): Apartamento muy bien ubicado, espacioso. - La ubicación, muy cerca de la parada de metro del Duomo. El apartamento es muy espacioso. La cocina funcionaba bien. Solo hay un baño pero es espacioso y el agua caliente funcionaba bien. No había calefacción pero dispone de aire acondicionado con calor por lo que no pasamos frío. En general, bastante limpio. Es un cuarto piso con ascensor. El sofá es un poco incómodo pero las camas son confortables. Tienen un problema con los mosquitos, viaje en enero y nos han picado un montón. Las paredes llenas de mosquitos muertos, con marcas de las zapatillas por las paredes.

• anna (6/5): Duże mieszkanie w centrum, jednak mam zastrzeżenia co do czystości i standardu. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanie przestonne. Pościel nie była zmieniona, z włosami i brudem po poprzednikach. Po zgłoszeniu problemu otrzymałam czyste prześcieradła kolejnego dnia pobytu. Mieszkanie częściowo po remoncie, częściowo stare (odrapana tapicerka, zardzewiałe półki pod prysznicem itp). W salonie i jednej sypialni od ulicy głośno - słychać ruch uliczny i samoloty. Na miejscu pobierana jest dodatkowa opłata klimatyczne (5E/osoba/dzień).

It was such an easy transition coming into the apartment with her brilliant hospitality and a great introduction to Naples! She met us personally and gave us helpful information on the local area and how the apartment worked which made such a difference in a busy city. I would definitely recommend booking this apartment - no issues at all.

• Nathan (6/5): Great large location but not comfortable - Great location with close proximity to Duomo Metro. Walking distance to all main sights and ease to get back to central station. Really large rooms. Great info on places to eat if you wanted to eat out. Have a mosquito issue- kept appearing even though house wasn’t open. Had issues with gas cooktop, water & radiators which we were instructed to fix. Beds are really uncomfortable and they only made up two beds even though there were 4 sleeping options in the house. We needed 3 beds. Pans were missing lids and kitchen hob ignition would turn itself off on low and you’d have to relight. Couch was sofa bed and incredibly uncomfortable to sit on so that left one chair for 4 people. Was not a comfortable stay at all.
• Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apqrtment with all amenities. The location is perfect, close to the city centre, and a short walk from Garibaldi Station. This is the perfect accommodation for a family with kids as they will have enough space to move around. We cooked diner every night of our stay in the kitchen. It has everything you need. Highly recommended 👌 We liked everything.

• Jill (6/5): Overall, it was rather disappointing because the facilities were quite old and shabby. - The apartment was spacious, the towels and bedding were clean. The apartment is centrally placed. The representative was very helpful, friendly and responsive. Overall the apartment was disappointing. There were some poor and broken facilities, the most important of which we reported to our representative who told us 'the kitchen is a bit old and we need to have some things fixed'. The pictures on the website make the apartment look much better than it is. It could be a lovely atmospheric place to stay, but unfortunately the apartment fittings are now quite tired and shabby. The pictures must have been taken a while ago. There was a broken cupboard door in the kitchen, no plug for the kitchen sink, the kitchen table had marks and rings on the wood finish so was covered in a Christmas patterned plastic cover which was sticky and torn. The coffee machine didn't work, it created a puddle of coffee at the back of the machine. The vinyl material on the headboard in our bedroom was torn and peeling, knobs were missing on drawers in the other bedroom. There was only one sofa in the living room, not two as shown in the photos, and there is one armchair with a scruffy fabric cover. We were only a party of 3 people, but we wondered where everyone else would sit if we had been more. We had a problem with mosquitoes during our stay. We were told it is usual, but it would have been helpful to have mosquito prevention materials available. Some of the metal fittings in the kitchen and bathroom were rusty.

• Gabriele (10/5): Very nice apartament, unpleasant neighborhood - Huge apartament, comfortable beds, suitable for big family or group of friends. There are airconditioners in every room and they are working perfectly. Apartament looks smaller in the photos but in real life it is very nice and big! Very friendly staff The neighborhood. Apartament is in the oldtown, a lot of dark, tiny and scary streets around it, a lot of trash. Heavy traffic, you have to be very carefull even on the sidewalks. Also, we didn’t find a wacuumcleaner or even a broom to clean up the floor because in the longer stay it is obvious that floor gets dirty and you want to clean up a little bit (maybe all these facilities were in the locked room near the kitchen but we didn’t have the key).
• Himanshu (6/5): Overall the stay was okay. - The location was great, near the Naples Centrale train station. There were lot of shops and restaurants nearby, easy access to tour bus stops, grocery shops if you want to cook. Host got the supplies immediately and was very prompt in response. We booked a space with a requirement for 2 Full Bathrooms, but it had one half bathroom with only toilet seat and other bathroom was a full one with shower and toilet. There was a water leak from top of the shower head, which created a mess the first day, but we learned to handle it. The second day when we tried to use dishwasher, it did not work. I communicated it to the host but due to weekend, they could not service it. Bottom line is, it did not work for us. The elevator was accessible only after few stairs, which was a little inconvenience with check in bags.

Gas stove is quite old, not stable enough to ignite. Lift is small and can be dangerous for anyone as it does not have sensor to open in case someone in between the door.

I would definitely recommend for families or groups. Very close to metro and main train lines and to cafes snd restaurants. A clearer meeting point as international travellers iften don’t have wifi but Daniela was very pleasant and friendly once we found each other.
