• Familie Habenicht (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft in guter Ferienanlage - Nette Gastgeberin, liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Haus hat sich viel zum Positiven geändert. Restaurant, Spielzimmer, Schwimmbad, Spielplatz, Minigolf. Es gibt viel für die Kinder. In der Wohnung gibt es sogar gekühlte Getränke für kleines Geld. Leider waschen die Vormieter oft das Geschirr nicht richtig ab. Eine Zewa Rolle und Backpapier wären super. Toaster und andere Geräte müssten mal richtig sauber gemacht werden.
• Stefanie (9/5): Nur 3 Nächte da, aber wir sind gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder - Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Unterkunft sauber und alles da, was man benötigt. Besonders das Schwimmbad hat uns gut gefallen. Tolle Unterhaltungsangebote wie Billard, Dart, Airhockey, Spielplatz, Minigolf etc. Gut bestückte Automaten im Haus mit allem was man zur Not benötigt, Brötchenservice, alles zu günstigen Preisen Wir haben auch einen Duschvorleger vermisst. Das war aber auch alles. Sonst top!
• Anonym (8/5): Für unsere 4er Gruppe wars Super - Für 4 Personen 4 Nächte sehr angenehm. Alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Wandermöglichkeiten von der Wohnung weg sind super. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und alles abgesprochene hat bestens geklappt. Wir würden wieder hier her kommen:-) Keine offenen Restaurants für Gäste ausser Haus (Hotels) in Gehnähe.
• Iris (8/5): Ruhiges Domizil - Wer weg will vom Getümmel der Stadt ist hier richtig. Das Familienressort ist eingebettet im am Wald. Sehr ruhig gelegen Nein es war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben und wollten.

• Ingrid (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen. - Die Lage und Freizeitgestaltung,sowie ausreichend vorhandene Parkplätze. Schwimmbad,Sauna und ganz viele Automaten mit allem was man braucht:Snacks,Lebensmitteln,Hygieneartikeln,Ladekabeln und Adapter. Viele Spielmöglichkeiten:Minigolf,Billard,Dart und vieles mehr.
• Renz (10/5): Wundervoller Urlaub - Alles war top. Sehr liebe Vermieterin , sehr gemütliche Wohnung, sehr weiche Betten, tolle Aussicht und großer Balkon und eine Ruhe dort, einfach herrlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück. Es gab nichts zu meckern. Alles war gut.
• Lorena (10/5): Traumhaft - Ich war jetzt das zweite Mal hier und bin wieder total begeistert. Ich fühle mich wie Zuhause. Auf dem Balkon ist die Aussicht traumhaft. Besonders toll finde ich die neue "Minibar", die Selbstgemachte Marmelade und die kleinen Überraschungen. Es gibt Bücher und Spiele. Am Wochenende hatte auch das Restaurant auf. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad und eine Sauna. Geht man vor die Tür ist man sofort im Wald oder im Kurpark etc!! Meine Liste mit positivem ist wirklich lang. Kurzgesagt: schönste Ferienwohnung, in der ich bis jetzt war hier im Harz. Konnte problemlos für einen Tag verlängern. Die Vermieterin ist super nett, antwortet sehr schnell und geht auf Wünsche ein. Beim Wäschepaket wäre ein Bad-/Duschvorleger noch praktisch.

• Rafael (9/5): Super Urlaub. - Für uns war das allerbeste der Pool. Aber auch der Spielplatz war super. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man braucht.

• Carmen (8/5): - Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Bauarbeiten am Objekt, teilweise ziemlich laut. Sauberkeit war nicht so dolle. Tierhaare auf den Polstern überall.
• Lorena (10/5): Wunderschön - Die Wohnung hat alles was man sich wünscht. Besonders toll ist die Lage und die Aussicht vom Balkon! Die Vermieterin ist unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
• Marc (7/5): Apartment is great value - information around and inside the building should be better - Appartement is fine. The restaurant Edelweiss in the same building was a pleasant surprise. Very good food. - great value (very reasonable price, even including the extra costs for towels, bedlinnen and cleaning) If the information was better I would have given a better score. The parking garage is closed so you have to look for a parking spot on the street, which is quite crowded. Information about how to get to the address is bad (the host send us a map but I understood the map only after someone explained it to me). Google tries to send you up a one way street to get there. They should put up a sign where google tells you to turn right on am kurpark (or the host should tell you not to believe google, I thought the map was mainly to show where you can park) . Don't listen to google with the right turn on am kurpark. You have to keep going straight on gerhart-hauptman strabe till you see the white sign "panoramic" and turn right there - hindenburgstrabe (doesn't really look like a street by the way). Information in the 2 buildings itself is also very sparse. So arriving there and getting to our apartment took some time which soured us a little.
• Kim (6/5): Apartment is ok but too many things went wrong, never again - The apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and it actually has two sleeping couches in the living room that were quite spacious. There is a swimming pool in the building, while the water was a bit cold, it was a big success with the kids. The whole experience felt uncomfortable. Shortly after making the reservation I was asked to provide some personal details via whatsapp for the guest cards. I went ahead and sent those, and was asked if I wanted to book a bedding/towel parcel. Oh, my bad, I didnt check if that was included. A day later, I receive an invoice for city tax and shipping costs. Weird, I was sure that I made the booking including all taxes and fees, I also picked online payment so that Booking handles all payments. Also, shipping costs? I double check and indeed, the booking says all taxes and fees included. I inform them that I already paid. A bit of back and forth messaging ensues, that includes a lengthy explanation that I am speaking to the owner who sets the prices, a breakdown of what she pays to booking, her cleaner, the city, and how little she keeps per night after all that. This confused me a little; if she sets the prices herself why is she disappointed with the pay? I simply made a booking... I didn't haggle to get this price. Anyway, I reach out to booking to ask. They say all should be included and try to reach the accommodation, no answer. I start getting messages from the owner that get more urgent, missed calls on my phone - I clarify that I don't need guest cards shipped to my house - and to just leave them in the apartment. Not possible, not possible, it needs to be shipped. At some point I realise how much this whole discussion is stressing me out, so I go ahead and pay the invoice. I get informed the letter is shipped, but nothing arrives. I ask and get informed "this happens more often, I ask the cleaner to print it and leave it" - on arrival, the original guest passes and a mostly expired coupon book are in the apartment. Sorry, but why was this suddenly possible? And why did I have to pay almost 4€ for shipping? I am still annoyed. I still did not receive the letter a month later.. The apartment...
