• Martina Maria (2/5): extrem schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Nähe zum Arsenale und zu den Giardini ist ein großes Plus des Zimmers. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, doch nah zur Via G. Garibaldi. Leider ist das Zimmer sehr häßlich, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist extrem schlecht; es fiel eine Endreinigungsbühr von 50€ an, wofür bitte? Ich kann niemandem das Zimmer empfehlen.

The quality and comfort of the room was below our expectations, given the high amount that we paid. We were given an upgrade that included access to a kitchen, but what we needed was a bathroom and bed that were comfortable.

• Carolina.. (5/5): Correcto - La ubicación es muy buena y la persona de contacto es muy amable y dispuesta. Habitacion grande. El precio es bueno teniendo en cuenta que es venecia. Había una zona comun con cocina pero no la usamos. La habitacion tenia mucha humedad, el dia que llegamos habia olor a humedad y el baño a cañeria, la cama la notamos muy humeda y fria, nos costo mucho dormir el primer dia, despues cogimos el deshumidificador que habia en la zona comun para quitar humedad a la habitación. No se si sera comun en venecia al ser un bajo en un callejon al que no le da el sol, pero nos hubiera gustado que hubiera un deshumidifcador en la habitacion o que hubiera calefaccion. Esto ya no es culpa del alojamiento pero los huespedes que habia hoy en la habitación de alado se han puesto a cocinar a las 7am y nos han despertado, ademas que la habitacion ha empezado a oler a comida, lo logico seria poner un horario de uso de la zona comun, pero no lo habia, y al estar separado solo por la puerta de la habitacion se oye todo y es molesto.

• Kursat (10/5): Wonderful. - The apartment we stayed was in a residential part of Venice about 5 minutes of walk from the vaporetto stop Giardini-Biennale (and a children's park), 5 minutes of walk from supermarkets and cafes/restaurants, and 20 minutes from the San Marco Square. We were three people: two parents and a 5 year-old boy. We upgraded from our original room to this apartment from miniscule fee. The apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen/living room. We had been on the way for 5 days when we arrived in Venice. It was a welcome change to stay in this apartment after the trip. We stayed for three days. This apartment was a welcome change. We had received two sets of keys, which allowed us to move independently when needed. We would easily recommend this aparment to a family of four, or five. There was nothing negative.

Et le centre a 10min à pied. Parfait compromis pour être au calme tout en ayant la facilité de rejoindre le centre. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain également. L’accueil très agréable. Wifi ok. Peut être un couette de plus ? Sinon parfait.

Eine einfache Decke keine Bettdecke. Dusche stinkt und ist nicht warmes wasser. Nicht mal 1 Minuten warn konnte ich duschen.

• Sale (7/5): Enjoyable and adequate - Location was good The bathroom door lock kept getting stuck, but it was quickly fixed by staff so this was not a problem once fixed. Quite expensive for what it was in my opinion
• Jakub (8/5): - Nice and quiet room on the 1st floor (street side, entry number 1985). Comfortable bed. Big and comfortable shared bathroom with hairdryer (shared between 2 rooms). Very good for all who are interested in Biennale (perfect location for visiting this event). There was a kind of bar table with a kettle and a microwave in the corridor (free tea, coffee available). Attention: there is much more rooms under Centopercento "brand" in different locations (nearby). My description refers to Calle dei Preti 1985. Some furniture need to be repaired.

Se aprovecharon todo lo que quisieron. Muy feo. ………… A robbery that they charge you €6 per suitcase to keep it until it's time to leave for the airport, and even more robbery that they also charge me for a bag of souvenirs another €6... two suitcases and two bags of small souvenirs € 24, when the suitcases are ALWAYS left courtesy of the hotel. They took advantage of everything they wanted. Very ugly.

• Dawid (9/5): Great place for being on Venice Island - The room itself was nice and clean, with fresh towels, duvets and extra blankets if necessary in the wardrobe. Staff was lovely and provided great instructions how to collect the keys to the apartment itself plus went out of their way to get us a map. The shared bathroom could do with a lick of paint, the stairwall up to the apartment is quite tight (quite narrow and a standard 20kg suitcase was a squeeze).

Ganz nah von vielen Restaurants und Cafés und von der Biennale. Was mich effektiv nicht so sehr gestört hat, aber was ich gerne im Voraus gewusst hätte: das Zimmer liegt ebenerdig und es ist relativ dunkel.

• Anastasia (8/5): Excellent location, clean room. - The location is superior. Its away from the touristy areas and is very calm and quiet. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Very many locals live in this area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hostess was friendly and helpful. No hair dryer. Since it's fall, was very uncomfortable to get out with wet hair. Maybe the other apartment had one, but they never put it in the communal bathroom. Also, the apartment downstairs is getting remodeled. However, it was only one morning during my stay I got bothered. The rest 4 - was fine.

• Rachel (5/5): - L'emplacement Non situé à l'adresse indiquée, il s'agit juste de l'agence, il faut donc remarcher jusqu'au logement. Chambre dans un logement à partager, cuisine, salon et wc. Cuisine sale à l'arrivée, vaisselle non rangée par les locataires présents. Pas d'intimité, peu d'isolation. La 2e nuit, les nouveaux locataires étaient plus nombreux qu'il ne fallait pour leur chambre, ils ont donc dormi sur le canapé du salon. Nous n'y avons donc plus eu accès. Les joies des logements partagés... Nous avions demandé un lit double, il s'agit de 2 lits simples accolés.

• Diana (10/5): I highly recommend the place!! - Everything was good! The location is perfect for those who come for biennale. There is the beautiful and atmospheric street with many good restaurants and supermarket, pharmacy etc The room was clean and nice, with all necessities. I really liked the vintage furniture and the view from the window - it made truly Venetian beautiful stay 🤍 I stayed in the room with shared bathroom, but it wasn’t a problem at all, because there was two rooms in one floor only. There was no bedsheets and towels change at all, even I stayed for 7 days. I wish it was changed at least once in 3-4 days, since it’s not possible to stay in dirty bedsheets and towels after long stay and in Venice it’s quite damp.

• Pranav Chadha (9/5): Comfortable, relaxing, serene and very convenient stay in Venice. - I liked the fact that it was two stations away from Lido, where the film festival was taking place. The room was nice and cosy, and it was quite a serene location near the gardens. The host was very helpful and helped me navigate how to get around. She was lovely and cordial. There are only two suggestions: one, just a cup or glass could be provided so that if a person feels thirsty or needs water, they can easily drink it,(avoiding carrying a plastic bottle potentially to refill) and two, the lighting inside the main entrance could be better, it gets pitch dark in the night, and so the guest has it easier in getting inside.

• Елена (6/5): - Местоположение У кондиционера не было пульта, и очень давно не чистился, администратор сказала что принято пользоваться вручную. Он был выставлен на работу в течении 2 часов в умеренном режиме и неизвестно с какой температурой. Ночью отрегулировать его невозможно (или сон или включение кондиционера), не хватало свежего воздуха, на улице +30. Открыть окна тоже не вариант- очень много комаров. Всё стены номера были испачканы в следы от останков комаров, видимо предыдущие жильцы столкнулись с теми же проблемами. В общей ванной комнате плесень в душевой кабине, но ежедневно меняли полотенца на пол и поверхностно убирали. За 7 дней пребывания не было возможности убрать номер, об этом не позаботились (ни самостоятельно, ни с помощью персонала). Я понимаю стоимость бюджетного номера совсем не маленькая, благодаря локации и неописуемо красоте Венеции, но все же правила гигиены и заботы о постояльцах необходимо соблюдать!
