The apartment wasn't renovated and the sofa bed wasn't good for 2 people. The Wi-Fi was poor. The pool table in the games room deserves a serious overhaul.

Petra Buiting (9/5): Appartement/studio - Ligging is perfect. 10 minuten lopen naar het dorpscentrum en 10 minuten lopen naar de pistes aan de andere kant. In de omschrijving staat appartement met 1 slaapkamer. In feite is het een studio waar het bed in de woonkamer staat. Verder is alles perfect.

Werner (8/5): Kommen garantiert wieder !!!!!! - FeWo Alles eingekauft; Grundausstattung war aber schon vorhanden. Super Wohnung, volle Ausstattung in Küche und Wohnraum, einfach toll. Schwimmbad und Sauna sehr gut, da Winter Außenbereich in Schnee, aber wunderbar von der Lage Nix !

Tasja (7/5): - Rustige ligging, maar het centrum met winkels was op loopafstand. Er zijn liften in het gebouw. Vriendelijke dame bij de receptie. Het is veel te warm in de lange gangen van het gebouw, heel onaangenaam als je in dikke winterkleding je appartementje uitkomt.

Rune Morten (8/5): Helt ok. - Grei avstand til sentrum av Seefeld, fint å gå. Bra parkering. Meget hyggelig personale og veldig imøtekommende og løsnings orientert for oss på utsjekkings dagen. Kunne oppdatert rommene. Det så ut som om det hadde stått stille siden 1980 tallet. Harde senger.

The beds (two single beds) had to be pulled out of the closet, even though the room was advertised as having a "large double bed." 2. Children were also allowed in the sauna area, which led to an estimated twelve-year-old boy marching in and out clearly just being there to stare at naked women. When we reported this to the reception the next day, we unfortunately met with little understanding. Absolute no-go — we would definitely not recommend this accommodation.

Ernst (9/5): alles war bestens - Alles war Bestens Die Kinderspielecke war nicht besonders gut .Es waren nur wenige Spielsachen vorhanden und die Spielsachen waren zum Teil nicht funktionsfähig, Teile haben gefehlt bzw. waren nicht benutzbar. Es gab nur ein einziges Spiel und auch das war nicht ganz komplett. Für ältere Kinder war nahezu kein Angebot vorhanden. Es wäre schön wenn man etwas mehr an Kinder denken würde.
Anna (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht besonders schön, aber praktisch eingerichtet, sodass man sich während des Aufenthalts wohlfühlt. Wir hatten die Nummer 22C. Besonders positiv möchten wir die sehr bequemen Sessel erwähnen (man muss sie nur etwas von der Wand abrücken! ;) In der Wohnung fanden wir alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Zugang zum Innenpool und zur Infrarotsauna sowie die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum, während man sich gleichzeitig in einer ruhigen Gegend befindet. Auch der Blick auf die Berge war wunderschön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Außerdem gibt es einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Die Betten sind zwar bequem, aber recht kurz und am Fußende mit Holz abgeschlossen, sodass man die Beine anwinkeln muss. Für Personen mit einer Körpergröße von 185–190 cm könnte es weniger komfortabel sein…

Mauro (8/5): Bella vacanza, ottimo soggiorno al Birkenwald - Spaziosa e confortevole l'appartamento, con ampia dotazione in cucina. Bella la vista, ottimo televisore con accesso alle piattaforme Netflix e Prime, ottima la zona piscina e relax (anche se senza bagno turco). In generale la struttura è veramente buona, anche abbastanza vicina al centro pedonale Il costo sostenuto di 25 euro al giorno !!! per il cane (peraltro un chihuahua, quindi piccolissimo) è veramente spropositato. Per nove giorni ho speso 225 euro, veramente troppo. Anche la chiusura del biliardo alle 22 mi sembra un pò eccessiva, si sta in vacanza, almeno alle 23 come peraltro fanno nelle strutture vicine.
Oliver (6/5): Apartment 50 - Location. Swimming pool and l Sauna. The apartment was quite dilapidated, things were broken which I reported but not fixed. Blinds in bedroom did not close, hob extractor fan not working. Needs AC during summer. The apartment is really only for 2 people not 4, we were 2 adults and 2 children (4&6) but it was small. Well used but not adequately maintained and poor decorative order.
Catherine (10/5): A wonderful holiday in the mountains, Birkenwald was great to come back to after a day's walking. - Comfortable self-catering flats with balcony and beautiful views of local mountains. The kitchen was very well equipped. Great to have a swimming pool and sauna. Having to do the checkout paperwork the day before departure between 9 and 11 - meant that we weren't fully free to do anything we chose on our last day. Not all other guests respected the quiet night time period.

Anne (8/5): Degelijke kamer met prachtig uitzicht. - Schoon, netjes, prima formaat en leuk balkon met uitzicht op de bergen. Helemaal Tiroler stijl met houten interieur. De wc was wat vreemd en het was erg warm op op kamer terwijl we alle thermostaat uit stonden.

José (10/5): Exceptionnel en tout point de vue, l'établissement nous a permis de passer un séjour parfait. - L'appartement est tout simplement exceptionnel. Grand et tout confort. Extrêmement complet en équipements. Tout était fonctionnel et très propre. L'orientation est très bonne. Le salon est très grand et parfait en famille. Les chambres sont grandes avec énormément de rangement dans les armoires. La cuisine est parfaite, équipée et propre. Le balcon est grand et fonctionnel. La piscine est très bien, et propre également. La vue sur les montagnes est à couper le souffle. Tout est très calme. L'espace sauna est très bien avec une piscine d'eau glacée. Aucun problème de stationnement. La ville est toute proche. L'accès aux montagnes est à 5 minutes à pieds, le funiculaire donne accès rapidement aux pistes de ski : exceptionnel. Une lampe de chevet supplémentaire aurait été bienvenue (il n'y avait qu'une lampe de chevet par chambre).
