frenken (9/5): Ein sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub mit Hund - Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand und sehr nah zur Einkaufszone sowie zu vielen Restaurants. Fahrradvermietung ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir sind zu zweit mit einem Hund angereist. Der Parkplatz am Haus wurde erst vor Ort bezahlt, was aber erkennbar war bei der Buchung. Fahrräder können an der Unterkuft abgestellt werden. Leider gab es im Appartment weder eine Mikrowelle, noch einen Ofen. Da aber die Restaurants alle gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind, war es am Ende "nur" ein finanzielles Problem, da die Restaurants ortsüblich ziemlich hohe Preise nehmen. Obwohl wir bei der Suche auf Booking.com den Hund angegeben hatten, war der Unterkunft nach der Buchung nicht bekannt, dass wir mit Hund kommen. Daher wurden auch die Kosten für den Hund erst vor Ort berechnet. Man sollte daher die Unterkunft besser vorab kontaktieren, wenn man mit Hund anreist.

Jens (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Nach dem Umbau ist es eine echte Wohlfühloase geworden , top! In der Küchenzeile fehlt leider eine Mikrowelle oder ein Backofen.
Oliver (9/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit - Nach dem Umbau sind die Apartments wirklich nicht wiederzuerkennen. Man merkt in jedem Detail, wie viel Mühe und Herzblut hier hineingeflossen ist. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt ein tolles, frisches Konzept, das überzeugt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wolfgang (9/5): Immer wieder gerne hier ! - Tolle neu renovierte Räume, einmalig Lage und kurze Wege zum Strand, Bäcker,Kurplatz usw. Sehr schöner neuer Fitnessraum ! etwas kleine Betten, leider keinen Balkon, aber drei große Fenster zum Strand!
Jordis (7/5): Wohnung in toller Lage, aber nur für 2 Personen zu empfehlen - Die Lage war super. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war bequem. Leider war nur ein kleiner Heizkörper im großen Wohnzimmer, sodass es dort sehr kalt war. Zum Glück haben wir am 2. Tag einen zusätzlichen Elektroheizkörper bekommen. In der Küche fehlten z.B. Untersetzer und Biergläser. Der Toilettenbereich im Bad war sehr schmal. Das Schlafsofa hat bei der kleinsten Bewegung gequietscht.

Klaus (9/5): - Sehr saubere Wohnung. Das Meer ist vom Bett aus zu sehen und zu hören. Topp Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das bereit gestellte Geschirr reicht knapp für einen Tag. Auf den Esstisch passen gerade mal zwei Teller. Ein Backofen oder eine Mikrowelle würden die Möglichkeiten in der Kochzeile entscheidend verbessern. Das die fehlen, hatten wir übersehen. Dann sind wir halt Essen gegangen - war ja Urlaub.

Jens (9/5): Tolle Lage mit direktem Weststrandblick - Das Apartmenthaus liegt auf dem Deich/ der Düne im Zentrum des Ortes am Weststrand. Die Wohnung bietet einen tollen unverbauten Blick auf das Meer. Die Innenstadt mit ihren Angeboten ist ebenso wie das Meer mit wenigen Schritten und in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit ist gut und das Interieur modern und in schlichtem, aber geschmackvollem Stil gehalten. Man kann einen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel für ein paar Euro am Tag mieten. Bilder/ Fotos an den Wänden hätten das Apartment etwas weniger steril gestaltet. Das ist natürlich Geschmacksache, aber ein paar Fotos mit Strand- oder Inselmotiven wären sicherlich konsensfähig.
Michael (8/5): Schönes Apartment in bester Lage - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und modern und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben ein festes Schneidebrett und ein paar Topfuntersetzer in der Küche vermisst. Die Dunstabzugshaube war schon in der niedrigsten Stufe sehr laut (aber das ist natürlich nur eine subjektive Beurteilung)
Thorsten (10/5): Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder einbuchen mit Blick zum Meer. - Das Appartement hatte Meerblick Richtung Sonnenuntergang. Der Strand (Richtung Juist) direkt am Hotel. Es war frisch renoviert, gemütlich ausgestattet mit Küchenzeile. An Küchenutensilien war alles vorhanden inklusive Geschirrspülmaschine, Tabs, Salz, Pfeffer. Norderney Stadtzentrum mit viel sehr guter Gastronomie fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar

Claudia (7/5): Ansonsten war alles top - Nähe zum Strand der Ausblick aufs Meer, die Nähe zur Stadt Die Betten waren zu weich. Ich hatte tierische Rückenschmerzen, doch meine kleine Tochter hatte Rückenschmerzen. Die versteckten Kosten für Hunde fand ich auf Booking COM nicht gut. 20 € pro Tag muss man vor Ort bezahlen. Das ist nicht in Ordnung, dass es nicht vorher deklariert wird.
Andrea (9/5): Schönes Appartement - Das Appartement ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Schlafcouch ist sehr hochwertig und somit gut für eine zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit geeignet. Insgesamt sehr guter Eindruck! Das Appartement ist hell, wirkt aber etwas kahl und könnte deshalb noch ein paar Details gebrauchen wie einen Kerzenständer (LED), ein bisschen Grün, z. B. künstliche Blume und ein paar Bilder an der Wand. Hinweis: Backofen und evtl Mikrowelle sind nicht vorhanden. Außerdem fehlen Küchenutensilien wie Sparschäler, Küchenrolle und Pfannendeckel.

Lisa (10/5): Wunderschönes, gemütliches Apartment - top Lage! - Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt! Es Highlight war definitiv der seitliche Meerblick, mit dem wir nicht gerechnet haben. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Bad ist schön groß mit Regendusche. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top! Direkt am Wasser und nur wenige Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Auch ein Bäcker ist einige Meter weiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder! -

Kathrin (8/5): Schöner Urlaub, tolles Appartement, gerne wieder! - Tolle Lage direkt an Meer, wunderschöner Blick auf selbiges. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet (genügend Töpfe und Pfannen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, kleine Spülmaschine, Geschirrhandtücher und Haarfön, lediglich einen Sparschäler hatte ich vermisst). Das Bett (Boxspringbett) ist sehr bequem. Für zwei Personen ist die Größe der Wohnung top, für vier Personen recht eng, aber geht dennoch :) Das Klo war bei der Ankunft nicht ganz sauber. Die Dusche im Saunabereich (nicht renoviert) war nicht verfügbar, man musste im Schwimmbadbereich duschen. Der ist gleich um die Ecke, daher eigentlich nicht schlimm, aber sich jedes mal den Bikini anzuziehen, um nach dem Schwitzen zu duschen, ist etwas unschön. Handtücher gibt's in der Sauna keine, gegen Gebühr (1,50€ pro Tuch) kann man aber an der Rezeption welche leihen.

Axel Heinrich (9/5): Nur das Wetter hätte besser sein können!!! - Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Zentrum. Schwimmbad und Sauna waren in Betrieb und kostenlos. Eigene Strandkörbe gegen Entgelt. Die Wohnung war nagelneu, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Es gab nichts zu meckern.

Die frisch renovierten Apartments sind modern, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet, im Hotel fühlt man sich ebenfalls sofort wohl. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar: morgens gleich mit dem Hund an die frische Seeluft, und der eigene Strandkorb macht den Urlaub perfekt. Egal ob Hotel oder Apartment – es passt einfach alles. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Aufenthalt!

Otilia (9/5): Would love to book again! - Pretty much everything 🙂 Of course, top position, direct on the beach; few steps away from Marienshöhe and Milchbar. The apartment is small but accomodates perfectly two persons. It is clean, minimalistic decorated with a romantic stroke. The kitchen again, clean, perfectly equipped with needed utensils. Surely, the staff of the accomodation deserves compliments for their professional service. No available beach chairs...
