Hier ist die Übersetzung ins Deutsche, mit einem warmen und einladenden Ton: Einfach ein perfektes Zuhause auf Zeit – volle zehn von zehn Punkten! Obwohl mein letzter Aufenthalt schon drei Wochen her ist, denke ich noch immer gerne daran zurück. Die Haushälterin war ausgesprochen nett und hat uns sehr unterstützt. Mir haben die vielen liebevollen Details so gut gefallen: die Kerzen, die Zeichnungen an den Wänden – man merkt einfach, dass dieses Haus mit viel Sorgfalt und Herz gepflegt wird. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, doch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Rossmann und Edeka sind ganz in der Nähe. Dass wir eine eigene Küche und einen Kühlschrank hatten, war ideal, um sich auch mal selbst etwas zu kochen. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: Die Messe ist in nur zwanzig Minuten zu erreichen. Eine rundum empfehlenswerte Wahl für Messebesucher und Aussteller! EN: Absolutely ten out of ten! It’s been three weeks since my last visit, and I still miss the guest house from time to time. The housekeeper is so kind and was such a big help to us. I truly adore all the lovely touches—the candles, the drawings on the wall—you can feel how the home is maintained with care and love. It’s nestled in a quiet housing estate, yet close to supermarkets like Aldi, Rossmann, and Edeka. Having our own kitchen and refrigerator was wonderful, as I could prepare my own meals. Best of all, it’s just twenty minutes from the trade fair—a perfect choice for visitors and exhibitors alike.

• Julie (9/5): Perfect Stay For Euro2024 - We were here for a game at Euro 2024 & this suited our party of 3 perfectly. The apartment was spotlessly clean - you really could eat your dinner off the floor - and Manuela & Gregor had put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for their guests. We were only there for 2nts so ate out, but you could easily stay here for a week or 2 (if working at the nearby Messe, for instance). It took us about 30mins to walk back to the apartment after the match at Dusseldorf Arena, although we were in the section furthest away. Things like washing up liquid & sponges were provided, plus decent bathroom toiletries, which you don’t always get in apartments. The small bottle of water each on arrival was a nice touch. The apartment is entirely self-contained & comprises a spacious living room, which doubles up as a twin bedroom; a separate single bedroom; a kitchen (well-stocked with cooking implements); a bathroom with a good shower & and toilet in a separate room. The property is easily reached by U79 from DD Hbf, or @ 12 euros in a cab (or bus 760) from the airport. The property is 7-8mins walk from both Freilingrathplatz & Lohausen stops on the U79. Lohausen is the nicer walk although it does skirt a little wood & would not be advisable for solo travellers (esp female) after dark. At Lohausen there’s a proper kneipe (pub), the zum Armen, to drink Altbier; a Tapas restaurant, 2 Greek restaurants (we had a lovely meal in the Ikaros, the more upmarket of the 2), and the Edeka supermarket, which has a small bakery in which we had breakfast each morning. Manuela & Gregor were great hosts, very friendly & helpful, and communications were very good. If we come to Dusseldorf again we will happily stay here again! I would have preferred if there had been a double bed in one of the rooms, but I understand there isn’t really the space. It wasn’t a problem at all for us but the apartment is 2 floors up so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
