Bernd (9/5): Hell, geräumig, großzügig eingerichtet, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Moderne Einriichtung, es fehlte an nichts. Der Aufzug war leider defekt
Wolfram (8/5): Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Minuspunkten hinsichtlich der Lage. - Schöne, geräumige und sehr helle Wohnung. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet bis auf eine Mikrowelle, aber darauf kann man auch verzichten, wenn sonst alles da ist. Toller Balkon. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt und zur Stadthalle. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus. Leider direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und direkt gegenüber der Kirche, die auch in der Nacht halbstündlich läutet. Im Winter bei geschlossenen Fenstern geht das noch, aber im Sommer kann einem das schon den Schlaf rauben. Leider gibt es auch keine richtigen Rolladen, nur Außenjalousien, d.h. keine komplette Verdunkelung. Dadurch wird sich die Wohnung im Sommer sicher auch gut aufheizen. Aus diesen Gründen wäre eine Klimaanlage sicher eine gute Idee. Sehr schade fand ich auch, dass der Aufzug kaputt war und ich darüber nicht informiert wurde, obwohl ich ein paar Tage vor der Anreise extra deswegen angerufen hatte, weil ich akute Probleme mit dem Knie hatte und Treppensteigen inkl. Gepäck schleppen in den 2. Stock sehr mühsam war.
Joachim (9/5): die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet,unkompliziertes Ein-und Auschecken,die Gegend ist sowieso schön - zentrale Lage,sehr sauber,alles Wichtige vorhanden,sehr leise Wohnung,alles schalldicht,gut zum Erholen, bequemere Balkonstühle wären schön,aber trotzdem ok
