- Ana (6/5): Good location, but the room was small, uncomfortable, and overpriced compared to what was advertised - We really liked the location, as it turned out to have a good restaurant and café nearby, a beautiful cathedral, metro and bus connections, and it’s also within walking distance to the train station and the Colosseum. The building and courtyard are very nice. We didn’t like that the room was very small. There’s no sofa to relax on – once you come back, the only option is to lie in bed to sit in a chair. The kitchen isn’t suitable for cooking, it only has a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, along with just chairs and tables. It’s fine for a quick breakfast like toast, but you can’t cook anything, so every meal has to be eaten outside. For the price, it’s not worth it. It would make sense if it were cheaper, but it actually cost more than entire apartments I’ve seen on Booking.com. The rooms – at least our room (Room 1) – look much nicer in the photos. In reality, it smelled stale and wasn’t comfortable to spend time in. The mattress also kept sliding off the bed frame.

(I’m older so not used to relying on my phone!) Luckily, others were there to help me… Right next to Tram no 3 to get to Coliseum and further on, Trastervere… The entrance wasn’t easy for me.

Abbiamo trovato a disposizione caffè, acqua, dolci, pane e olio, anche se non erano indicati sul sito: una piacevolissima sorpresa! La pulizia veniva effettuata ogni giorno. Nella cucina c’erano macchina del caffè e forno a microonde, quindi non era possibile cucinare ma solo riscaldare qualcosa se necessario. Il proprietario è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande e richieste. Tutto era curato, pulito e arredato in stile moderno ed elegante. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti!

Close to train station (about ~10-minute walk) and 2-minutes away from a tram stop that takes you to the main attractions. Water and snacks were provided. Host gave helpful tips on where to eat. Would have liked extra blankets/sheets as only one thin sheet was provided.

- Anastasiia (10/5): Stylish and spacious rooms - The place is beautiful, it’s cozy, stylish and with a lot of space. We are so happy we chose this hotel. Also in a hall there was a tea/cafe station, toaster and water available, it was a good touch.

The smart tv was a winner for my son so he could watch YouTube. Air conditioning was a nightmare for first two nights. Finally worked properly on our last night. Didn’t get fresh towels.

- Artem (10/5): - Очень просторный и уютный номер. В самих апартаментах приятная зона для завтрака. Прям рядом с апартаментами трамвайная остановка, удобно добираться в центр и до Колизея.
- Małgorzata i Zachariasz (9/5): Czystko, przestronnie, ze smakiem! Żadnych minusów. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, niedaleko metro, blisko tramwaj, rzut beretem do Bazyliki św. Jana i kościoła św. Krzyża z Jeruzalem. Znaleźliśmy też blisko fantastyczną kawiarenkę na typowe włoskie śniadania. Nie było bezpośredniego kontaktu z wynajmującym, jednak wszystkie dane i potrzebne informacje dostaliśmy mailowo. Kuchnia była zaopatrzona w wodę pitną, chleb i dżemy i inne smarowidła. Byliśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeni wielkością pokoju i łazienki. Fantastyczne miejsce :) Nic, klimatyzacja pomogła nam przeżyć rzymski upał. Polecamy!

There is free water, snacks, and coffee available which is also a plus! Definitely a great place to stay in Rome and in a calm neighborhood. Will definitely be back!!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen area was well equipped. The pillows were bad, they definitely need replacing. No bowls in the kitchen. Constant noise from the little boy running/jumping around above (not sure if he lives there or it’s a holiday flat!)
