Everything you need (shops/stores) 5 minutes by bycicle! - Great location, view, little terrace Quick and responsive contact with the host, we asked for extra bedlinnen and this was delivered without any problem, the host was quick and very friendly in responding to questions! Kitchen inventory very basic, bathroom little outdated but for us it was really good
Dagmar (10/5): Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt dort! - Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Ort, daher sehr ruhig und die Aussicht sensationell! Für mich war es perfekt. Marysol ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat mir sogar noch eine Leselampe für die Terrasse besorgt! Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig wenn man wirklich kochen will, ne neue Pfanne wäre nicht schlecht! Und die Messer mal schärfen!
Angelisa (4/5): - La cosa più grave è stata la mancanza di acqua calda, tiepida nei primi giorni poi addirittura fredda. Abbiamo segnalato il problema e hanno detto di aver risolto ma non è stato cosi, alla nostra partenza l'acqua era ancora fredda. Abbiamo poi trovato altre recensioni che segnalavano il problema, quindi probabilmente fanno questo giochetto con tutti. Il confort non era eccezionale, nè dei letti nè del divano, inoltre tante parti dell'appartamento erano vetuste (muri scrostati, sanitari, porta frigo arrugginita). Mancavano le cose fondamentali come il detersivo per i piatti e una spugnetta, per un soggiorno di pochi giorni è inaccettabile dover comprare queste cose. Il tutto potrebbe essere accettabile (acqua fredda a parte) se il prezzo fosse basso, ma non è cosi! Sconsiglio vivamente, hanno messo qualche arredo di design per alzare il prezzo investendo il meno possibile ma la qualità non è all'altezza

Alexandra (7/5): - Le cadre, la vue, le calme, la maison en général très bien décorée et spacieuse, les extérieurs très agréables, le barbecue est un vrai plus ! La terrasse est également superbe Les lits et les canapés sont confortables Même si nous avons apprécié notre séjour, il y a quand même quelques points d'amélioration selon nous : Équipements à revoir (micro onde ne fonctionne pas, la hotte non plus, le four ne fonctionne pas correctement en chaleur tournante) L'eau du robinet et de la douche est salée, on aurait aimé être prévenu ... On aurait également apprécié des produits de première nécessité (éponge, huile, poivre, dosette café)

Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y no lo solucionaron en las 4 noches que estuvimos. No fueron capaces de proponer una alternativa. Nos fastidió no poder ducharnos con agua caliente y nos estropeó la estancia en gran medida.
Esther (9/5): Apartamento/casita muy amplia y cómoda. Cumplió nuestras expectativas. Muy recomendable - El apartamento era muy espacioso, todo en perfectas condiciones. Las habitaciones luminosas, amplias, limpias y todo muy cómodo. Está un poco apartado de todo, pero también tuvimos mucha traquilidad, fácil de encontrar y en un momento llegas a todas partes en la isla.

Constança (7/5): Perfecto para desconectar - Marysol nos recibió de forma súper amable, nos enseñó el piso y en todo momento estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta. El piso tiene unas vistas increíbles y ubicado en una zona súper tranquila y bonita. Algunos desperfectos que solo necesitan un poco de amor y quedan perfectos.

Manuela (8/5): Ottima e tranquilla soluzione per vivere e visitare Formentera - Appartamento pulito e funzionale con terrazze e con una meravigliosa vista mare all'interno di Formentera, non lontano dal primo centro abitato (5'/10' in macchina o in moto). Per chi ama soluzioni tranquille dopo una giornata di sole e di spiaggia. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Gmanu (8/5): - Casa carina, ben arredata, bello spazio esterno. Cambio asciugamano ogni 3 giorni. Bagno molto spazioso e presenza del bidet. Attrezzata con lo stretto indispensabile.. Qualche accessorio in più non sarebbe sbagliato Camera matrimoniale un po' piccola.
Sonia (5/5): Je ne recommande pas ! Pas de confort, pas de propreté, pas d'équipement, - Bon emplacement si l'on souhaite se loger à la campagne, pas trop loin du supermarché et du village. Au calme et belle vue avec le coucher de soleil. Aucune attention pour notre arrivée: pas de café ni de sucre ni de thé, pas de sel. L'équipement de la cuisine est quasi nul avec des traces d'usure et de saleté : une cafetière italienne inutilisable remplie de moisissures. Des poêles rayées, pas assez de couverts, pas de produits d'entretien, vraiment pas pratique au quotidien. Saleté constatée dans les salles de bains : rouille, tuyau de douche abimé, cheveux présents partout au sol et sur les murs et sur les draps, traces d'usure et porte coulissante de la douche déboitée. Literie déplorable !! Une lampe cassée au plafond dans la avec des fils qui dépassent et qui, lorsque je l'ai indiqué à Marysol en charge de la conciergerie, m'a accusée de l'avoir cassée mois-même !! Intendance à relever également de part ses maladresses et son arrogance quant à mes réclamations. Il serait grand temps de rafraichir ce logement et de revoir la politesse et le respect des voyageurs.
Albert (10/5): Casa en plena formenteta para vivir la isla. - La tranquilidad, el espacio y la sensación de habitante de la isla. El precio me pareció también muy bueno. No tiene pisicina. Quizas incluso una "desmontable" subiria el nivel.
