• Alyssa (10/5): Charming spot to stay - The apartment was absolutely charming, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The living room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and it was very nice to have several balconies. The kitchen was impeccably stocked with all the equipment needed to make a nice meal, and the owner was very friendly and accommodating of our changing arrival times. We will most definitely stay here again the next time we come to Garmisch! The location is a bit of a walk to the nearest public transportation, but this is not an issue if you don't mind a scenic walk or if you drive.

• ArtemKarpenko (10/5): Wonderful, clean, equipped and well located apartment for family stay - It is an exceptional apartment in many ways. Location is close to several attractions. It is 15 miniutes walk to the train station. You can hear the river from your window. Two-sided balconies. great space. But what surprised me a lot - comfort, quality, and cleanness. I don't always meet such cleanliness in hotels. And it is two two-bedroom apartments. Despite good quality furniture, it is also fully packed with things you might need, including some travel guides, books, and desktop games for rainy days. There are a lot of parking options around the house. Frank is friendly and quick to respond. It is my first option to consider in GAP for the next trip. I am not a smoker, so when neighbors from the ground floor were smoking, it bothered me. As it is 1st floor apartment, it takes up all the smell. We had a small misunderstanding on checkout, but it was more on my side. I notified Frank that we will leave at 10 am (while checkout time is 11). As our flight moved a bit we decided to stay till 10.30, but the cleaning team kicked us out. We were ready to leave so nothing critical.
• Nicole (9/5): Heerlijk! - Je had veel ruimte en het had alles wat je nodig had. De beide balkons met uitzicht op de bergen vonden we fantastisch. We hebben weinig te klagen maar de straat ernaast was wel druk en veel hardrijdende auto’s doordeweeks.

• Elisabeth (9/5): - Die Lage war für uns sehr zentral. Fußweg direkt am Flüsschen entlang in das Stadtzentrum. Blick von der Wohnung aus direkt auf die Berge. Parkplätze direkt vor der Wohnung oder an der angrenzenden Straße.

Gern weitersagen! - Absolut lobenswert erwähnen möchte ich die Kommunikation mir unserem Vermieter Herr Zitzelsberger, ganz unkompliziert per Handy, ganz schnelle präzise Antworten. Klasse! Ein absoluter Pluspunkt sind die Balkons, wir haben immer draußen gefrühstückt, herrlich. Und der Ausblick war fantastisch. Brötchenservice hat super geklappt. Geräumige Dusche / Bad vorhanden. Parkplatz leider nur an der Straße, diese wiederum ist sehr ruhig. Am Haus selbst sind einige wenige, man steht aber immer irgendwie im Weg. Die GAP-card hat uns nix gebracht, der Bus zu weit weg von der Fewo, die Eintritte für Seilbahn und Klamm wurden nicht ermäßigt. Aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nix, nur als Info. Was leider nicht geht, ist das Schlafsofa. Ausgeklappt ein Traum von der Größe her, aber so hart, das hält keiner aus. WLAN ist ein kleines Glücksspiel, uns hats ausgereicht, aber junge Leute verzweifeln schnell. Verdunklungsrollos wären nicht schlecht.
• Rudi (8/5): - Eine sehr schöne geräumige und ruhige Wohnung, mit schönen Bergblick vom kleinen Balkon. Von der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche waren wir begeistert und das es einen Kaffeevollautomat, Waschmaschine und Trockner gab ist ein großer Pluspunkt.

• Nadine (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit einem wunderschönen großen Giebelfenster im Wohnzimmer mit Blick zum Wank. Gut gelegen, fußläufig an der Skischanze und zur Partnachklamm. Besonders schön sind die beiden Schlafzimmer mit einem weiteren Sonnenbalkon und herrlichen Blick zur Alp- und Zugspitze, auf den man noch lange abends verweilen und dem Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
